Fue una pésima experiencia. Llegué a las 10 de la Noche y el botonos me indico que el calefactor se iba a prender solo Llame a las 11 porque no prendía. Me indicaron que espere porque así funcionaba. 12 de la noche nuevamente llamando, recién empezaron a revisar el problema. No fue sino hasta las 1.30am am cuando trajeron un calefactor eléctrico y recién para las 2am tuve una temperatura aceptable para poder dormir. No regreso más.

El hotel es muy lindo y céntrico. El personal es muy amable, servicial y profesional, el desayuno fue bueno. No obstante, tuvimos problemas con el agua, en ocasiones no había agua caliente y tuvimos que esperar en lo que prendían el gas para poder tener agua caliente, lo que representaba un problema porque algunas excursiones eran muy temprano en la mañana. De igual forma, la calefacción en la habitación no fue la mejor.

Modern hotel located maybe 15 minutes from the plaza. Nearby are small markets, pharmacy and some restaurants. This hotel was clean, had excellent beds and spacious rooms for a family of 4. Taxi to the airport was 10 soles. Hot water was gone after 1 shower but I heard thats common in Cusco. Overall, would recommend this hotel to those looking for a comfortable stay and don't want to be close to the plaza.

Nice hotel and very friendly staff. Only issue was soundproofing (kept hearing some woman singing) and shower temp kept switching from hot to cold on its own, issue with regulator. Comp water & coffee in room was nice touch. Very clean and professional and comp breakfast was nice.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Buffett breakfast is delicious, you can even ask for your eggs done as you like them. The courtyard is filled with flora and an abundance of birds comes by, including a hummingbird who visits everyday.

Two very problematic things. 1. My wife suffered from altitude sickness causing nausea and vomiting. Night one, she was unable to make it to the bathroom in time and made a small mess on the floor. In the middle of the night instead of leaving her vomit for the maid to clean, she used bath towel to wipe down the area herself and placed the towels in small pile in the corner. At the end of our stay, they charged us for the towels because “they were too dirty to wash and had to throw them away. For us, this was a violation of proper customer service. 2. The showers are terrible. The hot water fluctuates between room temp and scolding. Cannot keep the water at a constant temperature no matter how hard we tried.

We stayed a total of 5 nights in-between visits throughout the region of Cusco, and Carlos and his team are really awesome. Very friendly ppl, helpful, the place is neat, clean, a good size hotel, lil garden on the ground floor, the good sized rooms, beds are comfortable. Their breakfast really is amazing, fresh produce and juices, eggs, etc honestly a must. Analy and the cook are prepping a great and different breakfast every morning. Highly recommend this place. This was our home while in Cusco, and the value is unbeatable.

Localização excelente, na rua lateral da principal avenida, que leva à Plaza de Armas (dá para ir à pé até a Plaza tranquilamente). Quarto novo e bem limpo, amplo, com luzes indiretas bem confortáveis. Tivemos um pequeno problema com o quarto e nos mudaram de suíte rapidamente, sem problemas. Banheiro bom, mas a temperatura do chuveiro oscila entre muito quente e muito gelada, que é meu único ponto negativo. O staff é muito gentil e prestativo. Café da manhã é muito bom.

Everyone we interacted with on the hotel's staff was really friendly and helpful. Location was a short walk from the downtown area. We stayed here twice, and got spotlessly clean rooms on both occasions. There was some noise from the street on one night of one stay, but otherwise we slept really well.

Staff was incredibly helpful. Was able to store our luggage while away on a 5 day trek. Clean, comfortable rooms, and warm shower. Laundry service that was quick and returned all our items.

They’re here to make sure you’re enjoying Cusco the way you’re supposed to, give plenty of recos. The hotel is rather recent, super clean, and well maintained. Muchas gracias guys once again. We loved it. Greatest value & service!

Amazing hotel, very clean, comfortable beds, good wifi, delicious breakfast, great location and the staff are very nice and accommodating. I would recommend a room facing the garden, or on the back of the hotel as the street side is noisy. I highly recommend this hotel. PS Great little coffee shop attached to the lobby

Great hotel with clean rooms, updated decor, friendly staff. It’s 10 min walk from the main plaza. This place was perfect for our week long stay in Cusco. Breakfast was tasty with great options. The only con would be that it’s not well insulated to noise so sometimes the road sound was a little loud for sleeping. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Lo malo: se escucha todo el ruido de la calle y como es avenida importante, hay muchos carros/claxon/alarmas y cuesta trabajo dormir. Igualmente el proceso de check in fue lento. Hotel is in a great location to see Cusco. Breakfast is well presented and taken in comfortable surroundings. All hotel personel were friendly and attentative. Special mention to the guys on reception. Thankyou for the help given. We were upgraded our room on arrival which was amazing. The room. Had an enormous bed with seperate bathroom and dressing area. The room was large with balcony and modern decor. At night the room was quite cool.There was a heater which would not work. I think it was on sentral timer. It came and then went off. Outside is noisy on a main road with. Strsy dogs barking all night.
Hotel is in a great location to see Cusco. Breakfast is well presented and taken in comfortable surroundings. All hotel personel were friendly and attentative. Where to start? The room was amazing! Clean, pretty, quiet... the bed was comfortable. The breakfast room was so nice and clean; and the food was very good: fruit, eggs, juice, coffee, etc. But the true star is the staff. EVERYONE was super friendly and helpful. I didn't feel well one night and Don Luis got me tea to our room and offered to go to the pharmacy for me. He was soo nice.

