This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. On arrival Delphine at reception was very warm,friendly and helpful. He greeted us warmly each day. The other reception staff were also wonderfully kind and helpful. The room was sparkling clean. The cleaners work particularly hard to maintain the cleanliness of the rooms daily. Janeth from the dining hall greeted us with a warm smile every morning that we went for breakfast. There is a great breakfast selection but will be slightly limited for those who are vegan. The pool isn’t huge but didn’t feel small either. Even with multiple families, there was enough space for everyone to have fun and play. I would say, they could do with having a few more sun loungers though.

I was pleasantly surprised. The room was very large and recently updated. No complaints at all. Very quiet. Be prepared for a bit of a walk (15 minutes?) to the main tourist area of Praia de Rocha. There is minimal on site parking; but if there are no spots available when you arrive, you can park for free on the street until a spot becomes available so I wouldn’t worry about it. Very beautiful area. If you’re looking for a nice spot just a bit outside of the main crowded area, this is perfect. Just remember there is a walk to the main area is all.

We thoroughly enjoyed our three-night stay. It was worth paying extra for the front/full ocean view. Very convenient location, short walk to the beach, shops, trails, and marina, as well as a central location for visiting Lagos and Carvoeiro as well. Fantastic breakfast, beautiful pools. Would stay again!

Hotel is away from most amenities. To stay here, a car is needed. Bolt was a savior. Beach is down a set of steep stairs with broken steps. Hotel messed up on an order for vegetarian Caesar salad when it was served with bacon and chicken. Lounge entertainment was a nice diversion.

The hotel is cross the street from a beach which is not as beautiful as others. The facility is like a new facility. The problem is parking. It is difficult to get in and out of underground parking. My rent car got scratched even I was very careful every time.

Personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. zeker het geld waard. ook de locatie van het hotel is top, net uit de drukte maar op wandelafstand naar het centrum. ook dichtbij mooie lekkere restaurantjes. het uitzicht is prachtig. alles was zeer proper en in perfecte staat. dit hotel zal ik zeker aanraden aan mijn kennissen.

Great hotel. We had the suite - very spacious. Bathroom was clean and shower had power, made me smell like a flower! Staff are very friendly. They kept the room spotless for us. Breakfast options are good. Pool is perfect. Walking distance to beach of Rocha. Easy drive to Marina de Albufeira where we did an excursion to see the sea caves and dolphins. Turim Presidente made our Algarve experience awesome. Overall, a very good experience; thank you Turim Presidente!

Schoon, ruim, vriendelijk, niet in de drukke wijk wat heel prettig is. Strand heel dichtbij, wel met een behoorlijke trap wat logisch is voor deze kustlijn. Maar men moet goede conditie voor hebben. Ontbijt is goed, maar basic qua kwaliteit voor 4*. Water/1ltr wordt elke dag door een aparte team aangevuld. Een vreemde actie: 1 ltr is nooit genoeg voor 1 dag. Te veel handelingen en mensen voor nodig: een watertap op elke verdieping was veel handiger geweest. Het blijft een aanrader.

We stayed at this hotel from September 3-7 and were super impressed with the hotel and location. It is right on the beach, and super close to a number of excellent restaurants. The room was clean and cute, I would HIGHLY recommend getting the sea view! Stunning. The staff are friendly and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great hotel, wonderful breakfast options, close to water access, lovely staff, easy parking. On the weekend (at least Friday), there is a restaurant/bar to the “east” across the street with an outdoor nightclub, and they party “hard” until 4am. Reasonable noise proofing but I could not sleep through (even tried my noise cancelling headphones). Weekdays, they started before 7pm but stopped at 10pm (much more reasonable).

Das Zimmer und das Hotel war sehr gut. Die Leute an der Rezeption ebenfalls. Das Abendessen und Frühstück hat uns nicht überzeugt. Aber es gibt genügend Auswahl in der Umgebung.

Could not have wished for better. All staff was extraordinary, the hotel is clean and well renovated. The food was amazing. The area is calm and close to everything we need. I would recommend to anyone!
