The pool is very nice and unlike many, the airplanes overhead did not bother me, they were few enough that it was interesting rather than bothersome. The chocolates at the desk were great and my massage at the spa was wonderful. Breakfast (Included) was top notch with aself serve Blood Mary and Mimosa option.

The good bits; great breakfast, nice decor, comfortable bed and some members of staff were friendly. However, there are some areas which need addressing to justify the price. There is very little space around the pool, particularly uncomfortable sun-loungers, the price of everything is high (5€ for a 250ml coke, or small water for example) the rooms aren’t very soundproofed. Unfortunately our hot tub seemed to be drained and refilled each day so we could only use it once.

Amazing hotel with a pool and beach. The staff is very friendly and helped play with our kiddo. It is a short 10 minute walk to old town trogir. The food, service and hotel property are amazing and very family friendly! They have a playroom and playground for kids on site. Would stay here again for sure.

Uns hat nicht gefallen, dass die Klimaanlage noch nicht in Betrieb war und somit das Zimmer nachts zu heiß war und wir dadurch schlecht schlafen konnten. Zudem war es schade, dass die Pools nicht beheizt und somit nicht nutzbar waren

Das Personal war wirklich sehr sympathisch und bemüht. Die Anlage hat alles was es braucht und wurde auch mit viel Aufwand eingerichtet. Dennoch fehlte das Flair, das das Haus zu einem mit Aufmerksamkeit gepflegten und kultivierten Ort an dem man sich willkommen fühlt macht. Möbel standen irgendwie rum, im Spa war viel kaputt und nicht repariert, der Behandlungsraum (Massage) unaufgeräumt, die Fliesen um den Pools schmuddelig und ebenso die Liegestühle.

Very nice spacious and clean hotel by sea-front, beautiful view. The large outdoor swimmingpool was great, also the sunbeds, and shower beside it, and beach-towels were provided. The restaurant served very tasty food, and there was a lot of choice in the buffet breakfast. We were welcomed with a welcome drink and were given a free upgrade to a more spacious room. The staff was very friendly. The jacussi and 2 saunas in the spa-area were very enjoyable. The smaller heated pool in the spa-area (outdoor pool , not covered at the time) was not clean unfortunately, there were drowned and floating mosquitos and flies there, but that was the only negative thing about our stay. I would gladly come again. Thanks to the friendly staff!

El restaurante para la cena, bastante caro, para el tamaño de las raciones.

Gefallen haben uns die Lage, die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter und die Qualität der Salate, die wir mittags vor Ort gegessen haben. Nicht gefallen haben uns der wirklich sehr schmutzige Boden rund um den Pool im Wellnessbereich. Im Zimmer war die Sauberkeit oberflächlich ok, unter dem Bett jedoch könnte öfter einmal gesaugt werden. Man kann dort übernachten, aber das Preis-Leistungverhältnis ist unserer Meinung nicht im Einklang.

We received a warm welcome when we arrived and the staff was so helpful and kind. The hotel is beautiful and a short walk to the main city of Trogir. Our room was beautiful with plenty of space but our one complaint was that all area rugs were very stained and dirty. We put towels down so our kids could walk without shoes but otherwise the hotel was amazing. The morning breakfast was very nicely done and the hotel staff was superb!

Beautiful hotel with 2 pools and beach access. It is on the flightpath to the Split airport so planes go over low and frequently. Other than that, and my room not getting cleaned (which is a minor thing) , I would recommend and would stay here again if I go back to Trogir.

ein schönes Hotel mit viel positiver Energie aber die Sauberkeit ist wirklich sehr schlecht! Die schrecklichen Flecken an den Spiegeln, Türen und die Schimmelflecken im Badezimmer sorgten dafür, dass ich mich so wenig wie möglich im Hotelzimmer aufgehalten habe. Zudem haben die Handtücher extrem nach abgestanden gestunken. Über die Toilettenbürste möchte ich gar nicht reden, einfach schrecklich. Allerdings war die Auswahl beim Frühstück sehr schön und immer frisch gewesen. Der Empfang beim Check-In mit ein Glas Prosecco fand ich auch sehr nett.

