The property is an old villa converted into a nice boutique hotel. Rooms are well provided with good bathrooms. The restaurant setting is also beautiful. Only negative is that they don’t provide any drinking water with the room.

The lady from reservations has the best intentions and truly wants to offer the best experience for the group. The hotel is located about 10 minutes from the central area. The street is quite narrow, so traffic can get blocked if a car needs to stop. Breakfast is rich and varied, and there’s always coca tea and coffee available in the reception area.

Hotel muito bom tendo suporte de oxigênio no saguão para atender hóspedes que venham a sentir a altitude. Outro ponto que chamou a atenção positivamente foi a presença de aparelho para encher garrafas de água. O quarto é pequeno e cama é gigante, no entanto, achei um pouco abafado. Havia apenas uma pequena janela. A cama e a roupa de cama era muito confortáveis. A ducha foi excelente. Há um restaurante muito bom no próprio hotel. A localização é muito boa.

The location was convenient, just a short walk down to the main plaza. It was very easy to catch an Uber from the hotel, taking only 1-3 minutes on average. The hotel was clean, and had some nice extras such as coca tea and oxygen in the lobby to help with altitude sickness, as well as a filtered water machine for refilling your water bottle. The staff was all very friendly. The downsides, our room on the second floor was near the front desk which was quite noisy at night, not quieting down until around 1 AM on our first night there, which was a Saturday. There is also a restaurant just one floor below with an open terrace of seating, which also creates a lot of noise for those staying on the second floor. Additionally, I found the breakfast to be fairly limited and not very tasty. Overall, a decent place to stay, especially for the price. The main drawback for me was the noise but enjoyed my stay overall. I think a room on the third floor could be quieter.

Beautiful hotel and walking distance from the market and plaza. Had dinner there twice, once was very good, the other not. Obviously stick with ordering local food. No A/C, which wasn’t an issue as we visited in winter, but something to keep in mind. The way the hotel is laid out, the noise from the restaurant can be a bit much if you leave your room window open. We also felt beds were a bit stiff, and pillows offered little to no support, but that’s more of a personal preference. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall we were happy with our stay.

We went in November and it was decorated very nicely for Christmas. Our room was on the same level as the lobby and we could hear everything. Every person that checked in walking to the elevator dragging their luggage. The room was nice but smelled musty. There was no ac, I’m guessing because it was cold in Cusco they thought you didn’t need it. There was a heater. The shower floor was tile which made it slippery.

Detta var ett (två) stopp i en längre resa för att fira min 50-årsdag och man kan tycka att vid födelsedagen borde man kanske inte behöva få hotellets absolut sämsta rum. Rummen i sig är det inga fel på utseendemässigt men luften är fruktansvärd och då det inte finns ngr fönster utåt (bara fönster in mot hotellet) så kommer det inte in ngn luft. Vi påtalade detta flera gånger men inget hände. Rummet vi fick andra gången låg mitt emellan restaurangen/baren och gästtoaletterna i källaren. Öppnade vi det lilla fönstret på toaletten/badrummet så hörde de som satt där och åt väldigt tydligt vad som hände. Hade vi inte fördraget ”fönstret” såg gästerna rätt in på oss. Det var väldigt lyhört så man blev oerhört störd av ljudet av restauranggäster som åt middag/samt frukost (den började förberedas vid 05) och öppnade 06. Jag förstår inte hur man kan ha rum där eller har man det borde de vara kraftigt rabatterade samt upplysas om dess läge när man bokar. Rummens golv var dåligt städade flera gånger. Personalen är trevliga och de lät oss checka in tidigare.

Estuve alojada 4 noches y tuve constantes problemas con el agua caliente cada vez que queria ducharme. ademas de que dejan la puerta a la calle cerrada y los recepcionistas se van entonces en ocasiones tuve que esperar 15/20min para ingresar al hotel. No lo recomiendo

Das Zimmer war sehr schön. Aufgrund der Bauweise die Fenster nur zum Innenhof, war aber nicht störend. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Einziger Nachteil: kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer.

Staff is professional and helpful. Free breakfast was okay. Room had very large bed and great bathroom. However, the difficulty in taking advantage of the large bed is out weighted by the lack of insulation. In all my travels this hotel is now my new measurement for noisiest hotel. Unfortunately I could hear everything in the entire hotel including but not limited to conversations down the hall from desk staff, breakfast setup in the kitchen and dining hall every morning, conversations and singing from adjacent rooms, anytime anyone used plumbing in the area toilets and showers. If it wasn't for what seemed like a mutual agreement to be quiet around 12am I wouldn't have slept and on the whole sleeping hours are between 12am - 5am as hotel staff starts setting up breakfast at 5am. Tremendous issue but could've been the room; wouldn't stay again despite friendly staff.

This wasn’t my favorite place to stay. Rooms do not have a window facing outside. Rather, there is a window that faces an indoor courtyard which overlooks the restaurant and bar. Because people walking by can easily see into your room, you need to keep the shades closed which makes the small rooms very dark and uninviting. Finally, the noise from the kitchen starts at 5am and the bar until late at night. The rooms are very noisy the majority of the day and it is hard to get decent sleep.

La experiencia desde la llegada fue terrible, viajaba con amigos de nacionalidad peruana y los "obligaron" a pagar el IGV esto por que si no "los sacarian del hotel" la reserva la realice yo y al ser extranjera y pagar la totalidad de la reserva no tendrian que haberlo pagado. La recepcionistas fue grosera al grado de que cayó a mi amiga. La experiencia con este hotel fue TERRIBLE de inicio a fin.

The staff went out of their way especially storing our luggage. They were incredibly friendly. The family room fit our family comfortably. The hotel was beautiful - we only stayed one night but would definitely come back on our next visit. It was a five minute walk to San Pedro market and 10 to the main square.

This hotel is a little walk to the historical center but not too bad. The altitude is something you need to watch and many people get the headache and low oxygen saturation levels so you need to take it easy Day 1 and let your body acclimate. The staff was extremely kind and professional. I highly recommend this hotel.

Staff was really friendly and accommodating. Breakfast and restaurant were great. Management has clearly put a lot of care and attention into the rooms, which are comfortable and well appointed. However, as others have pointed out, the noise from the street is really loud. The windows barely mask the sound and are in need up updating/soundproofing. Would love to return for the great service, but will opt for a quieter spot next time I'm in Cusco.

We share a room with 4 girls. Room service wasn’t that great. My hamburger was raw. The front desk did take it off my bill. Thank you. They day we went to rainbow mountain the hotel made Togo lunches for us. Perfect for the long hike & car ride
