No corresponde que haya instalaciones del hotel ocupadas por tantos días y que los huéspedes no puedan ocupar (me refiero al patio interior del hotel). Eso, para un hotel marriott es de pésimo gusto. El valor que uno paga debe ser retribuido por el hotel. Hubiera sabido eso, me quedo en novotel, nos sale más barato y hubiéramos tenido acceso a pasar tardes en el patio interior. Nos hemos quedado varias veces en Marriott el Convento, pero la decepción última no la habíamos sentido nunca. La atención tampoco fue buena, más de un día tuvimos que ponernos nosotros mismos los servicios en la mesa, y no había excusa porque el lugar de desayuno no estaba ni a la mitad de gente cuando nos pasó eso. Para qué decir del jueves último cuando el lugar de desayuno estaba cerrado por la "expo perú", tuvimos que desayunar en un lugar con muy poca luz, y no pudimos ir a pedirnos un omelette, porque el lugar estaba cerrado. Insisto, no somos exquisitos, pero si uno paga caro, lo mínimo que espera es ser retribuido, una lástima lo bajo que está el hotel, y me veo en la obligación de mencionarlo cada vez que pueda, por respeto a los turistas que viajan y que quieren sentir satisfacción por el dinero invertido en estas experiencias.

This beautiful hotel was built around an historic cloister and ancient walls and items were preserved, even a historic walking tour of the property was complimentary. It is located in the heart of Cusco, two blocks from the main square. The staff made our stay so memorable. They were efficient, friendly and attentive, in all areas.

L’hotel è meraviglioso e in ottima posizione e il personale gentile e molto disponibile. Il luogo dove si mangia un po freddo anche in considerazione che ci si mangia e dovrebbe essere più caldo, ma rimane splendido. Unica pecca la festa che stavano organizzando per il martedì sera e che ha precluso degli spazi agli ospiti dell’hotel senza aver avvisato o fatto uno sconto. Per il resto tutto molto bello

Excellent Hotel, nous avons passé une super nuit, la literie est excellente, et la chambre était très propre. Nous avons fait un massage en couple qui était exceptionnel du début jusqu’à la fin et le spa et très sympa. Le petit déjeuner était juste incroyable, je n’ai jamais vu un petit déjeuner comme ça dans un Marriott… Vraiment nous étions choqués de ce petit déjeuner extraordinaire. Le personnel d’accueil est très accueillant et sympathique et souriant. Parfait du début jusqu’à la fin

This hotel has it all. The building itself is just WOW! Full of details and history. The cleanliness is superb. Comfort of the bed is beyond our expectations. We had to get a breakfast to go as we were leaving at 3am. The packed breakfast was excellent and the hotel kept our luggage whilst we were in Machu Picchu at no extra cost. The room was immaculate and amenities great. A free pisco sour was a great touch too

Without a doubt it’s the best hotel in the historic center of Cusco. Have been in Cusco more than 10 times and have stayed in many other hotels and this is definitely the best! Very friendly staff, very clean, delicious breakfast and very convenient location.

Mooi hotel. Zaten in kamers onder de grond, uitzicht op een oude Inca muur. Maar die staat letterlijk 30cm of zo vanaf het raam. Daardoor nul dag licht in de kamer. En je kan het raam niet open zetten. Super lekker bed, goede airco, mooie maar verouderde badkamer & inrichting.

The JWM is a stunning property. The rooms are nicely appointed & the staff were friendly & accommodating. Breakfast was good. We had one issue with the AC/Heat thermostat. At night when the temperature dropped, the heat took hours to warm up the room. The touch of the vents felt slightly warm not hot. But this matter is of no reflection on the staff, they were great, this is an engineering issue, had a similar heating issue with another Marriott in Lima.

