Zimmer relativ klein und gleichzeitig mit allem notwendigen Annehmlichkeiten - bequemes Bett, zu öffnendes Fenster, viele Steckdosen, Regenschirm, kostenloses Wasser, Tee und Kaffeemachmöglichkeiten. Schneller Check in, sehr kompetente Rezeption bezüglich Sightseeing, öffentlicher Nahverkehr und weiteren Fragen. Es gibt Powerbanks zum ausleihen und jederzeit Wasser, Kaffee, Tee und Obst im Foyer kostenlos. Abgeschlossene Kofferaufbewahrung vorhanden. Frühstücksbüffet weit überdurchschnittlich - alles was das Herz begehrt. Ich komme gern wieder !

Sehr angenehmes Hotel gelegen im Hinterhof der Vasagatan, Zugang über Vasagatan. Dadurch Aussicht auf andere Fassade oder Hof. Aber das ist in Stockholm gewachsene architektonische Geschichte wegen Platzmangels. (Inselstadt) Sehr saubere Zimmer, nett gestaltet mit praktischen Details: für ein paar Fitnesssübungen sogar Hanteln an der Wand befestigt. Das Hotel erreicht man per Fuß in 1 Minute vom Arlanda Express aus. Frühstück ist reichhaltig für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Im Eingangsbereich täglich frisch gepresste Säfte als Tagesstarter und ein kleines Getränke/ Obstangebot für zwischendurch. Lobby über 2 Ebenen für gemütliche Runden oder zum Entspannen. Sehr individuell eingerichtet. Ich hatte ein Zimmer zum Hof, wo es sehr leise war trotz geöffnetem Fenster hörte man nichts von Straßen - oder Hofgeräuschen. Vom Hotel aus erreicht man zu Fuß gut viele sehenswerte Plätze und natürlich alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Super empfehlenswert für einen 3 Tagestripp in die wunderbare Stadt Stockholm.

アーランダエクスプレスの駅のすぐそばで便利。チェックイン前チェックイン後の荷物預かりもフロントすぐそばで便利。歯ブラシ、アメニティ、スリッパ、炭酸水など、部屋にあります。コーヒー、紅茶、冷水がフロントそばにあり、いつでも無料で利用可。利用しなかったが、お酒、ジュース、スナックがフロントで購入できる。朝食は、パン、フルーツ、ハム、シリアルなどそれぞれ数種類あり、誰でも満足できると思う。スモークサーモンには、醤油、ガリ、ワサビなどが一緒に置いてあり、笑ってしまいました。全体的に日本のホテルに似ていて日本人には使いやすく満足できると思います。

Centralt beliggende og prisvenligt hotel lige over for hovedbanegården. Hotellet tilbyder tidlig indtjekning - hvis muligt - mod betaling men også gratis bagageopbevaring. Værelset var godt indrettet men sengen for blød til min smag. Jeg var til gengæld glad for, der var to forskellige hovedpuder at vælge imellem. Der var elkedel, kaffe, te og kakao og en gratis kildevand. Morgenmadsbuffeten var rigtig god. Der er desuden gratis kaffe og te og en låne-computer med adgang til printer i foyeren.

Bakom Arlanda express så det är nära till detta och centralen och T-Centralen. God frukost. Mera utbud på frukosten än jag är van vid på hotell. Kul! Och var en äldre besökare så det var lugnt o skönt på frukosten. Bra och trevlig personal. Kunde lämna in bagaget tidigare innan rummet var färdigt så man kunde göra annat. Enda lilla sak var att jag sa till om sänglampan var trasig och de sa de skulle byta den. Men det hände inte under vår vistelse. Men det är inte hela värden. Frächa rum som verka ha varit renoverade nyligen.

Fantastiskt bra service. Blev så glatt överraskad. Jättefina rum och badrum. Rent o fint. Mjuka sköna sängar. Gick att lägga till senare utcheckning. Vi tyckte att det var kallt på rummet och då fick vi ett portabelt element. Stort plus för den servicen! Och inga sura miner utan tvärtom. Väldigt glada och tillmötesgående. Frukosten var bra, hade önskat lite fler alternativ på tex pålägg och till pannkakorna. Men kommer definitivt besöka det här hotellet igen.

The hotel was in a very good location for our stay in Stockholm. It was comfortable and the cleaning staff was very good. The reception area was comfortable and the coffee and ice water was very welcome. On the whole, we would recommend the hotel, especially to anyone taking the train or looking for a location within easy walking distance of good restaurants and sites. However, there were no maps at the front desk to help us get around, and some of the front desk staff, while very friendly, weren’t very knowledgeable about the area or suggestions about where we might find things such as postage stamps, etc.

Die Toilette in meinem Zimmer wurde während meiner Abwesenheit benutzt! Man konnte es noch riechen und vor allem sehen (!) als ich am Nachmittag kurz etwas vom Zimmer holen wollte. Nach meiner Beschwerde wurden zwar die Rückstände in der Toilette entfernt, jedoch nicht die Handtücher getauscht. Ich fühlte mich von diesem Zeitpunkt an, überhaupt nicht mehr wohl im Hotel und kontrollierte jeden Tag mein Zimmer, ob jemand da ist. Außer "wir wissen leider nicht wer das war/ich kann den Ärger verstehen" kam auch keine brauchbare Aussage vom Management. Ich würde dort nicht noch einmal übernachten.

