A beautiful resort in a beautiful setting! The pool is magnificent. The beach and surrounding green spaces are stunning. Our room was lovely, spacious, and the bed was delightfully comfortable. The bath was large, deep, and long, and the shower pressure was good. The food on site is yummy is reasonably priced. The common areas of the hotel are comfortable and inviting, and the staff is extremely kind and helpful.

Awesome hotel with terrific amenities. The room was large and tastefully decorated. The food in the restaurant was top notch. They have a pool, tennis court, hot tub, playground and easy walking distance to the beach. Highly highly recommend!

Very unresponsive to communication. We booked and paid more for this property due to it having a jacuzzi/hot tub and pool. It was down for maintenance the entire time and they ignored my repeated emails and messages asking about it. This hotel was much more expensive than similar ones nearby. It was a lovely property but I was disappointed to have broken equipment and ignored communications.

Lovely hotel, comfortable room, great breakfast and dinner, friendly staff especially those on reception and in the bar area. The pool was nice but the chlorine in the jacuzzi was not pleasant. We took the bus into Galway which was easy to do with the stop being right outside the hotel. I would recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel with very comfortable room, excellent restaurant, fully equipped with gym, pool, tennis courts etc. Quiet location only a few minutes from the busy Galway suburbs. We had a wonderful stay and would certainly choose it again.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Einziger Nachteil; die Holzfußböden sind ziemlich laut, es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl und keine Klimaanlage. Das Frühstück ist klasse, sehr große Auswahl. Der Hoteleigene Parkplatz ist riesig. Es hat definitiv unsere Erwartungen übertroffen und ist ganz klar weiter zu empfehlen!

Hotel is old. carpet was very dirty in the room. the room smelled like someone had been smoking inside. the bathroom was old and you could see the mold on the caulking inside the shower and around the sink. the walls where so thin that the texting notifications from the next-door room kept waking us up. the staff was VERY nice! and the breakfast was surprisingly good. best coffee we had in Ireland during our vacation. the property has so much potential that it is sad to see that is not kept to its max.

This is definitely more of a 3* hotel. The leisure facilities could definitely do with some investment as they were looking a bit tired unfortunately. The breakfast room was lovely and bright, with very attentive staff. Reception staff we also always on hand and friendly. Bedroom was spotlessly clean.

The Connemara Coast Hotel is perfect such a beautiful setting. The welcome we received from the staff was so lovely. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The views we had of Galway Bay were stunning. We were staying to celebrate two Birthdays and at breakfast the first morning they made such a lovely gesture of a Birthday treat. Walking around the grounds were so relaxing especially as the sun was shining. All the staff from reception, the restaurant for breakfast and evening dining and in the bar were very friendly and professional. Would definitely come back and would highly recommend the Connemara Coast Hotel. Thank you for looking after us.

Struttura molto carina direttamente sulla costa con vista meravigliosa. Ristorante e pub di buona qualità. Purtroppo nella stanza non funzionavano le lampade e nessuno è venuto ad aggiustarle nonostante le nostre richieste. Non abbiamo avuto tempo di utilizzare piscina e centro benessere ma sembravano di buon livello.

Great hotel to stay at! We loved the view from our room. Super spacious & comfy. Lots of parking. Loved the short 15 minute walk to the beach. Only downside was the rooms do not have a mini fridge. The bar was great about giving us a bucket of ice if needed. We would stay here again!!

My husband and I loved this property. The rooms were big and very comfortable. The view of the ocean from the large windows was fantastic. The restaurant was fun and very family oriented. You are close to Galway yet you felt out in the countryside. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Terribly noisy with the interconnecting room, could literally hear everything neighbors were saying and they no doubt could here us. They took me to another room that had a piece of insulation in between but the interconnecting door didn't lock.

Fabulous hotel, newly refurbished rooms, friendly helpful staff. Nice pool (20metres?) and leisure centre. Food very good, one of the best breakfasts I've seen! In a gorgeous spot on the shore of Galway bay.

This is a great hotel! We've stayed in this area every year and have never stayed here until this year. They were super helpful in changing our room so that we could get air conditioning due to the hot weather. We had a spacious room with a balcony facing the bay. They have a great buffet breakfast (all the fixings for a full Irish breakfast, plus fruit, pastries, cereal, pancakes, etc). Both my mom and I are lactose intolerant so we were appreciative of the milk alternatives and the allergen info on the foods. Lots of parking and so many cute little nooks to sit and read. We almost wished we had one rainy day to take advantage. Would definitely want to stay there again!

Stunning property! Incredible staff. The location was STELLAR!!!! If you want to be close to town, this is not your place. IF you want an incredible experience …. This is your place! Food was great. The service in the bar was not all that great however there was one waitress that swooped in and caught everyone up and helped the entire bar. I wish I had her name because she deserves a huge raise!!! I love this place and would stay here over and over again. Just such an amazing staff and location!

Had a wonderful stay at the Connemara coast hotel to celebrate our anniversary. Room was lovely and staff all friendly. We booked a table for dinner in the restaurant and it did not disappoint! Restaurant staff were absolutely fabulous! So helpful, kind and polite! Restaurant manager very friendly and kind and our server (I think his name was Evan) was just the best! Service was exceptional! Couldn’t fault anything! Literally our only complaint is that you can’t leave a tip when paying via card and we never carry cash anymore so we were disappointed that we couldn’t tip for the exceptional service! But a huge thank you to our server who made our anniversary meal so wonderful and memorable!

