Amazing apt. Exceptionally clean. Beside beach. Brilliant communication with owner. Beside town. Good pool. Would definitely stay again.

Everything has been fantastic from start to end during my 8 nights! Supernice and friendly staff! The flat was huge and a fantastic big balcony. The cleaners was also sweet, quick and professional… Well equipped kitchen. All you need! Even the tv was smart and easy to use with Netflix or cast from your phone or computer. Really pleased with everything. Would come back any day. Kind regard

Lækker lejlighed med to sove- og badeværelser. Stor stue og lækker sofa, med tv som man kunne streame landskamp på. Meget velassorteret køkken med både kapselkaffe og elkedel blandt andet. Stort køleskab og fryser. Ligger ud til en vej, men blev ikke oplevet som et problem. Stor service fra reception ved behov. Skønt område, hurtigt til strandpromenaden og ca et kvarter ind til Marbellas gamle bydel.

Air condition did not work; not very pleasant in the hottest time of the year

From the booking the communication was great. They contacted me closer to the time with tons of information, directions, passwords, how to get into resort, parking available etc. Everything was covered. The apartment was clean and new. Unfortunately swimming pool was shut before the time shown but otherwise that is the only issue. Parking available underneath, I suggest you take this up as a very busy area. You can see the sea and the harbour. But traffic regular outside so if door open it is noisy. However if shut it's very quiet. I would happily stay here again.

The apartment was clean and spacious. The reception guys were really helpful. The pool area is lovely and there are more than enough sun loungers. The front of the property is on a busy road, so at times was quite noisy, but other than that the location is really good. 5 min walk to the beach and a short cab ride from the old town.

The apartments are in a great location being only a short walk to the beach and also around 10-15 minutes stroll into the old town. We found the apartments to be very clean and also well equipped. If you hire a car then make sure you take advantage of the onsite parkling at 12 euros a day as finding a space locally can be tricky. Only downside we found was the noise from the main road but that said, Marbella is a busy town. Would definitely visit again!

Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht. Küchenausstattung sehr dürftig. Keine Wein- oder Sektgläser, nur kleine Wassergläser. Wenig brauchbare Küchenutensilien, Stellenweise kein warmes Wasser in der Küche und in den Bädern.

Apartment modern and clean. Within walking distance of the Old Town and Cathedral. Disappointed when we asked to book our car park space to be informed it was an additional charge of €12 per day. Hence why only 2 other cars parked there during our stay.

The Expedia spec is incorrect, misleading and should be corrected. "This property does not have any lifts" - In fact it does, so a nice surprise as we were on floor 3. Also, under "services and conveniences" the blurb states:".. tour/ticket assistance and a front desk safe". Note: every apartment is equipped with a safe. Otherwise the accommodation is spacious, modern, conveniently located and more than met all our needs. Good kitchen facilities and modern bathrooms, one with drench shower etc. Personable and very helpful staff, we would not hesitate to recommend this resort. One constructive suggestion: the loan of an umbrella for a deposit of say, €20 might be an idea.

Neues Aparthotel mit Tiefgarage und Pool in ein modernes Gebäude zentral an der Hauptstraße in Marbella. Wir hatten unser Standard Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern, 2 Bäder und Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche in der zweiten Etage, Meerblick lzwischen den Bäumen möglich. Wenn man mehr Meerblick haben möchte, muss ein Premium Apartment in der dritten oder noch besser in der vierten Etage gebucht werden. Die großzügige Wohnung ist top ausgestattet und modern eingerichtet ohne viel Schnickschnack, mit einigen schönen Details so dass es nicht steril wirkt. Wasch-, Spülmaschine in der Wohnung vorhanden. Alles ist über Codes betretbar, keine Schlüssel die man verlieren kann. Einfache ein und Abfahrt aus/in der Tiefgarage die man über den Lift direkt erreichen kann. Sauberkeit gut, die weißen Gardinen waren etwas verschmutzt/befleckt, ist aber klar, dass diese nicht nach jedem Aufenthalt gewaschen werden können. Preis Leistung ist sehr gut. Wir hatten hier Ende März 2024 für 3 Nächte gewohnt. Das einzige Manko an dieser tollen Wohnung war für uns die sehr laute Straße die man im Schlafzimmer bei geschlossenen Fenstern deutlich hörte. Den großzügigen Balkon mit schönen Möbeln konnte man aus dem gleichen Grund nicht genießen. Wir würden hier aber definitiv wieder buchen, sollten wir an der Costă del Sol wieder kommen.

