The staff and our room was nice but the hotel area need to improve. They need to clean upp and improve the restaurant. That was always things run out on the menu.

We did not get the rooms we paid for. The hotel was dirty. Far from everything. Limited food options. Staff were very polite and friendly but I would not recommend staying there.

The hotel does not look like the photos they advertise. They do not offer housekeeping unless you call them directly and ask for something to be cleaned. The room we stayed in was very moldy and a lot of stains on the bedding. (They also warn you of additional fees for any stains or damages) We arrived after the check in time and they did not have pillowcases (6:30pm). We found more blood stains on the duvet and requested for it all to be changed. Thankfully they did it without a hassle. Although they changed it, the new ones had stains still. Red stains. The washroom curtains and window curtains were all stained with black mold. There was a smell in the room all day which I bet is from all of the mold. I would not recommend this place.
