The check-in staff were very helpful and accommodating. As we arrived at 9am and our room wasn’t due to be ready until 3pm, they were able to find us a room for an additional charge, which was greatly appreciated after an early arrival. The buffet breakfast was lovely, with a large variety of options to choose from. Overall, it was a nice start to our stay, and the hotel is conveniently located within an easy walk to Clarke Quay.

Central hotel with good amenities. Lifts were a bit problematic as one was being repaired/renovated over the 3 days I stayed. Helpful staff at reception
