The hotel is well located, making it possible to reach almost all attractions on foot. The main church is only 5 minutes from the hotel. Most importantly, the staff are polite and friendly, helping with every detail. A special thank you to Medy who gave us countless tips and to Senada who made a typical and wonderful Bosnian coffee for us. Thanks so much guys!

If you haven't been to Sarajevo you should go. An amazing, friendly city. This was a lovely hotel, perfectly situated. Clean, safe, secure with a perfect breakfast to start the day. If you get a chance to try Senada's Bosnian coffee with your breakfast it's even better!

Decent and clean room, heating was working properly, hot & strong water pressure. Receptionist MEDIHA is super friendly and helped us a lot. Thank you very much for your hospitality, special thanks to KITCHEN STAFF for her service.

Lovely staff and good breakfast. Only issue was the parking which was a couple of minutes walk so hauling the multiple suitcases we had was a bit of an effort. Good central place to see the beautiful old town of Sarajevo with all the unique shops and stalls.
