Overall et veldig bra beachresort. Bassengene er store og fine, prisene er rimelige, solsengene er gode, god service, frokosten e veldig bra og variert. Bassengene ligger rett ved stranden som forøvrig en enormt fin strand. Dette hotellet byr på to typer rom. Et ved selve hotellet og et som de kaller for «the level». I sistenevnte får du tilgang til all day afternoon tea og privat basseng. Jeg ville frarådet alle til å bestille dette da rommene er dårligere (mye innsyn/lite private) og det er ingen som bruker de private bassengene. Bruk heller de få kronene ekstra på det som heter superior rom og får et luftig og stort rom men fantastisk utsikt over resorter og sjøen. Skal jeg pirke på noe så er engelsken til de ansatte begrensert, men det går igjen i Vietnam generelt. Gymen er svært begrenset med lite utstyr.

とても満足できる滞在でした。日本語のできるスタッフはいませんが、皆さん気持ちよく対応してくれます。中心部から少し距離はありますが、Grabを利用すれば特に気になりませんし、ビーチリゾートでの滞在をメインとするならとても良い環境です。 The LEVELというクラスの部屋に宿泊しました。部屋は広く清潔で、空調もしっかり効きます。サンダルとベトナムの帽子（ノンラー）が用意されていて、重宝しました。シャワールームは、半分屋外です。（屋根と2mぐらいの壁はあります）幸い滞在中は、気候に恵まれましたが、気候が悪い時にはどうなのでしょう。また、広場を挟んだ向かいの棟の2階の部屋から見られる不安は少し感じました。ビーチとプールには、タオルが用意されています。ビーチパラソルとビーチチェアがありますが、数は少なめで常時満席でした。部屋の目の前のThe LEVEL専用プールは、他のプールより空いていますが、チェックする係員がいるわけではないので、誰でも利用できる状態でした。夕食をホテル内のレストラン、CAPE NAOとSASAでいただきました。どちらも美味しく、リーズナブルで楽しむことができました。来客者が多い時には、少し人手が足りていない感じではありました。 The LEVEL宿泊者は、レイトチェックアウトも可能となっていますが、チェックアウト前日まで可能なのか分からず、最終日の予定が立てられませんでした。経緯は次のとおりです。チェックインした際にレイトチェックアウトについて確認したところ、「多分大丈夫だけど、明日、専用レセプションで聞いてください」とスタッフから言われました。遅い時間（PM11時頃）で、The LEVEL専用のレセプションが開いていないからでしょう。翌日、改めて専用レセプションに行って確認しましたが、「チェックアウト前日まで分からない」とスタッフから言われました。チェックアウト前日の外出時（AM7時頃）に、通常のレセプションで確認しましたが、「朝8時になると専用レセプションの担当が来るので、それから確認してください」とスタッフから言われました。外出してしまうため、夕方、ホテルに戻ってきた時に専用レセプションで聞くと、ようやく「レイトチェックアウト可能」と言ってもらえました。それぞれのスタッフは丁寧に対応してくださいましたが、専用レセプションの存在がありがたくなく感じてしまいました。いろいろと書きましたが、ダナンを再訪する機会があれば、またメリアを利用したいと思います。

While it looks like some parts of the facility are still under construction, with the nearby area still severely underdeveloped, the resort itself was immaculate with two beautiful pools and the perfect beach setting with unlimited access to sports equipments and a great gym. We had fun playing basketball, soccer and volleyball by the beach and enjoyed a delicious hamburger by the poolside (wish they had more Vietnamese food options such as a Banh Mi or Pho like they had plentifully at the breakfast buffet.) There are many newly developing resorts nearby but would still love to visit Melia again.

We booked the Level Villa, Premium Room. It was one of the worst resort hotels we had ever been to. The entrance door was rusted, and the room was dirty and old. The tv didn’t work, room carpet was extremely dirty. The hair dryer was rusted and didn’t work. The bathtub has bugs in it. The bathroom handle was sticky and sprayed everywhere. The service is very unprofessional, I asked if I can change to another room but was completely ignored because they were busy with phone calls coming in. We didn’t mind downgrading to another room since our booking is nonrefundable. But no offer was made, I’m extremely disappointed.

