Quiet, end of cul de sac and away from main road meant no traffic noise, yet it was very convenient for great food (turn right 50m for the best Bun cha), turn left 20m and score cheap delicious bun box & bahn mi for breakfast), long beach across the road (10min walk to access point) and bus stop for the 17&19 can take you to Grandworld and Safari (free with safari ticket)! Room comfy with balcony, spacious and place to hang clothes. Nice water pressure and very good hot water! Even free water refill in lobby.

The property is located right in the centre and walkable distance from everything..lots of shops n restaurants,beaches..the host is lovely, helpful and so polite, welcoming. The night host is also very good..she even helped us take heavy luggage till the bus stop and was very quick to help...the cleaning was done daily and all amenities were provided...good stay..100% recommended

This comparativly new hotel is well located approx a short 15 minute walk to the night market and with bus stops ATM and supermarket all close by.It does not have its own restaurant but there is a coffee shop next door which offers a varied choice.The spotlessly clean rooms are large and as far as I could see all have sea view balconies.Overall was very pleased!
