Nice fitness room and pool.

Only had 2 carts to get luggage in and out. Checking out there was a huge line waiting for carts. Ended up just making a couple trips out to car.

Truly it was a good stay! My only issue was that the floors in the lobby were in need of a good mopping. Our room was clean, the entire place was very quiet the week we were there and the pool was open and used by our grands (although it's NOT heated!!). I don't always sleep well in hotels, but this one had very good shades that kept out all outside light and the other lights in the room were minimal.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The pool and gym were also very good. My room was clean, I'll definitely stay here whenever I have work trips.

Elevators are very slow. Other than that hotel was in great condition. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was soo so. Limited option so we drove the 1-2 minutes to local options to fit our needs.

Property is updated, clean and spacious. Staff was pleasant and helpful, amenities are great such as fitness room and pool. Our stay would have been perfect had it not been for a disappointing breakfast. Choices for breakfast were somewhat limited compared to other hotels offering breakfast. The premiere “sandwich” had a synthetic looking egg, cold cheeses, potato wedges (not sure how they work on a sandwich), a warm biscuit, and some breaded option looking like chicken or fish. Not certain what culture offers that for breakfast? Bacon was promised on the graphic but not available. Had it been the sandwich might have been almost tolerable.

Bring your vacuum! Dog hair everywhere in the room and bed, that is nasty!! Take the phone off the hook or you may get a call at 1030 at night asking if your kids are running around… we didn’t even have our kids with us… breakfast was ok, sausage was raw like and eggs were hard and not enough selection. More than one waffle maker would be smart too…. Rooms are not sound proof either! Pool is sooooo cold too! I thought this hotel would be way better for the $$$…

Very clean and pool was indoors, which was nice.

The room was immaculate! Spotless and so comfortable! They were very accommodating as well, since I have to use a cane. I had an amazing experience! I think the only feedback I have is to maybe add Crunchyroll.com as a streaming service added to the tv.

We found used dirty plastic knives by the dresser.

Although they gave me a hard time paying with a debit card with my wifes name on it the staff and hotel itself are great. Very clean and fresh.

Very clean room, the amenities in the room were nice. Everything in the hotel was very nice, except that the breakfast was sublime for us. The waffle maker broke down, the no real eggs, what was given was cold, and some food seemed undercooked. Could tell it was microwaveable food.

The property was fine but the towels had hair on them and the room only had 2 horrible pillows

We loved our stay! The bathroom floor was a little dirty, but the rest of the suite was very clean. Breakfast was ok, but the staff were extremely friendly! We loved the setup of the suite, as we have one little who goes to bed early and sleeps in a pack n play in the living room, while the other little watches tv and gets ready for bed. The extra door into the bathroom was super helpful, as my husband could sneak out to the car to bring in a couple things we had forgotten. Not having to open the bedroom door into the living room prevented us from having to walk right next to our sleeping daughter. There were plenty of shopping and dining options right by the hotel. Overall, we would definitely come back, as this was the perfect stop on our way to the beach.

Front desk was really nice and helpful. Everything is clean except I saw the refrigerator drawer looked a little dirty.

One nite stay, large room very clean, will stay again when traveling!!

We stayed in the 1 bedroom, king suite. There is a door that separates the bedroom from all other spaces, which is what we wanted! The bathroom can be accessed from the bedroom or the main living spaces. The bed was comfortable and 1 of us has major back problems. Cleanliness was good, 9 or 9.5/ 10, and we have high standards with that! 1 downside was there was some road noise for where our room was. We were on the 4th (top) floor facing the road. Quiet room mostly, but sometimes a loud motorcycle went by. The kitchen was great: good size fridge & freezer, dishwasher, a surprising number & variety of misc kitchen items (measuring cups/ spoons, 1 large sharp knife, good amount of glasses, mugs, bowls, plates, silverware, & more). Shower was good...hot water that lasted, etc. Closet space in the entry and in the bedroom. 2 good size bathroom drawers that were useful. Dresser space in bedroom, other cabinet space in LR, open large cabinet space near the kitchen (maybe for kitchen/ pantry items or misc). We used the pool 1 evening & had it to ourselves for the whole hour or so we were there! The chair options were not comfortable in the pool area so, we didn't use them long. They have a lift available for disabled individuals to access the pool. The gym was small, but fine for our 2 night stay. 2 treadmills, 1 elliptical trainer, 1 bench, dumbbells under 70lbs, exercise balls, etc. Nice cold water cooler available. Staff was all very nice. Easy check-in and quick checkout.

Beds are very comfy. Kitchenette in room is great. Rooms are large & they accept pets. Hotel staff friendly & helpful. Only downside is typical of hotels, people in room above were heavy footed & kids running in hallway at 6am. Not really a hotel problem-more of a parent issue.