Delar av hotellet var under renovering. Vi fick ett väldigt fint bemötande. Rummet är fint och fräsch då det är uppdaterad och delvis renoverad. Jag upplever att det var lite ont om personal på frukosten men alla jobbade hårt och ser till att man har det bra. Området är bra planerad men alla resorterna är lite off site från centrum.fock gillar jag verkligen rummet och lugnet. Jag har varit här för 10 år sedan och kommer att välja att återkomma då området där melia är är fint vit badstrand. Vi hade det lite otur med vädret då det var konstant mellan 40- 50 grader men Ac är verkligen starkt och man kunde själv styra temperaturen vilket är ett plus. Ett av dem bästa av systemet jag har haft i ett asiatisk land. Luktar inte fukt utan rummet var uppdaterad och modern. Toaletten var bra planerad då man kunde använda av flera personer samtidigt. Vi fick ett rum med balkong som dem hade glömt möblera. Allt löses på 10 min när man bad om dessa uteplats möblerna. Bra ljudisolerade rum vilket inte är en garanti för grannar som stör. Receptionen löser problem fort när man påpekade detta. Receptionen är trevligt och var mycket tillmötes gående. Om det blir fler resor till Ada Nang så kommer vinst välja Melia igen då helheten är bra. Rent och trevligt personal gör en bra semester. Monica

rooms were noisy, could hear motors and people from other rooms. Beds are hard, expected softer for the expected level of the hotel. Buffet breakfast was good. Beach area is excellent. Drinks and menu are very expensive, did not see the value in their menus. Not sure I would give this hotel a 4 star, more like 3.75 (global standard)

GW中の４泊しました。部屋は普通のベランダ付きの部屋でしたが。LEVEL棟に変更してくれました。すぐ前に専用のプールが見え、その先にはインフィニティプールがありプライベートビーチに繋がっていて、ロケーション的には最高でした。ただ一つ残念だったのが、浴槽の湯量がチョロチョロと少なくいっぱいにするのに時間がかかり、結局諦めてぬるい水風呂で我慢しました。なお、注意ですが、洗面所と浴室（？）とそれにつがる通路には一切扉がありません。従って、通路から洗面所浴槽が見えてしまいます。それでも浴槽は二人で入ってもゆったり出来るほど広いので、カップルやご夫婦には最高かもしれません。そうそう、日中はプールの水も生暖かく、長く入るとのぼせそうでした。朝夕の方がこんでましたね。

We reserved a Familly room in one of the Levels Villas. When we got to our room there were two twin beds in the room only despite the room beeing advertised as a familly room for 4. When calling the reception we were offered no solutions. We requested an extra bed and had to pay an extra 75$ a night for the extra portable bed despite having paid a room for 4. We inquiered about upgrading our room to a two bedrooms villa and were told that nothing was available. We looked online and rooms were available on many booking sites.

スタッフがひどいです。レセプションもレストランの従業員も英語ができません。レベルルームのレセプションと従来のレセプションの連携が取れていないのか、帰りの空港までのホテルのプライベートカーをレベルのレセプションで予約しておき、チェックアウトの際に従来のロビーで待つように言われたのに、予約時間を20分待ってもこないのでレセプションに確認するとどうも予約していなかった様子。タクシーの倍の金額払うのにこの対応はひどすぎ。他にも玄関前に置いた皿も2日置きっぱなし。朝出かける時に掃除をお願いする札をかけても夕方以降に掃除するようなので、タオルも濡れたままをまた使わなければならない。冷蔵庫も効かないので修理をお願いしても一度は治ってもまた効かない。着いた日もすでに部屋の電球がきれている。玄関外の外灯も滞在中切れたまま。レストランで飲み物を頼んでも１０分以上こない。とにかく全てがゆるいです。五つ星ホテルどころか三つ星でも多いくらいと思った方が良いです。

