コロナ禍以前、何十回とこちらに宿泊しました。部屋によって、家具、調度品が違いますが、この4年間で綺麗になりました。以前は空港から静安寺までリムジンバスがありましたが、今はありません。私は地下鉄を利用しています。ホテルの言語は、中国語か英語です。日本語は通じません。コロナ禍で静安寺付近も変わり、店舗も入れ替わっています。一階にファミリーマートがありまます。上海も物価高で、その上円安ですのでし食事代に余分にみる必要があるでしょう。

It is an old residential apartment building. Some units of it are converted and used for hotel service apartments. The room is decorated with old Shanghai feel. Very interesting. It is an old building, but the room is well kept and maintained. The staffs are nice and friendly. It has a very good location. A big shopping plaza is just across the street with a big food court. Convenient store, drug store are nearby. MRT station is at about 5 minute walking. My only dislike is the soundproofing of this old building. People moving chair at upstairs at night, the local residents talking loudly in the early morning created disturb noises to my sleeping. Overall, it is good.

진안사 역에서 가까움 요즘 구글에는 검색하면 제대로된 장소가 나와서 찾기가 쉬움. 룸컨디션은 괜찮은 편이고 주방이 있어 간단한 음식을 해먹을수있음. 주방에 보일러가 있는데 샤워를 하거나 할때 온수를 틀면 보일러 소리가 너무 큼 그외에 큰 불편함은 없으며 다음 출장시 또 이용할 계획

この度はお世話になりました、スタッフさん皆さんいい人で滞在は問題なく過ごせました、ありがとうございます^ ^ ただ連泊の変更は面倒でイライラしました。サイトとの連携はなんかいい方法はないかしら。すべてお客さん自身でやりとりをしないと変更できないのはつらすぎる。次回の為でもこの問題は解決できるともっといい旅できるでしょう、期待しています。私は今度の体験で、中長期の旅、これからは連泊最長で三日まで予約するつもり、万が一、手続きは楽の為、皆さんの参考になれたら嬉しいです。最後、ホテルのスタッフに感謝の気持ちを込めてありがとうございました。

The location is good, the environment is full of tasty food and especially the service the excellent. I borrowed the umbrella from them, they call the taxi service for me, I have the late check-in and very early (5 am) check-out ) while everything is well done. And the price is very reasonable with a thumb up.
