A lot of nice steps to the 2nd level check-in. The staff had me set up with my room in a short. The room was large and clean. The balcony fits half of a person on it, but a good view of everything. I was happy to see the safe in this hotel is actually secured so you can't just take it and run. Downside is climbing in and out of a large tub to shower. The pool area was nice (also had a view) and a small workout center was next to it. Best view is from the lounge at the top of course! Felt awkward but bad about waking the desk attendant at 3a to check out. This is a convenient location that helped out, including a safe 30 minute walk to the airport. Only negative is the grab bikes that annoy you 24/7 but not the hotels fault. If I make my way back to Vietnam, I would stay here again.

Extended 1 more night in the same hotel. Overall staying experience was perfect. Breakfast was reasonable. Enough to feed you for the morning. I love the spa massage. Room and environment is lovely and comfortable. Worth doing it after your long day walk. I had my foot and body massage fo 3 consecutive days.

Good location to see the dragon bridge from the rooftop bar and close enough to walk to it for the close up experience. The breakfast was included and a little chaotic so would recommend going outside of their busy times. They have these notes in the entrance to the breakfast area let down was the service and staff at the rooftop bar - everywhere else in da nang and Vietnam has been amazing! We reserved a table before we ate dinner in the hotel only to find when we returned they had given it to someone else. Service was hard to obtain too even though it was quiet and other tables also commented on experiencing the same. We appreciated the reception staff letting us know of the festivities happening *we booked soundproof balcony room facing river - please note these are not sound proof and balcony is only small ledge.

Lovely stay, room was really comfortable and pleasant. Beautiful bathtub and all little necessities and toiletries thought of. Breakfast was so tasty, with incredible options to cater to all. Amazing view from the pool and gym - no AC on top floor when working out so best to take swimmers and have a swim after!

Pros: Friendly staff. Spacious room. Decent complimentary daily breakfast. Nice pool. Cons: Noise from the street and loud morning construction noise coming from the hotel. Bathroom & tub isn’t designed well. Always big puddles of water on the floor after you shower. Gym equipment is very minimal.

Rent værelse og god udsigt. Hotellet levede på ingen måde op til billederne, poolområde og træningsområde var mørklagt og ikke holdt. Der var snavset og klamt, intet personale. Skybaren var pakket sammen og lignede en ruin, den var lukket! Morgenmaden var ringe. Vi blev mødt af en sur receptionist, der blev fornærmet over at vi ikke forstod hans dårlige engelsk. Der var dog nogle søde mennesker blandt personalet der hjalp med at finde transport rundt i byen når Grab ikke var til hjælp. Vi ville bestemt ikke komme tilbage dertil!

강전망이라는 장점 말고 소음이 심하고 에어컨이 최하로 해도 방에서 짐 정리하느라 움직이면 너무 덥습니다 그리고 욕실은 너무 청소가 되지 않아 욕조가 있으나 몸을 담글 수 없었고 화장실 청소가 안되어 분홍곰팡이와 검은 떼가 씨어 불결합니다. 직원들은 매우 친절합니다 그러나 다시 이용할 생각은 없습니다

The staff was friendly but you got the feeling the hotel was a low budget establishment. The buffet was not quality. The walls were paper thin. I was on the 16th floor and could still hear people talking outside on the street. You could here all talking from orher people down the hall too. The daily cleaning was not great either. I kept getting bathroom towels with holes on them. The shower hot water stopped working and the bathtub would not drain. I would never go back to that hotel. The location was great though.

Bathroom was really messy the entire time, drainage system is terrible inside the restroom, and the entire time there was a bad smell from the restroom. Worst smell in our Asia stay by far, was moving throughout Japan and Vietnam for about 20 days and this was our least favorite place to stay, and one of the most expensive.

A great location with plenty of tourist easy eating and drinking around the corners. I good view of the river and dragon bridge in our deluxe room riverfront balcony room but the balcony was tiny and only useful to step out for a photo. The road noise was evident but not too bothersome.

Clean room, good views of the dragon bridge, very centrally located near markets, restaurants/bars, and the airport. It was the perfect pre-flight stay as it’s only 10-15min drive from DAD. Staff were very accommodating and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Great place. Great Service however our air conditioner wouldn't work. It turned out that the filter and drains were clogged. We had technicians visit our room at least half a dozen times. In the end, the issue was resolved however we lost 1-2 nights worth of good sleep.We stayed here for a total of 3 nights.

