Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Dundee, MI

The pool was cold. The second day there was no milk. Breakfast was lacking options. The bagels were hard. There was a black hair on the bed. The fitted sheets on the beds do not fit and were put on upside down. The website says daily housekeeping. After checking in, I received a text that said housekeeping is every 3 days. I brought my own trash bags and it was a good thing. I had to use 3 plus the cans were full. The side door was an exit only. The hot tub worked.

Very nice and quiet property. Front desk staff could have been friendlier but maybe were having bad days. Had a bit of trouble adjusting our hotels.com reservation with them to go from 4 nights to 3 due to illness, so a simple “sure, we can help you do that” turned into more of a problem over two days to make it happen. Grateful for the breakfast. Cleaning staff hadn’t supplied the room with any coffee.

Very nice and clean. Shower was a little difficult to use but once figured it out everything was fine.

This hotel was a very good value for the price. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, there were cookies when we checked in 😊; and the breakfast had a good variety of choices.

Staff was very helpful & friendly, clean room.
