Lanta Resort

Wir waren hier für 6 Tage. Leider hat es an 5 von 6 Tagen geregnet (Pech). Aus diesem Grund haben wir den Pool nicht genutzt, dennoch wurde dieser jeden Tag von den Mitarbeitern gesäubert. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück sowie das Essen in der Anlage haben uns sehr geschmeckt! Angrenzend zur Hotelanlage gibt es die „Mountain-Rockbar“, welche fußläufig über den Strand leicht erreichbar ist und für entspannte Abende sorgt. In der Anlage selbst konnten wir wilde Affen sehen und aus nächster Nähe beobachten. Beim Hotel kann man sich einen Roller ausleihen, mit dem man die Gegend in Koh Lanta selbst erkunden kann. Die Einrichtung vom Zimmer würden wir als schlicht bezeichnen. Fazit: Das Hotel ist empfehlenswert.

The room was incredible, well air conditioned and large. The staff were top notch, so friendly and helpful and easy to communicate with. The surrounding area is great, a lot of walkable dining options, and can get taxis from the front desk to areas further out. There were some monitor lizards and lots of beautiful birds out there too. The pool was very well maintained, and the beach is incredibly close, right at the back of the property. This location is so hospitable and beautiful it felt like a home away from home. Would go back tomorrow if I could!

Har varit ett otroligt fint hotell en gång i tiden, numera öde med hela längor av hus/lägenheter som inte hyrs ut. Vid dom stora poolerna fanns det kanske 8-10 solstolar, varav alla var trasiga på ett eller annat sätt. Rummet var relativt rent och stort. Men sängkläder i Musse pigg och allmänt slitet. Däremot är läget och strandbaren fantastiskt, även om man även där hade önskat lite fler solstolar.

Great service from all the staff, so helpful and friendly. The resort itself was a little rundown in places. Also no signs to let you know for example pools were closed. There was also no obvious food/places to drink so even though the staff were the highlight of the resort the lack of atmosphere and signage let it down a little. Beautiful room, great jacuzzi and beautiful beach that felt like you had it to yourself at times 😀. Overall a nice little place.

Tyvärr var solstolarna på stranden var svåra att få eller få, folk gick och la ut handdukar väldigt tidigt på morgonen. Däremot var hotellet trevligt och skulle kunna absolut tänka mig bo här igen.

Skønt hotel, trænger dog til en lille opgradering af hele området. Vores værelse lugtede virkelig dårligt (jordslået) vi snakkede med receptionen om dette, hvorefter 2 unge drenge kom og lugtede på værelset, sprøjtede med lidt rengøringsspray i Aircondition og gik. 1-2 timer efter var lugten tilbage. Strand og pool er lækkert og med rig mulighed for at se en masse vilde dyr (vi så både aber og komodovaraner på området). Personalet var flinke men ikke mere end det. Man skal bede om roomservice.

Vi fik først en villa tæt på stranden, men sengen var meget meget hård og puderne ligeså og så lå det meget langt væk fra poolen. Vi fik i stedet et værelse med poolacces - sengen og puderne var lidt bedre. Poolen var ren og pæn - fedt at man lige kunne gå i. Hotellet er stadig langt fra hvad det var engang. Det meste af personalet var søde og smilende og morgenmaden var helt ok.,

