Hotel is a little ‘tired’ our room leaked water into the bathroom when it rained (they did solve the issue). Front desk team are extremely good, nice, friendly and resolve issues. Actually all the staff were very nice. There is building taking place next to the pool area so it makes it noisy when lying by the pool. There is nothing the hotel can do about that situation and will resolve once building is completed.

The hotel is in a really nice area,five minutes walk from Orchard Road. The rooms are big and clearly recently renovated but the carpet had big stains on the floor. It was very noisy due to the fact that they were renovating the bedroom next to ours. I was ill so contacted reception about the endless drilling and eventually it stopped. When we left, I mentioned it to the receptionist so as not to place anybody else in our room until the work was done and she very kindly offered us a grab to the airport as compensation for all the noise. The swimming pool was great and the bars also looked really nice, although we didn’t have drinks there.

Jeg bodde her 3 netter som et mellomstopp på min reise fra Europa til Australia. Førstintrykket var meget positivt; Meget god plassering med kort avstand til MRT (Metro). Rommet hadde god størrelse og var komfortabelt med gode fasiliteter; AC, kjøleskap, safe, strykebord / -jern, TV og WIFI. Baderommet hadde også god størrelse. Frokost var IKKE inkludert og kostet 30 S$ gjennom resepsjonen (og over 40 S$ ved direkte booking i restauranten). Jeg hadde kun 1 frokost og 1 middag i restauranten da jeg fant menyen ganske begrenset. På baksiden av hotellet ligger stedets svømmebasseng - meget fint anlegg 👍👍👍 Desverre var det skyet med regnbyger de første dagene, men siste dagen ble bassenget benyttet. Området ligger desverre i skyggen av de høye bygningene store deler av dagen. I nærområdet finnes det utallige shoppingsentre og restauranter. Adgang til sentrum er enkel via MRT. Personalet var meget hyggelige og serviceinnstilte 😃😃😃 Etter hvert la jeg merke til at møbler var slitt - og verre - at baderommet hadde fuger og lister som var dårlig rengjort med mugg / sopp (se bilder) - dette skyldes mangelfull rengjøring og vedlikehold, noe som enkelt burde vært oppdaget og ordnet.

Bra beliggenhet 5 min gange fra Orchid. Bra rom. Hyggelig innsjekking og positivt personale. Frokosten var av det enklere slaget, men de hadde egen omelett- kokk så mat i magen fikk vi. Bassenget er greit, men lite sol grunnet bygninger rundt. Det er lite møbler rundt bassenget og der det er sol på formiddagen er det knapt plass til en solstol. Dette er et hotell for de som bruker hotellet til å sove og spise en frokost og ha et rom sentralt plassert.

We stayed for 4 nights with my four year old daughter. Checking in was smooth and the area is quite nice because it is in close proximity with the shopping malls. However, we had a not so good experience with our bathroom. There was a foul smell coming from the floor drain, and i suspected it was the smell from the sewer. We stayed for the first night, but on the second night, i noticed when i flush the toilet, water and some waste comes out on the side of the toilet and goes to the floor drain (i won't post the pic because i might spoil your dinner). Good thing that when i reported it, we were transferred to an upgraded room. Though we had to fix and pack all our things and had to carry our kid because it was a bit late at 9pm and was already sleeping. I hope they will fix it because overall the hotel is nice and fair priced. Will i come back to this hotel? Yes.

We booked a Premier room for our 4 day stay at the Vibe Orchard. We checked-in and headed to our room only to find a very small, poorly decorated and unwelcoming facility. There was very little clothes hanging and storage space, certainly not enough for two people for 4 nights. The bathroom was adequate albeit small and unappealing. We checked with reception that we had been allocated a Premier room and were assured that we had, we were a little disappointed. The hotel amenities were okay but limited. The pool area was clean and tidy. The breakfast area was chaotic at times with a limited number of seating. Although we could choose where to sit, not allocated seating, it did mean that individuals and couples were sitting at tables prepared for 4 people or more. This meant that tables very quickly became limited.

The room that i stayed in 306 is not very quiet. Sometimes , I can hear people talking at night around midnight and very early in the morning, not sure if it is the guests who stay there or the employees who work there. It is on the very first floor, not much of a view. Since i stayed there only for 3 nights, did not want to pack my stuff to switch the room.

Zeer proper. Heel vriendelijke ontvangst. Ontbijt jan wel beter voor die prijs. Kamers hebben alle voorzieningen zoals strijkplank en strijkijzer, haardroger. Zelfs slippers zijn er. Host is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hij maakte het verschil.

I have no issue with the price. I like the room that I booked, which is deluxe room. On gg maps, it's said 10-15 mins walk to the mall and mrt, but actually it's more like 20-30 mins walk in real life. But I think other hotels with this price range are all the same, so it's acceptable. What I don't like is the front desk staffs seem cold, beside that, during check-in, they asked me if I like bathtub or standing, while my booking was clearly bathtub, and I even type it again on the special request. After I repeat, they said that bathtub had to wait 2-3 hrs, we tired so we said standing is ok. The staff gave me the key card, said this room is free upgrade. But when I saw the room, it was bad, smaller and uglier. So I went back immediately, said I want the room I booked, no need upgrade. They gave me my room on the spot, with out waiting, much better than the upgraded room. So it's a bit shady here that they told me I have to wait, and told me I got free upgrade. Feel like they tried to trick me to stay in the room they want instead of my booking room....

We spent three days here and it was wonderful! The staff was very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and the hotel had a nice fragrance throughout. Would definitely stay at vibe again! Oh forgot to add it is in close proximity to all major shopping and transportation centers.

We enjoyed a very pleasant 2 night stay at The Vibe and our previous stays here when it was called The Elizabeth. The hotel is now being renovated and the room decor was lovely. The room also had a Nespresso coffee machine with a choice of 4 different Nespresso coffee capsules to choose from which was great. The hotel is in a good location, as it is only a few minutes walk through the Paragon Shopping centre onto Orchard Rd. The staff were lovely and the room was cleaned very well. The buffet breakfast was nice but could be improved as there was no yoghurt & limited fruit choices available (watermelon, dragon fruit & paw paw). Thank you to all The Vibe staff.

The hotel is a 15 minute walk away from Orchard MRT. Friendly staff and clean spacy rooms. Unfortunately there was no breakfast buffet, just a la carte. Nevertheless we would come back any time!
