Hôtel agréable avec de nombreux espaces extérieurs pour profiter du beau temps quand la météo le permet. Il y a aussi des espaces à l'intérieur où on peut se poser pour un café, un moment de détente, dans un mobilier design qui incite à la relaxation. Chambres confortables et propres, salle de bain un peu petite mais bien entretenue. Petit déjeuner varié (même si on aurait apprécié des céréales en plus des autres choix).

Ein sehr angenehmes Hotel, das an der Autobahn liegt. Beim Eintritt duftet es angenehm, das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Allerdings funktionierte der WLAN-Zugriff im Zimmer nicht. (Angeblich gab es beim Umbau des Hotels Probleme) Als wir uns spontan zum Abendessen im Hotel entschieden, kam keine Bedienung (zu wenig Gäste?). Sonst war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Es gab außerhalb der Essenzeiten frische Getränke (Gurken-Orangen-Wasser) und kleine Snacks (Küchlein, Cracker) zum Mitnehmen. 4 von 5 Sternen insgesamt.

Treurigheid qua service. Inchecken via een tablet in de hal. Die heel onhandig opgehangen is waardoor je in een krampachtige houding alle gegevens die je bij de boeking al in had gegeven nogmaals in staat te geven. Geen aanwijzingen waar je de kamers kan vinden. Zoek het zelf maar uit. Hotel en kamer zien er prima uit. Jammer dat in de kamer de bedlampjes het of niet doen of er half aan het snoertje bijhangen. Kapotte zeepdispenser en schimmelvlek in de badkamer maakte het irritatiegevoel af. Natuurlijk kan het erger. Bij terugkomst om 22:20 was de bar al dicht wegens “gebrek aan gasten en we gaan altijd om 22:00 dicht”. Ook Op vrijdagavond dus. Ik snapte het niet. Ontbijt was prima verzorgd. Ruime keus. Prima Koffie. Maar niet een hotel waar ik snel naar terug zou keren. Laten ze zich blijven concentreren op hun vergaderkamers. Die krijgen meer aandacht dan reguliere hotelgasten

Gut erreichbar, großer Parkplatz. Utrecht ist per Bahn gut angebunden, Fußweg ca.25‘. Klimaanlage leider sehr laut, wenn in Betrieb.Ansonsten alles in Ordnung, Kaffee beim Frühstück sehr gut! Als Zwischenstopp für den Touristen gut geeignet. Für Tagungen sicher ein gutes Ambiente wie ich gesehen habe.

O hotel tem uma estrutura muito boa, mas tivemos problema com a limpeza do quarto. No dia que chegamos o ralo do chuveiro estava entupido e alagou todo o banheiro e a recepcionista foi nos atender e passou algumas toalhas no chão, mas ficou ainda molhado. Outro dia esqueceram de limpar nosso quarto. Quando limpavam não limpavam a pia do banheiro, não trocavam os copos que tínhamos usado e nem jogavam o lixo fora.
O hotel tem uma estrutura muito boa, mas tivemos problema com a limpeza do quarto. No dia que chegamos o ralo do chuveiro estava entupido e alagou todo o banheiro e a recepcionista foi nos atender e passou algumas toalhas no chão, mas ficou ainda molhado. Outro dia esqueceram de limpar nosso quarto. Quando limpavam não limpavam a pia do banheiro, não trocavam os copos que tínhamos usado e nem jogavam o lixo fora.

The experience overall was good. Breakfast was somehow simple but okay for me. The room was better than i expected; small but clean. Once i became familiar with the ac the room temperature was convinent. The hotel locates near to a busy road therefore my room wasn't that quiet.

Kamer 109: douche staat met open kant veel te dicht op toiletpot, alles wordt zeiknat ook vloer waardoor het glibberig wordt, ruimte is te krap. Kamer was erg gehorig, elke stap, actie om ons heen was duidelijk hoorbaar, ook hardlopen over gang boven ons. Matrassen niet stevig, lage rugpijn bij het opstaan. Restaurant prima, personeel en bediening heel vriendelijk.

We stay a couple of night on Sept. 2024 for a business hotel because the free parking and location to the freeway. But the room was small for a double room, the pillows really bulky and uncomfortable, we requested a thinner ones, and were never delivered. The TV audio did not work. The light in the bathroom is really low. We would not stay again in this hotel quality-price not worth it.

We were visiting family who live nearby and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The rooms were large, comfortable and clean with plenty of hot water and little extra touches throughout. The food at breakfast was delicious and loads of choice even for us fussy Brits !! But best of all was the staff who were so friendly and helpful throughout our whole stay. If we return to visit we will definitely book another stay.

Estadia razoável, chegamos tarde ao hotel o funcionário que estava a fazer noite e pouco disponível e antipático. O quarto estava extremamente quente e o ar condicionado não funcionava em condições. Dormimos mal com o calor. Pequeno almoço ok.

Geen receptie wat het onpersoonlijk maakt en cashless dus alleen electronisch betalen, moet je wel rekening mee houden. Kamers zijn vrij sober. Verder wel prima hotel.

The reception area looks great nice exterior but once you enter the room its is smaller than a Budget Ibis Hotel ... very disappointing. Twin room with one large towel and three hand towels for two adults. I asked at reception for two extra pillows but was told that the hotel "was out of pillows " and it was not possible. At check out I was asked out my stay when I discussed pillows I was informed they " only have 3 or 4 spare in the hotel " ...unbelievable !!! and for the towel situation ..."that was normal " I will not stay in this chain of hotels again, save 25 euros off a Van Der Valk but this was a big mistake from myself. Response from staff was very disappointing ... they have hundreds of chairs in lobby and publics spaces, 100's !!! but only three / four spare pillows. Arrogance from staff that I would be so rude as to request extra pillows !

Locatie prima , personeel netjes ,beveiliging chagrijnig en niet beleeft .Liep een muis door het restaurant wel doorgegeven, waren zich bewust van het probleem. Te weinig stoelen in de 4pers kamer.Ontbijt niet spectaculair...maar smaken en keuzes verschillen .

The train station is 20 minutes walking away. A busstop is more near the hotel. The flexibility of the staff, as I had made an error. I came 1 day earlier than I had booked. No problem. I could extend with 1 day earlier. And not having to move to another room the next day.

Breakfast items can sometimes be a bit dry from being left out. The fruit was also old but other than that it’s a fine stay and very convenient for getting on the motorway.

Booked the hotel as I had a training to attend in Bunnik. Overall good hotel, a bit outside of the town centre and nothing around that. But if you travel for business I guess it's ok. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great buffet breakfast

Die Unterkunft hat einen guten Standard, es gibt nichts Wesentliches zu bemängeln. Beim Frühstück könnte es durchaus mehr Auswahl (z.B. Wurst, lokale Spezialitäten) geben, aber es war in Ordnung. Das Personal ist kinderfreundlich (wir waren mit einem Kleinkind da). Es gibt mit einem Fußweg von ca. 10-15 Minuten 3-4 Restaurants zu erreichen.

Mooi groot hotel. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk. De standaard kamer was schoon met een groot 2-persoonsbed. Het diner was uitstekend ondanks de kleine kaart. Het ontbijt was super. Veel keuze en verse producten. Prettig was dat je pas om 11.00 uur hoefde uit te checken, waardoor je rustig aan kom doen. Wij hebben ons verblijf als zeer prettig ervaren. Het enige minpuntje: er was geen stopcontact op de badkamer om de föhn of scheerapparaat te gebruiken.