From when we arrived, till we left this morning, could but fault the staff or the hotel at all. I have never met such kind professional staff like this before. Will highly recommend the Galway Coast Hotel to Everton I know and look forward to staying there again. 5 stars all the way

Great location, with amazing views and rooms! The breakfast buffet was great but service in the bar area for food was very poor and made for a bad experience overall, having to chase waiters to place order and having staff say they will be right back and not show up for 45 minutes to take an order.

Connemara coast hotel was an excellent choice for our week stay. The property was clean, and any issues were quickly addressed and repaired. It was so nice seeing and speaking with Gerald in the bar each evening. He was very accommodating and anticipated our needs even going out of his way to find me take away cups for my early morning coffees. It was such a pleasure talking with him each evening. The last night of our stay we had a tyre mishap and did not make it back to the motel until after the resturaunt closed. The resturant manager had us sandwiches and fruit plate made which was very appreciated and not expected. I greatly appreciate him and his staff going above and beyond to make sure we had dinner our last night in Ireland. I would higly reccomend the Connemarra hotel to anyone! Thank you Janice Bugg

Friendly and attentive staff. Beautiful location. Very comfortable rooms that help the planet splitting rubbish with a recycling bin. Breakfast service could be a bit better organised, but food quality good.

The Connemara Coast Hotel is perfect such a beautiful setting. The welcome we received from the staff was so lovely. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The views we had of Galway Bay were stunning. We were staying to celebrate two Birthdays and at breakfast the first morning they made such a lovely gesture of a Birthday treat. Walking around the grounds were so relaxing especially as the sun was shining. All the staff from reception, the restaurant for breakfast and evening dining and in the bar were very friendly and professional. Would definitely come back and would highly recommend the Connemara Coast Hotel. Thank you for looking after us.

This is a very comfortable hotel with excellent views of Galway Bay. It is on the Barna road with easy access to Galway, Salthill, Spiddal and Connemara. Our room was roomy and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and there is a nice bar on the property.

The coastal views were breathtaking. Driving in and out was easy- even if you are an American adjusting to Irish driving rules (lots of space and room to learn how to park when you see the road from the right hand seat). Great access to Galway and the harbor if you wish to take a ferry to the Aran Islands.

A beautiful hotel with amazing views! Our room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our morning coffee in front of the window with views of the water. We had dinner one evening in the restaurant and it was 1st class food and service. The hotel is about a 15 min drive to Galway City Centre which was convenient.

Beautiful property with great views of Galway Bay and a delicious breakfast buffet. Our room was spacious and it was worth the 20 minute drive from the city center. I will stay there on my next trip to Galway.

Beautiful hotel and beautiful location! Staff were helpful. The rooms was very nice. But, be aware that they do not have an elevator and our room required us to use two sets of stairs. Luckily my husband is able to drag both of our suitcases up and down the stairs. They have a beautiful property! We were easily able to drive into Galway for a day and evening. And, the next day, we drove the Connemara peninsula. Hotel was perfectly located!

Had a wonderful stay at the Connemara coast hotel to celebrate our anniversary. Room was lovely and staff all friendly. We booked a table for dinner in the restaurant and it did not disappoint! Restaurant staff were absolutely fabulous! So helpful, kind and polite! Restaurant manager very friendly and kind and our server (I think his name was Evan) was just the best! Service was exceptional! Couldn’t fault anything! Literally our only complaint is that you can’t leave a tip when paying via card and we never carry cash anymore so we were disappointed that we couldn’t tip for the exceptional service! But a huge thank you to our server who made our anniversary meal so wonderful and memorable!

Our room was very comfortable and quiet with a fabulous view of the water. The breakfast offered was a feast! It was an amazing buffet of food. The easy parking was very much appreciated! I would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful hotel. The decor is lovely. Great gym facility and indoor pool. The restaurants had excellent food and the staff could not be more accommodating. Proximity to the ferry for the Aran islands is a plus. We were so pleased and would return.

Excellent supper options. Breakfasts generic. Pastries were "day old" in quality. We had a room on the east side, lower floor. Windows if open provided no security to outside. Without air conditioning room (no AC) became very warm.

Lovely hotel, comfortable room, great breakfast and dinner, friendly staff especially those on reception and in the bar area. The pool was nice but the chlorine in the jacuzzi was not pleasant. We took the bus into Galway which was easy to do with the stop being right outside the hotel. I would recommend this hotel.

Loved staying here and being able to walk around the property and along the ocean. Breakfast was wonderful. Adjoining restaurant is ok, limited offerings. No elevator so we had to lug our bags up and down steps.

The hotel itself was beautiful and on the coast. Huge issue was zero AC. We also had dinner at their bar/restaurant Furbo. The food was horriblewe ordered fish and chips and a chicken burger. The fish and chips we extremely greasy and a large piece was tough and rubbery. The chicken sandwich was one that looked pre pressed ftom a frozen package. Was strange as the hotel was such a nice hotel.

The hotel was above excelent with one exception: no lift. The room was down three levels, and we had five heavy pieces. There were no carts to move the luggage along one level. People were struggling to get up mutiple sets of stairs. One set, in the breakfast area, was hard to climb with a plate or a cup. If the hotel installs a lift, I would be happy to give C,onnemara Coast Hotel my ringing endorsement.