Das Frühstück war leider ein großer Negativpunkt meines Aufenthalts. Keiner der Lebensmittel war gekühlt, obwohl es sich teilweise um verderbliche Produkte handelte (z. B. Salatsauce mit Mayonnaise, Eier für Omeletts). Auch die Früchte standen ohne Abdeckung da, und es waren sehr viele Fliegen auf den Lebensmitteln. Bereits am ersten Tag hatte ich mehrfach starken Durchfall (5x). In den darauffolgenden Tagen konnte ich nur noch Toast mit Butter essen, weil ich dem restlichen Frühstück nicht mehr vertraut habe. Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie ist das absolut enttäuschend und entspricht nicht den Erwartungen an Hygiene und Lebensmittelsicherheit. Am ersten Abend entstand nach starkem Regen ein extrem unangenehmer, kanalartiger Geruch in unserem Bungalow. Trotz drei Anrufen an der Rezeption innerhalb von 1,5 Stunden kam erst verspätet Hilfe. Die beiden Handwerker behaupteten, es würde nicht riechen. Erst eine Mitarbeiterin aus der Beachbar, die zum Übersetzen hinzugezogen wurde, bestätigte sofort den starken Gestank. Leider trat das Problem jeden Abend bei Regen erneut auf, und wir mussten mit offenen Fenstern und ohne Klimaanlage schlafen, was kaum möglich war. Das Hotel zeigte keinerlei Interesse an einer Lösung und sagte nur, dass alles ausgebucht sei und kein Zimmerwechsel möglich wäre. Sehr enttäuschend.

Wat een prachtig strand en heerlijke, grote kamer! Bij aankomst leek het wel een privé locatie met een fantastich uitzicht over zee. Koh Lanta is mooi en mensen zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een absolute aanrader, longbeach was wat ons betreft ook echt het mooiste strand. De locatie heeft achterstallig onder, zoals nog veel in Thailand na Covid. Maar aan het strand zijn de bungalows supernetjes en zijn ze druk met de opbouw. Wij hebben zelf langer bijgeboekt om extra te genieten.

Vi bodde har i 4 dagar Vi har bott på det här hotellet förut (6år sedan) och tyckte att det var ok/bra Nu tog vi deras finaste bungalow med egen pool. Nu låter jag som en gnällgubbe. Men!!! För 6000kr natten då tycker jag att man städar rummet utan att vi ska säga till samt ute vi vårat poolområde på bungalowen. Saknas plank på ett skjutparti Det låg bråte utanför mot havet Samt att frukosten har försämrats sedan vi var har förra ggr.

Staff was amazing. Breakfast good. Room was big but with some issues: toilet not flushing (fixed later). Door not locking. (Fixed), phone not working. After fixing the toilet, water started to come out dirty-ish from the pipes.

Beautiful and spacious room. Access to pool is also great. Breakfast isn’t great, only one kind of toast bread which doesn’t have any taste to it. Laundry service is also very confusing and difficult, clothes can only be delivered at 7 p.m. on point, otherwise they will not be accepted. WiFi also doesn’t work very well.

Villas are directly on to the Beach. Beach is stunning, and amazing restaurants and bars all along the beach. The check staff spoke very good english and gave very helpful specific instructions. We could have spent alot more time at this amazing resort. Lanta walking street was a 7min tuk tuk drive away to the shopping markets Also English speaking tour service at reception to help plan your tours. We loved our stay at koh lanta Beach Bungalow

Vom Empfang bis zum Check Out. Freundlich zuvorkommend. Feines Frühstück. Schade nur die Gäste die die Liegen belegen und den ganzen Tag abwesend sind. Aber das ist das Problem der Gesellschaft. Wir liegen im Sand am Schatten und geniessen es. Danke vielmals. Beste Grüsse André.

Lækkert når man har en bungalow helt nede ved stranden. Resten af hotellet var slidt og bar præg af manglende overskud. Sødt personale på nær i receptionen.

I was there during the low season, and it was a hassle to find e.g seven eleven and stores and etc. The massage place in the hotel was closed during my stay, and the restaurants near the hotel had unclear and varied opening hours.

Supert sted, med god beliggenhet. Fine, store og rene rom, med gode senger. Bra frokost!

Schitterend strand en mooie accommodatie. Ruime, nette kamer/bungalow en absoluut een aanrader. Het ontbijt laat nog te wensen over en aan alles merk je daarin bog de wederopbouw na Covid, maar de potentie zit er zeker in.Koh Lanta is mede daardoor ons favoriete eiland gebkeken. Vriendelijk, gemoedelijk en ontzettend mooi.
