No hay opcion para cener, ni siquiera room service. Simplemente te dicen en recepción que hay muchos restaurantes por la zona, y eso tampoco es cierto. Aparte de eso, habitación en 7a planta, que da a la calle. Muy bonita, con ventanales enormes pero con una insonorización defectuosa, se escuchan perfectamente los coches.

Ein gutes Hotel, im Stadtzentrum, allerdings an 2 sehr belebten Straßen und deshalb relativ laut. Aber das Schloss und weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten sind leicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Das angegebene Restaurant ist allerdings am Abend geschlossen, auch die Bar war nicht geöffnet.

I stayed at this hotel before it was bought and it was such a disappointment. Restaurant was closed for renovations even if this is one of the reasons I chose it. The shower bar was broken and instead of shower caps they had plastic shoe covers and of course they wouldn’t fit the head. Thongs had the feeling of a cheap motel which they tried to patch with some lighting. The breakfast we paid for felt like a joke. The hot food was cold, they had cereals but no milk and the orange juice seemed to be made out powder and they had water in a jar that looked from the faucet. Also someone with a bad attitude came to the table to ask for the room number after we sat down. Also the AC wasn’t working. If I had to stay more than one night I would have definitely left.

The bar and restaurant closes too early, by 5 pm the bar is closed. This need to improve as people might need tea or coffee late in the evening. This is the greatest draw back

The room was super nice, the hotel had 2 elevators, We got a room that was look bigger in the picture (with 3 king beds) but we got 2 king size bads, and 1.5 sofa bed, Overall everything was comfortable, breakfast was good with a lot of options. Amazing friendly staff. The only cone was that was no parking, but there is in front of the hotel a parking that you need to pay via the application\website, make sure you read everything because it a private and non Governmental service. overall - recommended!

Excellent breakfast included, great location but taxis are so cheap it wouldn’t matter where it was situated. Very nice clean room too. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The whole place was spotless and very well kept, and the breakfast was absolutely lovely.The staff were amazing and even upgraded me to the junior suite for my birthday. Made my stay extra special.

Goed hotel op een leuke locatie vlakbij het centrum, veel leuke restaurants en bars in de buurt. Enig nadeel is de slechte isolatie, we hadden last van luidruchtige buren en het leek precies alsof deze bij ons op de kamer zaten.

Overall a pretty bad experience. The staff were decent and the lady on the front desk was very helpful with suggestions of where to eat and what to do while in Bucharest. The problem was the important bits, the room was extremely loud with traffic noise and very warm. The hotel has air conditioning but for no properly explained reason both cold and hot were set to hot so it wasn't possible to cool down the room and it was really warm. Bad nights sleep all round unfortunately. Additional frustrations, the room has massive windows which looks cool when booking, but they let a lot of light in and the curtains aren't quite big enough to cover them completely. Also, and a much smaller note, no mirrors at all in the bedroom, only the bathroom which is just a bit odd!

lovely staff literally helped us with everything! expedia needs to change the description saying these rooms are sound proof they’re anything but, you can literally hear the people next door talking and everyone outside. not a major issue but don’t book this hotel if you want “soundproof” rooms. would just like to say again how lovely all the staff were

Apart from one unnecessarily rude and dismissive male member of staff at the front desk the rest of the staff were absolutely lovely. Room was very comfortable too. The adjoining room had very loud screeching female guests - adjoining rooms are not sound proof! Apart from that, good food, pleasant rooms and decent stay.

Beautiful modern, clean hotel, nice location, friendly staff. Breakfast is limited and the bathroom need improving. Can hear at night through the paper thin walls and the rooms are very hot that can’t be turned off completely

Unfortunately I booked this hotels in 3 cities, Vienna, Bucharest and Amsterdam. In Vienna I placed a police report agains the technician and the hotel members because my wife was trapped in the elevator for 45 minutes, the personal did not not call the emergency, instead called a technician when he arrived and open the door he started yelling to my wife so I intervine and then he pushed us and try to hit us by rising his hands, the hotel personal did notging to stop him. I place a police report for the technician attack. Ofcourse I moved inmedially to another hotel and I reported it to Expedia as well. In Bucharest it seems that all personal have a bad day every day. At the time I writing am heading to Amsterdam, Leomardo Amsterdam it is very uncovinient. Nice receptionist but I won't stay in these hotels ever again.

Hotel it self is in nice area for eating and drinking. Easy to navigate. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Room has a small fridge, coffee maker and kettle. Breakfast was a very nice as well

Lovely modern hotel. Our room was very comfortable and not too noisy even though it was overlooking the main road. Very close to shops/bars/restaurants on Calea Victoriei, and walkable to the historic centre and other sites. Easy to reach the airport by bus.

Great location near variety of bars, cafes and restaurant’s without being bothered by noise - only 15-20 min. walk to Old Town. Easy access for Uber pickup and dropoff. Nice modern hotel in a very good and clean condition Friendly and service minded staff. Nice selection for breakfast. Only drawback being a somewhat hard bed for an old body😉 Overall an excellent experience with value for the money.

ロケーションが抜群です。旧市街までは歩いて15-20分かかりますが、観光客が多い賑やかな通りを通って行くので、あまり距離を感じません。賑やかな通りに面していますので、周辺にはレストラン、カフェがたくさん。スーパー、ベーカリーにもあるいて6-7分。賑やかな通りに面していますが、北端にあるので、夜もそれほどうるさくありません。空港まで行くバス停にも徒歩6-7分と便利。鉄道の北駅も徒歩圏内です。部屋は清潔、エアコンもよくきいて快適です。ポット、エスプレッソマシン、冷蔵庫完備。ブカレストに来たらまた泊まりたいです。

The hotel is close to the main street with lots of restaurants, shops and bars but quiet in the rooms. Great breakfast buffet in a nice interiour is served. But the personnel are cold and do not look at you in the eye when you are asking something.

Selected 3 single bed room but when arrived only double plus single was available. There was no safe in the room and one was not provided even when receptionist said they would sort it out. Same for additional blanket, never arrived. Buffet breakfast looked good but hot items where cold, perhaps table service on hot items would be better solution. Overall it is nice hotel but service was lacking
