Hotel is not bad, location is good, room was clean, receptionists are very helpful, breakfast is good... We had some problems about hotel, first there is no fridge in room, no minibar so you cant have your cold drinks in room in your stay. first 2 days there is no room cleaning we said ok but after 2 days what they did cant call cleaning, just make the bed sheets tighter, thats all... Another problem is fault of the hotel and also hotels.com because when we made the hotel search we saw there is parking in hotel and as we always use other hotel booking pages we thought it is free parking but when we arrived hotel we try to park outside but there was no place left therefor we asked reception where we can park and they said close garage under hotel and wehn we try to park we saw it is daily rate is 30 euro and we find out that if we park outside of the hotel it was also 30 euro too, if we parked outside we wouldnt know there is price for parking and without notice we would pay 120 euro for 4 days parking... hotels.com has to warn customers about parking price, maybe if we search for every thing more and more detailed but it has to be more clear to see if parking is cost or free....

The staff was friendly and helpful flight from when we first walked into the hotel until we left. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The only thing that would have been nice to have were face cloths. Thank you for a lovely stay!
