A hotel that has all that you want. Service, friendly staff, location and value for money. Room size is huge and staff are very accommodating and friendly. Will highly recommend this hotel to anyone going Xi’an.

Houswas eking very poor i booked room for 3 stay i 've informed housekeeper to clean my room each morning I noticed trashbin and stained mark look alike human feces on my blanket remain as it is for the past 2 night. I comment to reciption staff face to face with housekeeper and yet his denies what had not been done. Thus property should not be rated 4 Star and VIP access. I was a platinum rated customer too. I prefer to extend my stay to another hotel nearby instead.

The place was clean and well maintained, staff was courteous and the breakfast options were nice. Nice gym area as well, some more dumbbells would have been appreciated though