Nice hotel in a beautiful walkable area, to restaurants and shops. hotel under staffed most days, no pool service was terrible, towels by pool old and faded in different shades of blue. Bathroom towels very small old and yellow which we think were once white. Cleaning of rooms was very average with glasses never cleaned or removed, one small bar of soap for 6 days. Safe were helpful and nice, maybe management should look at things, the spa was nice and safe loverly

A few weird experiences. The may let herself into my bedroom to leave a letter on the bed introducing the hotel without knocking the coffee machine was missing and I have to call up. They told me that it gone for service I may or may not have one and there was some bits and bobs as the photos attached in the drawer of the bathroom top of the make up shadow an old bag and a few hairs around the sink itself

This hotel is new and beautiful. Only stayed one night but wish it was more. Room was large for European standards and we had a private roof deck with a Jacuzzi and bali bed. The staff were very professional and arranged anything we needed include dinner recommendations and a taxi to the airport. It was a slight walk to the old town but the location was very quiet.

A good quality hotel, could be elevated if a few things were improved upon. Staff were all generally very good, especially the breakfast team. I had an issue with the curtains in my room, they simply weren’t wide enough, even the maintenance guy said they were badly made. They let way too much light in from 5am. I spoke to the reception staff several times about it and while it was clearly not going to be possible to address it properly during the course of my stay, they didn’t apologise, were generally indifferent to it and offered no solutions, not even a complimentary drink by way of apology. The fridge in the room was totally useless, it was basically a storage area. We received a bottle of water in the room on the first day and that was it, pretty poor that a 4 star hotel in a warm country doesn’t offer a complimentary bottle of water. The breakfasts were good but again, little details like the orange juice not being proper orange juice and food left open to all the flies and wasps, were lacking.

The staff were very nice. The facility was beautiful. The rooms can differ vastly. One of our rooms was nearly double in size compared to the other one, same there is only one restaurant on the property while the staff is great the food is overall not good. The breakfast was the best part.

Very nice hotel with beautiful bar, lobby, and room. This is the best bed that I’ve had in Croatia and Bosnia over the past 2 weeks. However, there were a couple of issues. I took a shower and had hot water for only 10 minutes before it turned freezing cold. Also, the AC/heater in the room started to make a rattling sound, so I turned it off. Admittedly, I could have reached out to the front desk, but was exhausted at that point and only planned to stay one night before my early flight out of Split.

Chambre prix d’appel pour cet établissement au rez de chaussée vue sur route (320€ quand même) 2 leds sur 3 hors service dans la salle de bain, miroir manquant, les 2 lampes de chevet hors service, éclairage faiblard au plafond, nous essayons d’appeler la réception mais le téléphone ne fonctionne pas donc aller-retour à la réception. Das Restaurant ist absolut empfehlenswert für ein hervorragendes Abendessen in toller Atmosphäre. Auch der Pool ist sehr schön und die Nähe zum Meer macht die Lage perfekt. Lovely hotel. Some of the staff were excellent but one member of dtaff at a bad attitude removing towels from the pool she also told us that it was inappropriate for customers to have 2 towels we were not told this on arrival we did tell the manage who round speak to the staff member it’s not something you want to have when you are with other people around the pool. Poor service from her but the rest of the Staff were excellent.

Received a very warm welcome upon check in. We were offered a glass of Prosecco and were advised of hotel facilities, location and room details. Room was beautifully furnished with nice amenities. There was a good choice at breakfast. Short walk to Trogir old town. Highly recommend.

A/C in our room didn’t work, we came back to our room late at night after going for dinner, and room was at 25 degrees. Went and asked the front desk, and he was very insistent that I just dealt with it, and didn’t want to call maintenance since it was 11pm. He finally did after I was persistent, and the issue ended up being that the place didn’t maintain the A/C and the filters were clogged. It then took many hours to actually cool down the room. The room was nice, the property is nice, but the rude staff and lack of maintenance to the property didn’t make for a good experience.

Property is gorgeous. Hostess very cordial at checkin but staff should pay more attention. staff should offer to take stored luggage and place in the proper place rather than telling guests at such a hotel to simply put their stored luggage in a closet themselves. And the young man who showed me to my room didn't explain anything other than this is your room when in fact the light switch operation was far from obvious. I'm being picky but it is a high end hotel. staff could use an upgrade in training. Otherwise, fantastic location. Great kitchen. Great food. I would return.