今回、ダナンで2箇所のホテルを利用したが、宿泊前の問い合わせから、こちらはレスポンスがとても遅い、またはレスポンスなしの状態で、とても不安でした。他方(宿泊料金が1/3以下)のホテルは、レスポンスがスムーズで、宿泊も快適でした。こちらのホテルは、宿泊時、当方にトラブルが発生して相談した時も、業務的に感じられる対応でした。失望してエクスペディアにメッセージを送ると、そちらからの連絡は早いようで、アクションはありました。ハード面はグレードアップを目指しているようですが、ソフト面はまだ追いついていないように感じました。

We loved our stay at Melia DaNang. As it is the off season there was a bit of maintenance required around the place but was still kept very clean. 일단 5성급 리조트 답게 크고 시원시원하고, 특히 객실에서 보는 바다 뷰가 정말 예술이었습니다. 가장 기억에 남는 것은 직원들의 친절함과 미소였습니다. 풀장도 좋았고 프라이빗 비치도 좋았습니다. 조식도 합격! 다만 한시장 등 시내로 나가시려면 택시로 20분 정도 소요되는 거리이니 참고하세요. 재방문 의사 200%

Melia resort is good clean excellent ambience and exceptional servuce staff. Only negative this is far from danang city centre hence need to arrange your own transport and there is no shuttle bus to city from hotel.

朝食付きのプランでLevelヴィラに宿泊しました。朝食ブッフェは種類が豊富で毎日楽しめました。ココナッツコーヒーも美味しかったです。ラウンジは15時から17時の2時間の利用に限られていますが、軽食を摂りながらお酒を楽しめました。プールからのロケーションが良く、滞在を楽しめました。

I stayed for five nights and overall I was satisfied. The staff were especially kind and their service was excellent. However, the facilities showed signs of aging in several places. Also, for regular guests, the only available restaurant was SASA, which felt a bit limited.

This hotel is truly exceptional—immaculately maintained, beautifully designed, and full of thoughtful details that make for an unforgettable stay. The breakfast buffet offers a wide and fresh selection each morning, and every meal we had was absolutely delicious. The kids’ club is outstanding, keeping the little ones engaged and happy with fun, well-organized activities. We especially loved the complimentary bikes, which made exploring the lush, resort-like grounds feel like a family adventure through paradise. From the stunning pools to the pristine beach and the array of activities available for all ages, everything exceeded our expectations. A heartfelt thank you to the wonderful Guest Relations Manager, Ngo Nhung, whose warmth, attention to detail, and genuine care made our stay feel truly special. The entire staff was incredibly kind and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. This is the perfect destination for families seeking rest, reconnection, and joy. We left feeling refreshed and full of beautiful memories—and we absolutely plan to return. Highly recommended!

While it looks like some parts of the facility are still under construction, with the nearby area still severely underdeveloped, the resort itself was immaculate with two beautiful pools and the perfect beach setting with unlimited access to sports equipments and a great gym. We had fun playing basketball, soccer and volleyball by the beach and enjoyed a delicious hamburger by the poolside (wish they had more Vietnamese food options such as a Banh Mi or Pho like they had plentifully at the breakfast buffet.) There are many newly developing resorts nearby but would still love to visit Melia again.

Das Personal absolut freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Auswahl und Vielfalt der angebotenen Speisen auf einem sehr hohen Niveau. Die Anlage ist relativ groß mit mehreren Infiniti Pools und einem weitläufigen, flach abfallenden Strand

rooms were noisy, could hear motors and people from other rooms. Beds are hard, expected softer for the expected level of the hotel. Buffet breakfast was good. Beach area is excellent. Drinks and menu are very expensive, did not see the value in their menus. Not sure I would give this hotel a 4 star, more like 3.75 (global standard)

Not as new as expected. WiFi didn’t work in bedroom. Smell of toilet in one bedroom. View to outside was to neighbour plot with barbage. Vietnamese food was too westernized.

Although the weather was not very good, we were extremely satisfied with our 4-day stay. The kind and attentive staff, the delicious breakfast, great facilities, and comfortable room with excellent room service made our stay perfectly relaxing. We especially loved the complimentary 30-minute daily spa service and the afternoon tea time — the menu changed every day, so we looked forward to visiting it each afternoon.
