The stay was ok the only problem is that our room key kept getting deactivated and the morning of check out staff checked us out at 8:30 in the morning then the nerve to ask if we wanted to get back in

******clickbait******* Deceptive advertising you read the listing it says water pack access 3 different places no no*no surcharge no waterpark option. It says waterpark access and but at the bottom of the second page it’s a surcharge that you don’t find out until you get there. The hot tub didn’t work elevators didn’t work the splash pad didn’t work. All the slides weren’t working. Most of the amenities in the hotel wasn’t even open. The gift shop didn’t even open till after two is Lil to no staff the game on how about six or seven machines that wasn’t working. The room look old smell like cigarette smoke. Then when we got to the front desk, the lady said do you want the bad news? She said your room did not come with waterpark tickets and it will be $60 per day per person this waterpark is gear two younger kids no way I would pay $60 if I wasn’t already locked into a reservation if I would’ve had any idea I would have went to a better establishment that was worth the money I would never return and waste my money. It was another young lady at the front desk who was checking in they told her the same thing so I know it’s a common problem that no one wants to acknowledge, but I feel like they do that on purpose as a money grab and this place it looks like it used to be nice. All the restaurants and the bars inside or closed. The upstairs is vacant and eerie like. I’m very happy that the people that I invited to celebrate my daughter’s birthday decided not to come waste$

Beds were comfortable. Windows/window sills dirty. Need to vacuum corners and perimeter of beds. Toilet seat needs to be replaced. No nonsense rooms with no coffee or microwave. Only fridge which was helpful. Staff very pleasant and happy to help.

This was such a disappointment. The employee to open the waterpark didn’t show up to open it and when the GM opened it there was a maintenance Issue the waterpark never opened until after 3pm. We are still waiting on a refund for our waterpark passes. The rooms smelt like old beer. No coffee, no working microwaves. When we pulled in we thought the building was vacant because there was two other cars and the landscaping hadn’t been maintained. This was such a let down, the property has such potential. We had to pivot our entire vacation. I would spend the extra money and go to Sandusky to Great Wolf Lodge