This is a fab boutique hotel a walk away from Split old town. It’s charming and all staff were friendly and professional. We had one issue that was sorted immediately. The reataurant serves an amazing breakfast with wvwry choice. The bar is well stocked and located by the pool n a terrace. We also had dinner and lunch at the hotel which were excelent. Rooms were spacious and modern. The overal feel of the hotel was chilled and relaxing. Would like to thank Eather for her warm welcome, Darko & Robert on the bar, Vienne, Maria and Esme for your smiles and friendly service in the restaurant. Also a big thank you to Anna on reception for sorting out our issue with the a/c so quickly. Would highly recomment Browns Beach House 🙂

Nice hotel in a beautiful walkable area, to restaurants and shops. hotel under staffed most days, no pool service was terrible, towels by pool old and faded in different shades of blue. Bathroom towels very small old and yellow which we think were once white. Cleaning of rooms was very average with glasses never cleaned or removed, one small bar of soap for 6 days. Amazing hotel with a pool and beach. The staff is very friendly and helped play with our kiddo. It is a short 10 minute walk to old town trogir. The food, service and hotel property are amazing and very family friendly! They have a playroom and playground for kids on site. Would stay here again for sure.

The property overlooks a beautiful harbor and the view from the pool area can’t be beat. The staff was very welcoming. Breakfast was very good. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from Old Town which isn’t bad, but there were no sidewalks and the walking was a little dicey.

The hotel is in a gorgeous location, easy to get to from Split airport (7mins drive), beautiful views over the sea and walking distance from Trogir (only 10 mins along the marina). The hotel amenities, spa, pool and food were fantastic, every meal we had was delicious, huge credit to the chefs and Ana at reception was super helpful and always lovely. The proximity to the airport does mean you also get quite a bit of noise in the day from planes, but it wasn’t too regular and worth it for the location. Breakfast was good but didn’t have a huge selection, wished they put out fresh fruit, some melon etc. which you could get at a cost at lunch instead. Our room was ground floor which meant we had to keep the blinds closed and meant we had a little noise from cars in the morning, but good size. Otherwise a beautiful hotel, great amenities, location and food.

Attention, Trojir et donc l’hôtel sont pile dans le couloir d’atterrissage et de décollage de la piste de l’aéroport de Split, au bout de deux jours, c’est vraiment fatiguant. C’est dommage, car c’est un super hôtel, mais c’est à prendre en compte.

Schöne Lage direkt am Ufer, fussläufig in 10 Minuten ist die tolle Altstadt Trogir zu erreichen. Check-In mit Sektempfang prima, wir konnten auch schon etwas früher das schöne Zimmer beziehen, bequemes Bett! Personal am Frühstücksbuffet leider lustlos und selten ein Lächeln, schade! Liegt direkt in der Einflugschneise der nur 4 km entfernten Landebahn, ist dennoch wegen geringem Flugverkehr im Oktober gut auszuhalten.

A good quality hotel, could be elevated if a few things were improved upon. Staff were all generally very good, especially the breakfast team. I had an issue with the curtains in my room, they simply weren’t wide enough, even the maintenance guy said they were badly made. They let way too much light in from 5am. I spoke to the reception staff several times about it and while it was clearly not going to be possible to address it properly during the course of my stay, they didn’t apologise, were generally indifferent to it and offered no solutions, not even a complimentary drink by way of apology. The fridge in the room was totally useless, it was basically a storage area. We received a bottle of water in the room on the first day and that was it, pretty poor that a 4 star hotel in a warm country doesn’t offer a complimentary bottle of water. The breakfasts were good but again, little details like the orange juice not being proper orange juice and food left open to all the flies and wasps, were lacking.

The pool is very nice and unlike many, the airplanes overhead did not bother me, they were few enough that it was interesting rather than bothersome. The chocolates at the desk were great and my massage at the spa was wonderful. Breakfast (Included) was top notch with aself serve Blood Mary and Mimosa option.

The staff were very nice. The facility was beautiful. The rooms can differ vastly. One of our rooms was nearly double in size compared to the other one, same there is only one restaurant on the property while the staff is great the food is overall not good. The breakfast was the best part.

we loved this place. we stayed here for a few days at the end of our europe trip, and it was incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. pool/ocean/building view did not disappoint - it’s exactly as pictured. food was delicious in the restaurant, and the rooms were so luxurious! we were so comfortable and happy. a walk to the little town which can be hot in the heat of summer but is a great location, and a little bit further out for lovely peace and quiet. beach is just across the road with stunning coastline views - there was an inflatable playground nearby which was lots of fun for me and my sister (we’re grown ups haha). would love to come back and stay for longer. loved it

What seemed like a really nice hotel on arrival. Lobby, pool and breakfast area is all lovely. Booked a premium room but got what seemed like an afterthought as far away from the lobby as possible. The room was a weird shape and way smaller than the ones in photos. Our view out both windows were just a building site. Not exactly premium feeling. And the workers started working and yelling to each other early in the morning. The AC made a horrible sound all night even when we turned it off. Could barely sleep all night.
