I stayed here for 1 night peior to a flight from Berlin airport, thinking it was close to the airport. Unfortunately it was not that close and the cab ride was over 25€. My other complaint was service at the bar was lacking. We had to get the attention of the front desk attendant tonrecieve service.

The room itself is okay, but it's not great for €114, and the check-in is a mess. The woman doesn't speak English. She doesn't ask any questions, which results in separate invoices for the room, local tax and parking. No information about what, where, or when. Basically, you get your card and get lost. The breakfast is miserable. No bottled beer. The hallways are filthy, and the elevators stink. The shower thermostat is set to one position, sometimes giving boiling water, sometimes cold water. If you don't have to, don't stay here. There are better and cheaper hotels near the airport.

Our room was set for one guest and we were two, so we had to ask for additional towels, pillows and a comforter. It took over 3 hours for housekeeping to deliver these items. The air conditioner seemed to be set so it would not go below a certain pre-set degree and our room became very hot overnight. We could have opened our window since the evening became cooler, but our room overlooked the train station so we would have heard the train all night. The hotel (room and bathroom as well) appeared to be clean, but the bathroom had a continuous sewage smell no matter how many times the toilet was flushed or scents were sprayed. This hotel was conveniently located close to the airport, but I would not stay here again.

I would not stay at that hotel again. 2 positive points: the breakfast buffet was very good, and the S-Bahn train station is right across the street, very convenient. Our "Deluxe Room" was not so deluxe. No luggage rack, suitcases have to stay on the floor. For us not convenient. And no place to put your clothes. There was a rollaway bed in our room for some reason, so that we couldn't open the window. The hallway was somewhat smelly. Overall we were very disappointed, considering the price we paid for the night.

I was given a room wherein the aircon wasn’t working. I have 3 nights booking. I was too tired to inquire on my first night due to arriving late and thought that the ventilation was just turned off, I had to keep my window opened but the noise was unbearable due to proximity to a train station. There’s been fireworks too around midnight! Barely slept on my first night. On my second day I have to set off early and had to return in the hotel late afternoon, when I raised the issue, they said they couldn't send someone to fix the aircon, or find me a different room as the hotel was full booked. I had to endure the second warm night of my stay. This is on the eve of my marathon event where I should be resting properly. Also the weekend weather has been unprecedented at 28 & 27 degrees. Post marathon, again due to tiredness and coming back late from the city, not bothered to ask for a room replacement. Whole stay would had been pleasant but its the ventilation issue that brought the score down. Ideal location if you want to be near the airport but you need to travel at least an hour via good train service if you have events in the city.

I stayed here for a week during a week of vacation in Berlin. I chose Loginn Hotel because it was convenient to mass transit and was reasonably priced. There are also two food markets close by, and some restaurants within walking distance. My room was simple but quiet and comfortable, with a very good bed. The bathroom shower was great. However, there was almost no storage space, which is a nuisance when staying several nights I pre-ordered the buffet breakfast which I strongly advise you to do because theorice is about half of paying for it on site. And it is worth it. There was juice, coffee, tea, pastries, cold cuts, some hot dishes. The lobby has a kind of youth hostel atmosphere which you may or may not like. The lobby area is quite dimly lit at night. I think it would look better more lit up. Be aware that while mass transit is close by, you will be a long way from Central Berlin. The "commute" gets tiring. I think the next time I visit Berlin I am going to find somewhere closer to the center. The hotel employees were very nice and efficient. This is a good botel overall.

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und ok ausgestattet. Schön ist, dass man kostenlos Wasser erhält. Leider funktionierte die Heizung im Zimmer nicht richtig. Das Waschbecken war konstruktionsbedingt nicht zu benutzen, ohne eine Überschwemmung zu verursachen. Und die Dusche war zwischendurch entweder sehr kalt und plötzlich wieder brühend heiß, was auf Probleme im Wasserdruck hindeutet, wenn viele Gäste parallel duschen.

The hotel itself has a lot of potential. Rooms are clean. Problem is the people working there. The worst staff I have ever seen in a hotel. The receptionist was angry and arrogant. He seemed to hate his job and every single guest. The lady behind the bar also was arrogant and grumpy. She was gossiping about foreign guests in German. Never again.

Personnel support was very unsatisfactory. I received food delivery and nobody informed me. It stayed at the reception for more than one hour and when asked they said it is not their responsibility to take the deliveries. They did not call me to inform and did not apologize. Very bad attitude.

A very nice hotel with nice rooms and a great breakfast. Convenient to the airport. However, check in was an issue. It ends at 11 with no option for late check in. For people coming in late flights, this is very inconvenient. My flight landed at 10:25 and I barely made it to check in. No one answered the phone when I called and no one answered my messages in the app. This is a poor experience for Expedia users. The staff was friendly and helpful at check in and out in person, but it would have saved me a lot of stress if Incould have communicated with them and had an option in case I was delayed passed 11.

Værelse lidt skrabet og budgetagtigt, men godt og rent. Underligt at skulle tjekke ind igen efter at have lavet onlinecheckin. Kedeligt område, men perfekt beliggenhed når man skal med et tidligt fly. Det ligger 2 min gang fra S-bahn Grünbergallé, hvorfra der er to stop/15 min til lufthavnen.

We very disappointed that it was not located near the airport. Our family could not meet us the next morning when they arrived. The train has been discontinued. There is no shuttle service from airport. Apparently there is a local bus but could not get info from the drivers. We ended up spending 27 euros for Uber. It should be clearly stated on the Expedia website.

Ich kann nur Gutes zu diesem Hotel sagen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gut gedämpft. Das Personal war nett und zuvorkommend. Hier kommen wir gerne wieder her! Einzige Anmerkung: Beim Frühstück wird mit veganen Produkten geworben, auf Nachfrage hin wurde gesagt, dass diese gekennzeichnete wären. Leider war dies nicht so und die Auswahl an potenziellen Lebensmitteln gering. Hotelgästen mit veganer Ernährungsform empfehle ich das Frühstück nicht.

Room has all the basics and was comfortable, clean and quiet. Breakfast has excellent selection of breakfast/lunch items. On my last day I was leaving before breakfast hours and, with request night prior, they made me a 'go bag' that was waiting at the desk next morning for early check out. There are no restaurants near by however there's an Aldis grocery a few blocks away and convenience food at a gas station a little further so I ate prior to going back to hotel. Hotel is right next to Grunbergallee train stop so super easy to hop on the line, at all hours of a day, to the airport or to connections at Hbf - Berlin central station. I am older solo female and felt safe.

Das ist Hotel ist modern und stylisch. Zum Flughafen sind es nur 3 S-Bahn Stationen ins Stadtinnere fährt man 30 bis 40 Minuten. Das Frühstück das sollte man auch buchen.
