DoubleTree by Hilton Foshan Nanhai

I felt a bit cheated. because the boy in reception did get us transport to Hong Kong for a fixed price. like I have done before. but after 10 min inn the ride the driver started negotiating the price again, and the receptionist said that he only agreed on transport to the border without telling me. We have never mentioned the border so it I wrong. when I asked to talk to the manager he stoped answering me. the end is that I used 50 usd more on the trip and had to agree to stop on the border. The other receptionists did not talk English very well.

The hotel intends to be super modern. However, they failed to deliver a reliable internet access. Moreover, I had to remind them their customer heatlh obligations, as there was no cleaning means at the gym. Otherwise, equipments are nice.

Staff was very attentive and engaging - amenities were great

Great place to stay, modern design, great breakfast selection, helpful staff; only drawback is hotel lobby on 50th Floor and navigating places in building can be confusing
