Quiet and very well equipped little hotel. Very helpful staff and amazing breakfast. Super shower with big rainfall shower head and lots of hot water. Eat at the fantastic PachaPapa restaurant nearby. I highly recommend the Mistico San Blas hotel. It's an oasis in Cusco, Many hotels in the town can be noisy but the Mistico is super quiet and it has a great enclosed patio for relaxing. They have a big secure luggage roon where we left our bags after check out as we flew out later in the afternoon. I hope to return soon

Very friendly and helpful Staff, we came back from a 4 Day Hike late and the managed to get our clothe washed and back early the next morning. Mari takes wonderful care of the Breakfast Area where you get fresh Juices and Eggs among other items. Coca Tea is available during the day to help with the altitude. Would stay there again.

It was a great property and the staff was super friendly. It’s nice and quiet but still close enough to shops and restaurants. The bed was comfortable and hot water was working. They have hot tea options in the courtyard and the daily morning breakfast had decent options. Overall, a good experience!

Before arriving, I communicated with the hotel about arranging airport pickup. I sent them my flight info beforehand but when I arrived at the airport, nobody picked me up. I contacted the hotel and it seemed like they forgot to arrange for my pickup, which was a huge red flag. After hiring a taxi on my own, I arrived at the hotel. The receptionist was friendly and efficient with check in but didn’t acknowledge the airport pickup mistake until I brought it up. I stayed in room 103 and it was super noisy at night. You can literally here everyone walking and talking outside in the hallway as noise echoes. Very unpleasant and none of us were able to get a good night’s rest 3 nights there. The location was desirable as it was not too close to the main square but only an 8 soles Uber ride each way that took about 10 min. One thing that was positive is their express laundry service. They charge 15 soles for every kg of laundry and it takes about 3 hours to complete. All of our clothes were cleaned in the promised time, so we were grateful about that part. Overall, I could not recommend this hotel. It’s just too noisy at night and the walls are too thin.

Lovely little hotel, the ladies working at breakfast and reception were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, free coca leaves to help the altitude sickness, and cheap water to purchase too. The place is small so you will hear other people coming in and out, as its common for people to start tours early in Cusco but it didn’t bother us.

Great location away from Plaza de Armas. Very quiet and clean. Nice hot showers any time of the day. Very safe with friendly staff. Highly recommended. Multiple. Breakfast and evening restaurants almost across the street.

The staff was amazing, very helpful and friendly. They deserve a 10 star rating. I am only rating low because our room 301 did not have hot water or water pressure in the shower. We had to go to take a shower in another room (107). Staff was very helpful and gave us another room to shower, however, the shower should have worked it as we paid for a room with a shower. Also, we paid to have a late check out and we had to change room. That was an inconvenience for us. My two other friends that booked after me, they were able to stay in the room and not vacate at check out time and then move the luggage. We had an appointment so the receptionist moved all our luggage. The hotel was very cute and I would stay here again because the personnel was wonderful. Just in a different room. We stayed also 4 other nights in room 201, and the shower worked well.

I stayed for two nights at Mystico. The location was decent, and the staff was friendly. However, the hotel room had a very small window that overlooked a covered backyard, offering no airflow at all. I ended up moving to another hotel because I felt suffocated and developed a headache from the lack of fresh air. The reception mentioned that all rooms have the same conditions. Additionally, the room didn’t have central heating or air conditioning, but they did provide a portable heater.

Staff at the hotel was very easy to work with making arrangement for our stay so pleasant. The rooms are well appointed with modern bathrooms. Room water temperature was cold but after bringing it up to the staff they addressed right away. We will be coming back to Peru and will make sure we stay at this quaint hotel that was easy access to everything including high vistas above the city. Thank you to the staff that made the visit incredibly convenient and pleasurable.

A nice hotel to rest for few nights before heading to the mountains. Nice hot water for shower, comfy beds, good internet. However only odd and uncomfortable encounter we had was in the early morning like 4am a staff came into our room while we were asleep without knock. Not sure if she came to clean but she said something in Spanish and left. But we stun at the situation and unable to go back to sleep. We report the incident to the front desk later that morning, they said they would investigate abs the matter did not occur again. Other than that good

We stayed there recently. When we were shown our room I asked to be moved because it was in gathering area and right off the lobby. I was told that I couldn’t be moved because we had a special priced room and guests that pay more get the better room. The hotel is very loud so if you need to get up early for tours be aware that you will hear everything. They close the doors to the lobby at 10 but still a lot of noise. I won’t stay there again just based on my interactions with the staff when I brought up the noise.

Really lovely decor and great location, and the front desk v helpful. The breakfast and staff (owners) let it down quite badly - breakfast is basically bread and jam plus a little scrambled egg and bacon with cheese and it’s exactly the same every day. The breakfast staff, who are also the owners I think, shout across the room to each other as though you are not there - I got the impression they have got tired of providing a service. Such a shame as the building and location are great

Neat location in San Blas. Plenty of restaurants and Shirley walk to plaza, albeit uphill/downhill. Beautiful view of city at night. Tour companies may require you to walk a few blocks for pick up because of narrow street.

Buena ubicacion en San Blas, un barrio colonial lleno de tiendas y restaurantes. Excelente servicio y limpieza. El hotel cuenta con todo lo que necesitas para estar bien. La plaza queda aprox a 500mt, la ida es facil en bajada. El regreso al hotel es en subida pero es agradable.

Hotel com localizacao interessante no meio de San Blas, perto da praca com varias opções de bares e restaurantes por perto, porem mais antigo, banheiro extremamente apertado no quarto single. Roupas de cama boas, colchoes confortaveis mas toalhas de banho pequenas e muito duras. Cafe da manha servido na mesa, sem oferta de frutas e queijo e presunto, aoesar da variedade de ovos.

This place is great! Close to everything you need in Cusco. Staffs are super friendly and accommodating. I love my breakfast and someone will prepare it for you the way you want your eggs.

We stayed at the Mistico San Blas twice - both before and after our Machu Picchu trek and we absolutely loved it! The staff is so friendly and helpful, great breakfast and super comfortable rooms. We highly recommend this spot!! We loved the San Blas neighborhood as well with its narrow streets and artsy vibe.

The breakfast is not good. They’re supposed to start at six. We got out there at 6:05 and almost nothing another day. We were out an hour later in the food wasn’t good. It looked old. Some of it was cold. Everything but the breakfast was worth it.