Second stay in Home 2. Room was large and clean. Only real issue was that pillows were pathetic and thin and they only provided 3 for the king bed (so only one person could double up...)

The room was great, large enough for the three of us. No complaints with the hotel or room, however the single guest next door was on a screaming fest with someone for hours while we were trying to sleep!!! Finally we bang on the wall to let him know he was disturbing our sleep an he moved to a different spot of room where it was not so loud but we could still hear him yelling!!

Quick , efficient check in process. First floor accommodations as requested. Great room with full size fridge, glassware and plates to make you feel like home. Pet friendly location made it a great overnight stop heading to FL.

The bathroom was tiny. The door opened right up against the toilet. There's no stovetop. You've got all of these dishes and a dishwasher. But no stovetop. What's the point?

The room was not what we expected. It was great, clean, very comfy. I loved the the bathroom with all the soaps and conditioners.

Room TV is not smart tv.

I reserved the hotel for my visit and after a tornado alert I traveled to my destination. When I finally areived to the hotel property to check in we were provided a room which was currently occupied. The front desk representative went to verify the room and saw the room had already been taken. My credit card has been charged for the entire reservation and I never canceled. The front desk representative stated the hotel was booked, therefore she could not offer me another room for my husband and I to stay. My question is if a room is reserved, and paid for, why would the hotel give the room to another party. Is it common in the hotel industry to double book a room? I have paid for an accommodation and was not able to stay in it. Is this the customer service I deserve from this hotel or using Hotels.com?

This is by far one of the BEST AND CLEANEST hotels that I have stayed in. I wish my stay would have been longer. I will surely choose this hotel whenever I am in town. The staff was wonderful and a special THANK YOU to Lexandria for being very patient during our check in. The head houseman Michael was very friendly and helpful. They both made my family and I feel very welcomed.

The overall experience was excellent! The only complaint I have is that my credit card was charged 3 times because of the pos system.

Everything about this experience was top notch. I called ahead of my trip because I was going to be arriving in the early morning. The person I spoke with at the hotel said she would add a note to make sure my reservation was held. When I arrived, I was greeted and welcomed. The room was spotless with lots of amenities--fridge, etc. Another benefit--the breakfast starts at 6:00 a.m.! (At most hotels, it's 7:00 a.m.) This was perfect because I had somewhere to be by 8:00 a.m. There was quite the selection--make your own waffle, chicken tenders, eggs, coffee, bagels and other choices which I'm forgetting. Again, everything was top notch. I highly recommend the hotel. Thanks to Home2 Suites for a fantastic experience.

Front desk clerk did not greet me. She charged my bank account 2x , she did not tell me she made an error. I had checked my account spotting the error immediately.

The cleaning service knocked on my door at 7:30am in the morning, then attempted to enter my room... both mornings I was in the hotel. Scary and unacceptable.

The front desk and breakfast staff were wonderful!

I was very impressed with the hotel facilities and staff. Everyone was very helpful. Lisa in housekeeping was especially considerate and checking on our needs. Kim at the front desk as well. Impressed with the cleanliness of the breakfast area and the offerings…really enjoyed the bacon! Thank you Home2Suites, i highly recommend this particular hotel.

Comfortable room with quick access back to I95

Wonderful place but very difficult to find. Suggest explaining the “new” address if your car has an old gps. Also have a sign on the main road that can be easily seen. Other than that highly recommend.

Awesome property. Close to shopping and dining options and just far enough off the interstate!

Was a nice room and friendly staff but hard to find no signage since it is in a shopping center.. very busy highway. Would not know it was there without GPS and still confusing because it not easily seen from highway.

Convenient, great location, a ton of shops and restaurants within walking distance, safe and free parking. Spacious room but nothing special overall for the price. Breakfast was skimpy at best.

The staff here were terrific. They stated it’s only 2 years old. The beds are subpar however. Just like the ones at a Home2 we strayed at a couple of weeks ago. They apparently need a new supplier. This is located in the middle of a bunch of strip malls and parking lots-confusing to find initially. They really should consider better signage along the roads

The room is very clean, spacious, and comfortable. It had all the conveniences of home and the decor was cheerful. It is within walking distance to many restaurants and lots of shopping. We definitely will come again and highly recommend it to other travelers.

Newer property, clean, good location off I-95

The room was clean and the bathroom was nice. The breakfast buffet was great and offered more variety than the standard fare. Would stay again!

Our room was very clean and was spacious. The employees were friendly and helpful. We were disappointed in the breakfast buffet though. It had said there would be biscuits and gravy and there was not. We also had read there would be a berry medley for on the yogurt and there was none. No bananas either.

The room was spotless, breakfast was ready and the food was great.

The property was clean and the staff was very friendly, unfortunately, we had an issue in our room with the air-conditioning/heater. It was impossible to turn off the fan. Also, there were limited options for breakfast, and the hours for breakfast are also quite limited.
