I strongly do not recommend staying at this property. Our experience at Cedar Peak Condominium was disappointing from the moment we arrived until the day we checked out.At check-in, there was no staff available to assist guests with their luggage. We were a group of seven people, including a young child, traveling with eight large suitcases, yet there was no one at the entrance to help us. Although there was a security guard on duty, he informed us that he was not permitted to assist because he was not employed by Cedar Peak Condominium. As first-time guests, we were left confused about where to go or whom to ask for help. It was only through the kindness of a bystander that we learned we needed to call extension 639 for assistance. Unfortunately, the staff member who answered the call was not particularly courteous or welcoming, which made an already frustrating arrival even more unpleasant. The problems did not end there. On our second night, the building completely lost its water supply without any prior notice or explanation. We were unable to use the toilets or take showers, and we had to purchase bottled water just so our young granddaughter could use the bathroom. A situation like this should have been communicated to guests in advance, or at the very least, the management should have provided updates and temporary solutions. Instead, we were left on our own.The condition of the bathrooms was also unacceptable. The hot water in our unit was unreliable, working on and off

There was no mention about parking in the ad because there is no free parking. Parking was expensive. Secondly, there is no one in the front desk. After waiting for so long, the guard had to tell me that I should call an extension number for the front desk staff to come down and give me the key. The same is true for the check out process.

Easy check in. Property is clean, safe and secured ( guests are provided keys to enter the building and use the elevator to the unit). I was just hoping they provide at least 1 toilet roll/tissue for an overnight stay. The towels smell nice, but very thin and looks old. No hair dryer and iron provided, make sure to bring one if needed.
