I first stayed in the motel side. The light fixtures or phone didn't work, the room had strong cigarette odors, though it was non-smoking. I then stayed in a suite. It had mold underneath the kitchen cabinets. The gym and common area restrooms couldn't be utilized by the guest. It was very loud at night. People would be fighting and screaming in the parking lot and in the pool area.

I thought we were just getting a typical room with 2 queen beds but was pleasantly surprised when it turned out to be a suite with a separate living room and a little kitchen so I could have a home cooked meal for the 1st time in a while. I didn’t have to go but my own pan but it was worth it. Bonus was we were right next to the pool so my kids could play easily.

Mold smell bathroom moldy and broken. Floor dirty if you walked barefoot your feet would be black. The TV didn’t work and the phone didn’t work I couldn’t even call 911 ( line dead) that’s a safety issue. Pests were detected and roaches and spiders. The pool was slimy and smelly. The keys cards didn’t work. Brought it up to management and said there is nothing he can do. He can’t switch my room.

I like the bar and the pool but we couldn't use the pool because it's not heated. The rooms are old and not clean. I had to go buy cleaning supplies and clean. My 13 year old said Dad, I don't want to stay here anymore. This was her second time staying there with me. I thought you guys were remodeling the rooms so I asked for a newer room. I was told by the staff that they're all the same.

The room was great for the price we paid. The staff was very nice. My issues were more with the other people staying there. There was an adult who stopped my 2 teenage daughters and tried to get them to go to the bar with him knowing they were underage and then proceeded to tell them the girl he was with was on crack. He walked into his hotel room which was next to ours and came back out and shoved a handful of crack in their face and said this is what she is on. We had homeless men come in the side door and charge their phones right next to our room.

The first room they put us in was not clean and the second room they put us in was not clean. We decided to buy cleaning products and clean the room ourselves. They let dogs stay in the rooms and there was dog poop on the floor and dog food all over the place.

Pretty much your average motel 6 . With the exception of our neighbors throwing loud parties and singing outside his room half the night, it was just okay I would rate. Housekeeping gets only one ⭐ for their rudeness which the manager felt need to apologize for.

When checking in the receptionist said I didn’t have a reservation which I clearly did in writing. After showing my res printout she replied “oh, I guess I spelled it wrong “. No apology or anything. When I told her the room smelt strongly of smoke and didn’t have the microwave that was supposed to be there her only reply was that I could have my money back and move out. This was the last thing an 83 year old needed to hear after having driven some 500 miles from Virginia. I subsequently found the microwave under the sink and apologized to the receptionist for my previous error but reiterated that the smoke smell was totally unacceptable. Just to finish off, I awoke at 4:00am thinking how lovely and quiet it was compared to most motels when almost by cue someone started yelling in the courtyard. Needless to say, this was two trips in one: the first and last!.

This property is awful . It is nasty. Had to sanitize the room. Use bathroom cleaner . Toilet did not work. We got in the first room and the toilet was broken so we had to go down and get moved. We got into the second room. Toilet did not work so we were unable to use the bathroom in the room unless we took the back of the toilet off and filled it with water. This property is awful. I would never go there again. It was nasty out of date and honestly I don't think that Expedia should even be affiliated with this property. I think they should stop renting for this property

This was the worst motel I have ever been in. It was dirty, it smelled, they couldn’t provide an extra pillow. I was honestly quite horrified and feel the low price was a rip off because it was so bad. On top of that, the hotel itself takes a $100 deposit that is supposed to be refunded within 12 hours and it is now 6 days later and I still do not have it back.
