First, the elevator to the floor that we were staying on, did not work. The room was not clean, it was actually pretty disgusting, there was even somebody else’s shower shoes left in the room. There was about a quarter of a roll of toilet paper, The towels were old bath mats that had been cut in half with strings hanging them all of them like they were rags. The room stunk, there was laundry piled up in the hallways, there was no AC as the room was uncomfortably warm when we checked in. So we checked out first thing in the morning and notified hotels.com that Wood we would not be staying the entire state due to the issues that we’ve experienced in our arrival. We are still waiting for a response on our refund from hotels.com.

24시간 고객센터는 대응도 빠르고 괜찮았어요. 침대의 위생상태는 매우 안좋았어요. 그리고, 3박을 하는동안 청소를 안해주더군요. 연박이라 그런가? 그건 괜찮은데 타월조차 갈아주지않아, 매일 퇴근후 저녁에 다른 방을 청소중인 직원을 찾아가 수건을 받았어요. 주차공간이 부족해서 다른차가 빠질때까지 기다려야해서 불편했어요. 여러가지로 아쉬움이 많았어요..

방이 좀 작지만. 샤워기 압이 좋아요. 위치 때문에 선정했어요. 모든게 가까이 있어서 편했어요. 비품을 혼자서 챙겨야 했지만 그런데로 괜찬았어요.