Very enjoyable stay. The hotel is conveniently located within a few minutes walk of the dragon bridge. There is also a lovely coffee shop under the hotel itself. We opted for a balcony room with dragon bridge view. Balcony was tiny and only large enough for one person to stand on however the view was great. We were located on 17/F and could hear the traffic and music from local bars until midnight. This didn't effect us however something to note if you need silence for sleeping. Overall, we had a great stay; the hotel condition was good and nice service from staff.

The views were magnificent.. The staff were extremely kind and accommodating.. also was very helpful in getting the small issue with the hot water resolved. They were kind enough to apologise and offer us a letter of apology and as a kind gesture some fruit . Coffee shop at the bottom was convenient . Accomodated us with our late checkout .

Beware when booking with this unit that the room you get isn't exactly what's shown in pictures. My first stay at this property I got the Riverfront room with 2 large windows with nice views. I booked the exact same unit again but this time I was in a more corner room with a small window that shows a bad riverfront view. Staff wasn't helpful and they said that just depends on availability of the nicer room, which is a bit misleading when booking.

便利な場所です。その分、夜は少しうるさいかもしれませんが、どこにいくにもアクセスは良いと思います。部屋には無料のお水も準備されていて、暑い中到着した身には助かります。ただ正面の入り口にはエレベーターがないので、最初にチェックインするときにスーツケースを自分で運んでロビーのある2階に運ばなくてならず、それが大変でした（一階のカフェから出入りすればエレベータは使えますが、到着直後は分からない）。責任者のスタッフの方は良かったです。ただもうちょっと顧客の目線で考えて欲しいと思えるスタッフも目立ちました。

The staff are friendly and tentative. The NYX Rooftop Bar staff were excellent and always remembered what we like and were very attentive. Hotel is within walking distance to good food and shops. The hotel is very clean and has a very good breakfast. If you are planning to come to Da Nang the Haian Riverfront is the place to stay.

Reasonable new, modern and centrally located hotel. 5 mins walk to Han Market and 10-15 to Con Market. Lots of reasonably priced coffee shops and fabulous restaurants nearby. Good shopping for souvenirs and for local products. As i had a medical emergency the Manager Mr Anthony Nguyen allowed me late check out FOC. The staff all very professional and courteous and spoke good English.

It’s location is great, we have the great view of the dragon bridge and seeing all the colorful cruise boats at night. Walking is great. We’re right next to HAN MARKET. But transport in Danang is great, get a Grab and you’ll get anywhere for cheap. Hotel staff is great: courteous, helpful and efficient.

部屋からドラゴンブリッジが見え、川と町並みが見れて良い景色でした。歩いて5分の場所にダナン大聖堂、歩いて8分の場所にハン市場とダナンで1番と言われている両替屋さん、バインミーのお店と何でもあります。とても便利な位置でした。また朝食メニューも豊富でキッチンで日替わりで違うメニューを作ってくれました。浴槽もありシャワーも暖かいお湯が出て何の問題もありませんでした。収納スペースもたくさんありアイロンをかけるにも使いやすいアイロンスタンドがありました。フロントだけでなく、どのスタッフもとても親切で気持ち良い滞在でした。一階にあるカフェはオープンカフェで外のテーブルでココナッツコーヒーを飲みながらまったりする時間もありました。

The hotel location was excellent for the city proper - right on the river, near the Dragon Bridge, shops, and restaurants. The excellent Danang beach, though, is quite a distance away.Our corner room suite was very modern with a comfortable bed and a superior view. It was very clean. The pool was not attractive to use in that the room was dark and isolated. Similarly, so was their lounge bar. After checking them out,we didn't use either. The breakfast room was attractive but definitely not the food. The choice was there, but the hot meals were always cold and unappealing. The rest was unappetizing. Generally, the staff was very good - both courteous and helpful.

La posizione dell'albergo è ottima, sul fiume vicino alla maggior parte dei mercati (son tra, han). La struttura nel complesso merita le quattro stelle ma alcune cose non sono all'altezza: La piscina è si al chiuso ma non è riscaldata e durate l'inverno non è presente il banco per l'assistenza ospiti. È molto più piccola di come appare nelle foto. Dato che la zona è frequentata da molti turisti coreani la colazione è molto incentrata sul loro gusto: manca una macchina automatica per la caffetteria (non ordinate il cappuccino , arriverà caffelatte con latte condensato), la scelta dei dolci è limitata.
