Checked into Hotel. Pressured to use valet parking. Advised I wanted to park myself. Advised to park my vehicle in P2 parking. Payed for overnight parking and provided my plate number. Pulled into P2 parking told by valet attendant that I could not oark here. Had no idea where to oark? Had to drive around complex re attend front check in counter. My spouse talked to staff again was told by valet attendant “ do you need a map” you park where the blue sign is down the street”. Drove around until we could find the hotel parking . Parked vehicle which is right beside valet parking! Next day at check out had a parking ticket for over three digits. Had to go back up to front counter check in and complain. Not impressed! They said they would look after it.

Amazing experience. Staff were extremely helpful. Room was very clean and very quiet. Great location in the heart of downtown. We used the easy valet service for our pickup. Overall 10/10.

It’s the Marriot, pricey, but you get what you pay for & there are no surprises. Easy check in (& early) super clean, comfy beds & good linens. Reasonable checkout time as well.
