Excellent location, right across the Haram, on the Quba street, and restaurants nearby. Staff was very helpful and courteous, chech in was smooth, easy, and pleasant. Breakfast was ok - needs attention to the fresshness of the available options e.g. bread/nan was cold hence rock hard to chew - it must have been fresh but not properly stored.

Excellent service from start to finish. With thanks to concierge Zafran and to all the amazing staff whose names I can't remember. They were all extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, breakfast buffet was excellent, lifts were efficient. Well located, close to Raudhah. Really good price point and over delivered.

MashAllah, lovely hotel managed and run by dedicated and professional team. Not a massive hotel, so you are not overwhelmed with guests (also perfect amount of lifts to not to be delayed for prayers) and can receive a more personal welcome and attention. Special shout out to Riyad and his supervisor Shahadat for giving us special stay at the Executive suite. In Particular young lad Riyad, very sweet and always smiling. Work with this young man to help him progress and develop within the business.

We enjoyed staying at Elaf al taqwa and all the employees were wonderful from management, restaurant, cleaning and bell hop and special thanks to Muhammed shovo who did our laundry. Every went above and beyond. Clean rooms, nice smells all over the hotel, spacious I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone trying stay in madinah.

Just across from Gate 309 of Masjid Al Nawabi, the staff are polite and eager to help. The 24-hour room service is excellent, and everything is spotless. The staff were so nice. They let me check in early without hesitation and the staff are so helpful, and friendly. The location is really good. Only few minutes walking distance to the mosque. Rooms are really nice, clean and spacious. There was noise from outside or disturbance around the hotel. The price was really reasonable for a high standard hotel Really enjoyed my stay.

Elaf Al Taqwa was very walkable and convenient for the Mosque. The check-in process was easy, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was very expensive (SR60 on offer!- I declined). The rooms were clean and up-to-date. However, the power points were quite dangerous, and it was very difficult to find out where each light switch was to the point where I couldn't turn the toilet light off the whole stay I was there. It would be nice to have the Azan transmitted directly into the rooms. If I had to stay again, I certainly would, but hopefully, the issues can be taken positively and rectified.

A wonderful 4 night stay. Convenient location just across the road from the Masjid but a bit of a distance to get to ladies side. Breakfast was substantial every morning and staff were quite helpful. Only issue was a leaky bidet washer in our room (212). A note if taking Haram view room there is a lot of road noise from the taxis outside. Overall lovely relaxing stay!

Thank you so much Elaf Al Taqwa, I satyed in the Junior suite and it was fabulous. The view was divine, the space in the room was massive, everything I needed was there. The staff were amazing, even concierge and porters spoke excellent English and were very helpful. I could have booked hotels on the other side where there are more shop options and closer to the Women’s entry, but I am glad I booked this hotel which is closer to the Rawdah of the Prophet ASWS which I needed to be close to. Thanks, I have recommended to my travel agent in Australia.

This is the second time we have stayed at Elaf Al Taqwa and again the stay was most comfortable and easy. The hotel staff are super friendly, the rooms were clean and spacious and the hotel is very close to the haram esp for mens section. The breakfast selection is excellent with a lovely view of the masjid (if you sit on the right table)! Thank you for making our stay feel like home! I would not hesitate to book this hotel again.

From Saud at the reception to Huzrat Hossain who served the 9th floor, to the sisters at reception and the concierge service, everyone was super friendly and helpful. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and comfortable. Everyone was friendly, kind, and always ready to help with anything we needed, from room changes to organising Ziyrat tours and money exchange. A special thank you to Fahkrul,Jillani, Yousuf, Lamma, Hayam and Turkiy who is hilarious and so sweet on reception, they all made our stay 10/10. Every morning we’d get a courtesy call to check how we were and if we needed anything — such thoughtful service that truly made us feel cared for. The hotel itself was spotless, comfortable and a home from home and perfectly located — right opposite Gate 309 and only a 2-minute walk to the women’s entrance of Masjid al-Nabawi, which made it incredibly convenient. Also the golf carts to Quba Mosque were parked right outside. I highly recommend Elaf Al Taqwa to anyone visiting Medina. You’ll be well looked after by an amazing team who genuinely care about making your stay memorable and comfortable. Can’t wait to return.

They don’t respond to messages in time. Check-in lady was a bit rude because I didn’t speak Arabic. I had early check in and she wanted me to wait until 5 for my room even though the website says 4 and most other hotels says 3. In an instant world that we live in they could respond to messages sooner. Bellman Amin was great, picked our bags for us to the receptionist and made sure we had everything we needed that was in his control, all with a smile.

Communication among staff isn’t great and they are very not cooperative when it comes to refund. We booked an extra night by mistake and double booked also by mistake and none of them were refunded. Otherwise staff and services and location are very good and hotel is very well maintained.

Overall great experience, only recommendation will be to improve the luggage crew. We called and waited over two hours requesting our luggage to be brought to our room after it was quickly taken from our hands as we entered the building. We eventually got tired of waiting and went to get it ourselves only to find it in some random corner. About half hour after we retrieved it ourselves we received a call that they couldn't locate our luggage.

First of all they don't pick up the phone and the two numbers listed either are dead or an answering machine.I had left my iPad there and asked them to return it. After they told me that they did find my ipad, they stopped communicating and won't respond to WhatsApp or phones. I called expedia and the super wouldn't help either. So be weary of this hotel, they aren't straight people.

Staff at this hotel were professional and extremely attentive. Every question I had was answered and every concern I had was answered and resolved immediately. They went above and beyond to welcome me. I highly recommend this hotel. It’s a ten minute walk to the women’s door. Its still extremely convenient and you don’t have to wait for hotels. It’s clean and quiet.

Overall, it was very good. The highlight was the bell manager. I didn’t get his name but he provided excellent friendly and personalized service. He even got a taxi for us when we checked out.