Where to start? The room was amazing! Clean, pretty, quiet... the bed was comfortable. The breakfast room was so nice and clean; and the food was very good: fruit, eggs, juice, coffee, etc. But the true star is the staff. EVERYONE was super friendly and helpful. I didn't feel well one night and Don Luis got me tea to our room and offered to go to the pharmacy for me. He was soo nice.

Two very problematic things. 1. My wife suffered from altitude sickness causing nausea and vomiting. Night one, she was unable to make it to the bathroom in time and made a small mess on the floor. In the middle of the night instead of leaving her vomit for the maid to clean, she used bath towel to wipe down the area herself and placed the towels in small pile in the corner. At the end of our stay, they charged us for the towels because “they were too dirty to wash and had to throw them away. For us, this was a violation of proper customer service. 2. The showers are terrible. The hot water fluctuates between room temp and scolding. Cannot keep the water at a constant temperature no matter how hard we tried.

We ordered a two-double-bed room, but they said that room had a problem on that day so they apologetically offered a larger room or two double room as substitute options with no charge. We chose the larger king room and it was very nice. The staff in the breakfast area was very friendly as well. He tried to communicate and practice speaking English with us and asked if we needed anything else. Very satisfied with the stay, including room cleanliness, staff friendliness. They also allowed us to check out late at 12pm instead of 10am per their policy. Loved the real-size Llama toys on the backyard.

Great location for walking to the Plaza de Armas, Inca Rail and Peru Rail offices. Close to the airport. Excellent breakfast with quality ingredients, good variety from day to day (served from 6:00 to 10:00) and friendly service. Perfectly clean rooms and the windows block a lot of the outside noise. We had a problem at the end of our stay (not their fault), but Alfred worked hard and resolved the issue with professionalism and friendliness. Tiny safe in each room. Lots of hot water and electrical outlets. All for a very reasonable price. Other hotels should learn from them. I can’t think of anything negative. Highly recommended.

Very friendly ppl, helpful, the place is neat, clean, a good size hotel, lil garden on the ground floor, the good sized rooms, beds are comfortable. Their breakfast really is amazing, fresh produce and juices, eggs, etc honestly a must. Analy and the cook are prepping a great and different breakfast every morning. Highly recommend this place. Even though it's a bit further out from the central area, we had a great experience staying at Saska. The staff were super friendly, attentive, and accommodating. They safely stored our luggage for free for a few days while we went on a hiking trip, and even arranged for a take-away breakfast packed with goodies for our early morning flight (since it would've been before their regular breakfast hours). We had a very good experience at the Saska hotel. It located it a good spot near both PeruRail and IncaRail trains and couple blocks from the main square. The staff was friendly and helpful. They also serve a very nice breakfast.

Modern hotel located maybe 15 minutes from the plaza. Nearby are small markets, pharmacy and some restaurants. This hotel was clean, had excellent beds and spacious rooms for a family of 4. Taxi to the airport was 10 soles. Hot water was gone after 1 shower but I heard thats common in Cusco. Overall, would recommend this hotel to those looking for a comfortable stay and don't want to be close to the plaza.

Staff was VERY friendly! Booked this hotel because it was very close to the train station to go to machu pichu, it is a 2 minute walk. Neighborhood was nice and an easy walk to many things in city. Hotel was clean, room was nice, breakfast was good. I would definitely recommend!

If we were to return, or anyone we knew had plans to head to Cusco, then this is the place to stay. The location is absolutely perfect, short walk to the square and in a nice safe location. Restaurants and small shops right on the corner. The room itself was really comfortable and spacious and we slept well after long days of activities. A huge thank you to the staff for making our stay so pleasant!

The rooms are clean and well appointed. The staff is very helpful. Breakfast was great with staff offering to make eggs to your liking. We had two rooms, the only issue was with noise one night and hot water one of the days. When we returned back from MachuPichu, we had different rooms which were excellent

A great value, offering clean rooms and a nice breakfast selection. Located near Plaza del Armas, it's close enough yet also away from more of the street noise. It can get cold at night and the heaters weren't sufficient though for July, so you might want to bring warm socks or house slippers to keep your feet of the cold floor. (We used the hairdryer to warm out bedsheets which worked well).

Cobwebs on the lampshades, toilet seat had water on it when we went in first time. No black pepper on breakfast table. The hand soap did not foam at all. No instruction leaflet on the balcony door lock. As this type of lock was new to us it took some time to figure out. Room was spacious and heater was provided.
