We spent 1 night here for our anniversary. The hotel lobby is modern and clean. Check-in took longer than expected in comparison to other hotels we've stayed at. We got a room with a jetted tub which was really nice, smelled good, clean. I did not like the shower though, the shower head is old and had visible calcium deposits. Otherwise, it was a comfortable stay. It would have been nice for it to include a buffet breakfast, but it was walking distance to Tim Hortons and IHOP. Their patio is very relaxing, but the fire pit was shut off at 10:30pm when there were still guests enjoying it in the nice weather. The staff just came and abruptly said he's turning it off without any apologies and left. It made guests feel uncomfortable and people started leaving. We did not get to try the indoor pool, but it looked really nice with a big slide, hot tub and a lifeguard. Overall, a good stay.

Pool area looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in a while, needs a good deep clean. In the room, the tv stand had marks on it as if it wasn’t cleaned from the people before us and needs a good dusting. Restaurant is very expensive for the quality of food they serve. Waterside has limited hours and the attendant who ran the slide was late every time. Pool was constantly out of towels so make sure you bring your own down. Location was perfect for our stay. We didn’t hear any outside noise from the hallway which was nice!

We've stayed here off and on for the last 10 years. Its become more and more eco-friendly adding small changes over time. It is starting to show some wear but still mostly in great condition. The regular standard room with King bed has plenty of room and staff have always been great whether its a smile or helpful with extra towels or whatever. They have always been fully booked or close to it so the turnover is quick and the staff seem good at managing it. Parking is always plentiful and there are mutiple food options within walking distance i.e. Tims, Wendy's, IHop, and indian Restaurant (vegetarian) and of course there is a Costco so food court pizza and hot dogs! There is a small pool area with water slide and a small fitness area. Some rooms have a small balcony. Easy off and on for the highway. Will continue to choose this place in the Brampton area again.

Clean rooms, parking very full but not impossible tonfind a spot. Pool very disappointing, stayed 2 nights, fist night pool closed entirely, second night no hot tub or slide available, which were largely the reason we chose this hotel.

This hotel was not what I expected for a Marriott property. My room was updated but the bathroom needs a lot of work. The grout work was horrible and was re-grouted to try to cover up mold but it still showed through The wall paper was stained and filthy in many areas. I had to wipe soiled areas down for me to be comfortable staying there. I was disappointed. It was a short stay, so we did not asked to change rooms.

First room killed spiders, leaky & moldy ceiling, and had to be moved. Second room had a broken phone, TV did not work, and was a downgrade until asked for a similar room to what was paid for. We had to move again to a third room on final day. It was an upgrade but the room was not well kept. Rusty sink, dirty drapes, dusty appliances, and dirty chairs. The elevator buttons are broken in both cars, and we had a false fire alarm that the staff did not communicate to us about. Unfortunately I would not recommend this hotel.

The pool area had no towels when we arrived. The pool floor was full of sand and dirt. We asked for an extra pillow for the pull out bed and was told they had no extra pillows. Our room had two towels. For a three person booking. When we called for extra towels the staff was so confused about what they were doing that they told my daughter that they only had pool towels. The hallways had garbage litered on the floor mirrors are dirty and the shower curtain was stained and moldy. Probably time to update this hotel!! Oh and two drawers of the rooms furniture wont stay closed.

Our stay was definitely a good one however we took an issue with a few things surrounding mirror availability, cleanliness and lighting. When we had called for the room to be cleaned we were informed the rooms are cleaned every other day and because of that we endured a garbage pileup. As well, we were going to an event and didn’t have a full mirror in the room to see the full outfit (even one on the door would have sufficed). Also, the only place that had decent lighting was the bathroom. We just felt that these things were missing and would have made the experience much more accommodating.

The room was clean, but the lock on Room 209 had issues. The adjoining room was occupied and quite noisy, which made my stay less pleasant. On the positive side, the staff were very pleasant and friendly, and the hotel’s location is excellent with plenty of nearby walking options.

After we checked-in at the front desk, we went for a bite to eat across the parking lot. While we were eating, the front desk agent came to our table and interrupted our meal claiming I had not given him my credit card # at check-in. It was extremely rude and bluntly, ignorant to stalk me and my family to an off site restaurant and interrupt our family gathering over a credit card number, particularly considering our bags were in the room. I will never stay at this property again.

Had a problem with the room key, 5 times. First they were going to move us, but after replacing the batteries it seemed to work. Later that evening it stopped working again. Couldn't get in the room. One person at the front desk, all the others gone home. He did finally get us into the room after half hour. But this being the fifth time it happened i opted for another room, only to find out there were no rooms available. Next day the door lock was replaced. No further problem. Also no compensation for the amount of time we were unable to enter our room. Horrible customer service. Don't make promises you can't keep.

The stay was okay. The room was pretty hairy The towel racks were damaged, the smoke alarm had a facial tissue covering the light and sensor, despite asking the night before, we didn’t receive a wake up call and a cab was not called for us as promised. This is not usual for this hotel as it’s our Toronto jump off go to.

Staff went above and beyond to accommodate a large family in town for a funeral. Staff were kind and helpful with setting up rooms in close proximity to each other. When a scheduling mistake was made they assisted in correcting my error and adjusting dates. I’m so thankful to to the staff and hotel for their assistance.

It was clear that cleanliness was not a priority here. The one meal I ordered at their bistro was inedible (rotten lettuce & tomatoes, rubbery chicken and hard quinoa). I took it back down to the bistro but they refused to refund it. But the horrors didn’t end there. One night, I was shocked when a stranger attempted to enter my room. After confronting him, he showed me an access card issued by the front desk, proving he had been checked into my room. It turns out they had double-booked my room and failed to communicate this to me. Despite my reservation clearly stating a check-out date two days later. As a result, I was abruptly relocated to another room in the middle of the night. This incident disrupted my work trip significantly, leaving me exhausted and unprepared for the following day's meetings. The inconvenience and stress caused by their negligence were beyond frustrating. Overall, my experience here was nothing short of a nightmare.

No breakfast included- other properties in area have complimentary breakfast for comparable price. Fridge and coffee maker in room were broken. Employee tried to tell me that I had to hold up the coffee carafe to the dripper to make coffee- turned out it was broken- after I insisted for a while advising that there was a piece was missing from the top of the pot- he located another one and fixed the issue. Halls smelled of smoke- marijuana. I spoke to maintainence about it- they told me that was another room whose occupants had left. Overall not the best for the price I paid

I stay at this hotel everytime I visit Toronto. It has a pool, it have a Star Bucks inside hotel and it have other restaurants right across the street you can literally walk to. I love the spacioue rooms with a refrigerator and microwave.