Unfortunately the front desk team told me (at check in and also at check out) that they would not report my points to Marriott earned for my stay because I did the reservation and paid through Expedia. Honestly speaking, they made me feel as if I had done bad. I think this was utterly wrong because Expedia works as a travel agent and Marriott receives my payment. Also, they did not give me any perk when checking in despute I am a Marriott Platinum Elite member

Beautiful hotel. Excellent service. They arranged for our transportation. We arrived in the middle of the night and the staff was attentive, helpful and responsive to us as of it were the middle of the day. They even offered and provided bag meals for our early departure to Machu Picchu. I would stay here again and I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Everything and everyone in this place was outstanding! Staff were friendly and very efficient. They will accommodate any special request with promptness and kindness. Special shout out to Paloma at the front desk. The spa was relaxing and clean. Breakfast buffet was delicious offering a large variety of local and international options. The building used to be a colonial convent build upon the foundations of an Inca building. The result is impressive, charming and unique. They offer several complimentary activities for guests. Recommend the two we did; a tour of the hotel (35 min) which is available every evening, explaining the history and architecture of the building and the pisco sour class, which was fun. The location is perfect, walking distance from main shopping and dinning places in Cuzco. Will definitely return.

This beautiful hotel was built around an historic cloister and ancient walls and items were preserved, even a historic walking tour of the property was complimentary. It is located in the heart of Cusco, two blocks from the main square. The staff made our stay so memorable. They were efficient, friendly and attentive, in all areas.

I could not be more impressed with this hotel. I chose JW Marriot in Cusco to celebrate my successful proposal with my now fiance. This hotel absolutely blew our minds and surpassed any expectation we had for hotels! I now have a new standard for what a hotel should be. The property is perfect, it's so clean I would have no trouble eating off the floor and our room was fantastic. The spa is beautiful, the food was excellent and the drinks were superb. All that being said, the absolute best part of our stay here was the staff. Every single person we interacted with were kind, attentive, and went far above and beyond what we would expect from them. They seemed genuinely happy to do their job and i cannot praise the staff enough for makimg our celebration so wonderful and special. We will never forget our stay at this hotel. The only thing that we were a little sad about was that the massage staff was booked out through the weekend so we were not able to secure an appointment for a deep tissue massage after our grueling 8 day hike through the Andes. I suppose that might be because they are also great at their jobs like the rest of the staff. Thank you soooo much for an experience we will never forget!!

The hotel was the perfect location and choice for our Machu Picchu, Peru trip. The location, facilities were perfect. The staff, with their constant warm Peruvian smiles were amazing, they went above and beyond for us, tending to our every need. A lovely extra was when we visited the very cute and adorable baby alpaca called “Pancheta” who came to the hotel each day.

We loved this property and stayed twice during our visit to Cusco. The front desk staff and concierge are very helpful and accommodating. My only complaint is that they don't cater to gluten-free visitors. We tried to eat in the bar, and the only option was a salad and the server had to check to see if anything was gluten-free. Unlike many other breakfast buffets worldwide, their items weren't marked if they contained gluten. Despite all of that, we would highly recommend this property.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff very friendly. The resident alpaca Ponchita was a lovely element and the added oxygen in our rooms a qonderful assist for acclimitization (in addition to the plentiful aetisanal coca tea of course). The breakfast was great but I would have liked to see a bit more variety with the restaurant menu. The complimentary pisco sours was a very nice touch.

L’hotel è meraviglioso e in ottima posizione e il personale gentile e molto disponibile. Il luogo dove si mangia un po freddo anche in considerazione che ci si mangia e dovrebbe essere più caldo, ma rimane splendido. Unica pecca la festa che stavano organizzando per il martedì sera e che ha precluso degli spazi agli ospiti dell’hotel senza aver avvisato o fatto uno sconto. Per il resto tutto molto bello

We had to get a breakfast to go as we were leaving at 3am. The packed breakfast was excellent and the hotel kept our luggage whilst we were in Machu Picchu at no extra cost. The room was immaculate and amenities great. A free pisco sour was a great touch too

Really lovely hotel in the ♡ of Cusco. Easy to walk to many of the main tourist destinations. Staff were courteous and helpful. Some great free experiences, eg pisco sour making. Food in restaurant delicious. All the amenities and services you’d expect from this level of hotel. They were super helpful with early morning breakfasts for trail trips and luggage storage.

Nous avons fait un massage en couple qui était exceptionnel du début jusqu’à la fin et le spa et très sympa.
