Didn’t eat breakfast

The first room I got had stains on the sheets, but after I told the staff, they gave me a different room which was very clean. I love this hotel EXCEPT the staff who works at the morning breakfast buffets are not friendly at all. They don’t smile & look angry like they don’t want us to be there. I asked one staff member a question but she didn’t answer me & walked away. HR needs to speak to them to be friendly & cordial. Otherwise the staff in the other areas are very nice & friendly & helpful.

The breakfast was okay, once the containers were emptied, they didn’t replenish and it was two hours left before breakfast ended. The room had dirty sheets on the fold bed chair. No soap, the bathroom had hair all over the shower and their shower chair is filthy. The freezer only works when you hit it. My experience was excellent the first time here, it’s why I chose to came back. But this experience dampened any further interest in returning. Certain things can’t be helped and is understandable like the soap issue the pillows for the bed chair. If I do return it will be to give Ian his tip he was very helpful.

There was sand in the bed, I do not believe the sheets were changed prior to my stay.