Regular apartments. Bed linen is not dried, damp. The main disadvantage is the lack of reception after 21.00. We arrived at 1 a.m. in the morning. And they couldn’t check into the apartment for an hour. Because the manager we called demanded, in addition to the 224 euros already paid, to pay another 100 deposit. Otherwise, he will not send instructions for checking into the room. Nobody warned us about the deposit. I had to go to another hotel at night and give a deposit of 100 euros to the manager of another hotel. An hour later we were allowed into our room. It was very strange. There was not a single word about a deposit in any message from the hotel or from Expedia.

Was good for couple of day. Big balcony. As a recommandation to have espresso cups will be nice

Very very noisy on the balcony, day and night from road noise. No sunbeds, only chairs, so outside space wasnt used. Staff friendly Very overpriced

Veldig bra hotell hvor renholdet var utmerket. Aircondition og wifi fungerte helt topp.

Fin lägenhet med bra standard. Dock väldigt trafikstört på balkongen- gick inte ens att prata med varandra. Stänger man däremot dörrarna så är de bra ljudisolerade och inget hörs in. Mycket dåligt vattentryck emellanåt.

Tolle Wohnung. Leider war der Balkon fast nicht benutzbar, weil die Strasse und das Gebäude gegenüber sehr laut waren. Schade! Der Ausblick wäre schön gewesen… Leider zu dieser Jahreszeit keine Sonne auf dem Balkon. Die Fotos von der Terrasse auf der App sind leider nicht von unserer Wohnung gewesen. Trotz der guten Ausstattung und der guten Lage, würde ich diese Unterkunft aufgrund des Lärms nicht mehr buchen…

It was the perfect location and the staff were very helpful

La propiedad está muy bien ubicada el apartamento está muy buenas condiciones el acceso es bastante sencillo sin embargo, tuvimos un inconveniente con el apartamento de al lado, puesto que el reglamento o condiciones de alquiler indicaban que no puede hacerse ruidos después de las 9:00 de la noche en el apartamento contiguo Estuvieron unos jóvenes de fiesta la primera noche hasta las 1:00 de la mañana la segunda noche hasta las 2:00 de la mañana y la tercera noche hasta las 6:00 de la mañana a las 3:00 de la mañana me comuniqué con el número de emergencias y me dijeron que lo único que podían hacer es llamar a la policía, la cual nunca se presentó y tuvimos que aguantarnos el ruido. Los gritos parecían animales, tiraban, cosas, gritaban, y además de eso, la música a alto volumen, y a pesar de que por medio del balcón, les solicité que pararan, hicieron caso omiso. No hay un interés legítimo por los administradores de la propiedad, por hacer que se cumpla la regla que ellos mismos implementaron al poner la queja Cesar Aaron, la fiesta y las últimas dos noches pudimos tener más tranquilidad. Sin embargo, a pesar de que lo solicité no hubo ningún tipo de compensación económicapor haber perdido un día de paseo, pues como no dormimos durante toda la noche, tuvimos que dormir durante el día en lugar de pasear y la respuesta que dió la administración es que aplicaron la retención del depósito a los inquilinos del apartamento, pero sin ningún beneficio para nosotros los perjudicados

Professional and very good customer service

Great location which was near the beach. Old Marbella town was within walking distance. The apartment was very clean, lovely balcony and had everything we wanted. The Reception staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Really good communication. We will definitely be coming back!

Très bon établissement, proche du littoral (5 à 6 minutes à pied)du centre de vielle ville et des commerces (10 à 15 minutes à pied). Garage pour les voitures, facile pour accéder à l'autoroute et centre commercial 8 minutes).

Allt var som förväntat, bra och rymlig lägenhet. Nära till centrum och strandpromenaden. Trevlig kaffe precis utanför lägenheten, perfekt frukost och fika ställe.

Moderne leiligheter. Ligger litt i utkanten av sentrum. Flere gode restauranter i nærheten. God service.
