闊特德斯派克特克飯店

This is a very old building in Old Montreal. It doesn't have elevators and lots of stairs. Location was great to many shops and restaurants near by. Several homeless people hanging near the area can be uncomfortable. Room was clean but average for comfort. We did get continental breakfast. Note that you get a single key and additional key requires $50 deposit. Parking is in a different lot not owned by the hotel.

The location is excellent and the price is good. That is why my husband and I stayed so often. There is outdoor ice skating close by as well as a small shopping area with parking, the Complexe Desjardins. The small breakfast available in the morning is also nice. However I am getting tired of going up and down the many stairs with luggage. I have told my parents who are in their 70’s that I would not recommend this hotel for them because there is no elevator and going up a flight of stairs is necessary just to check in at the front desk.

the hotel room was clean. the lounge area was clean. I was not aware there was a breakfast in the morning. the guy who checked me in did not mention it or the hours. it is a small room. i was only there for one night as i was traveling the next day. i wanted something close to the subway system and be downtown. so good points for that. i wouldn`t be staying at the property for an extended stay. my room faced the Ste-Catherine street and music was heard till 10 pm via speakers across the street. street closed to traffic but music for those passing by or hanging around. if that bothers you then ask for a room away from the street.

Bonjour Pour faire suite a ce séjour j'aimerai recevoir de votre part un geste commercial, en effet depuis l'entrée de l'hotel remplis de personnes sans domicile et sous l'emprise de drogues, la suite continu avec la terrasse remplis de détritus, d'encombrant et de rats. au premier petit déjeuner quelle surprise que se retrouver avec 2 individus SDF et sentant l'urine et la crasse . Pour terminer durant notre séjour, la chambre n'a pas etait nettoyée, les draps n'ont pas étaient changés, ni les serviettes de salles de bains. Pour toutes ses raisons je vous sollicite afin d'avoir un geste de votre part