水回りも大変きれいで、朝ごはんも種類が多く大変美味しかったです。部屋はコンパクトでしたが、機能的で使用しやすかったです。鉄アレイは無くてもいいので、代わりに冷蔵庫があればなお良いです。無料も水も炭酸水ではなく、普通の水だとなおうれしかったなと思います。

I very much would have loved to give it 5, but the lack of A/C was a problem. I had to keep the window open at all times to keep the temperature reasonable, and the alley below my window was extremely noisy. Probably wouldn't have been a problem at all during the summer, but dump trucks and the dragging of trash cans across the pavement went late and started early.

There were no drawers in the room so most things had to be left in the suitcase and got out every day. Also only had a short rail ie no wardrobe and a few hangers to hang up clothes. So more storage would be good. But great space in the bathroom for personal toiletries

Rummet var kallt, fanns ingen termostat att skruva upp värmen på. Väldigt lyhört, dörrar smäller och man hör steg och möbler/väskor som flyttas i rum ovanför. Golvvärmen i badrummet fungerade inte heller.

Location great. Amenities great. Good breakfast, friendly helpful staff. 1 star taken off as curtain didn’t cover entirety of window, no blackout blinds/curtains available to fit the gap. I need a dark room to sleep so not ideal, spoke to reception who couldn’t change my room as fully booked. Luckily I was only there 3 nights as 5-6 hours sleep a night is not sustainable. Really easy fix for hotel to apply too.

Great location across from Central train station and the 18 min airport train. Shopping street nearby and short walk to the water and old town. Room was very small and two twin beds right next to each other so not great if you like some space. Shower had great water pressure and nice shampoo. Wonderful breakfast.

Det enda jag var missnöjd med var Wifi som var väldigt dåligt på rummet. Nere i frukostrummet var det bra då hade jag en hel "solfjäder". Ni måste försöka göra något åt det.

The hotel was in a very convenient location a short walk from the station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was quite small, but clean and comfortable. There were 2 sets of weights for exercise, although not much room to do it and a chandelier in the shower was novel. I had to leave too early to try the breakfast.

From the start of our stay to the finish all the staff were welcoming and helpful. The hotel was clean and quiet. The breakfast was excellent with a good range of choices. The restaurant was lovely. It was easy to find and within walking distance to public transport. We would highly recommend and would definitely stay again in the future

The hotel was in a very good location for our stay in Stockholm. It was comfortable and the cleaning staff was very good. The reception area was comfortable and the coffee and ice water was very welcome. On the whole, we would recommend the hotel, especially to anyone taking the train or looking for a location within easy walking distance of good restaurants and sites. However, there were no maps at the front desk to help us get around, and some of the front desk staff, while very friendly, weren’t very knowledgeable about the area or suggestions about where we might find things such as postage stamps, etc.

Die Toilette in meinem Zimmer wurde während meiner Abwesenheit benutzt! Man konnte es noch riechen und vor allem sehen (!) als ich am Nachmittag kurz etwas vom Zimmer holen wollte. Nach meiner Beschwerde wurden zwar die Rückstände in der Toilette entfernt, jedoch nicht die Handtücher getauscht. Ich fühlte mich von diesem Zeitpunkt an, überhaupt nicht mehr wohl im Hotel und kontrollierte jeden Tag mein Zimmer, ob jemand da ist. Außer "wir wissen leider nicht wer das war/ich kann den Ärger verstehen" kam auch keine brauchbare Aussage vom Management. Ich würde dort nicht noch einmal übernachten.

I stayed at the hotel from 8/27–8/29. On the first night, the room was uncomfortably cold, so I reached out to the front desk about heating. I was told the building controls the heating system and that nothing could be done on their end. I then asked if a space heater could be provided, but was told the earliest I could receive one would be the following day. The staff also mentioned that I was the only guest who had complained about the issue in the past couple of weeks. This response left me feeling that my concern wasn’t taken seriously and that there was little effort made to resolve the problem promptly. In the end, nothing was provided to address the situation during my stay.

Good location very close to train station if catching train from airport. Short walk to shops and not far from old town. Breakfast was good, room was was as expected small but was fine for short trip. Area seem safe at night and didn’t see any issues while there.

Ett prisvärt hotell som ligger mindre än 5 minuters gångväg från centralstationen i Stockholm och två minuter från Arlanda Express. Nära till centrum, nära till nöjen, nära till restauranger och nära till shopping. Mitt rum var ganska litet men väl planerat. Fräsch och rent och en skön säng. Frukosten var riklig med många alternativ. En av de bättre hotellfrukostar jag haft.

Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The breakfast was especially impressive, with a wide variety of menu items and everything tasted great. However, since the menu was exactly the same every day, I think it would be even better if there were some changes or variations over time. As for the room, although it was small, it was clean and I was satisfied with it. One area for improvement would be the towel service, on one occasion, the used towels were collected but not replaced, which I hope can be addressed in the future.

En kvinnlig personal i frukostmatsalen grävde runt i grönskar med bara händer samt åt sig mätt. Varje gång hon kom ut från bacon, ägg rummet tuggade hon på nåt sen grävde hon och med sina händer i en skål med bär och stoppade flera gånger bär i munnen. Oerhört ohyfsat och ohygieniskt Gäster förväntas använda skeden som finns i skålen. Detta finner vi så äckligt så vi åt inte frukost nästa morgon. Kvinnan är ej thailändska, utan en kort lite knubbig kvinna med glasögon .

En anställd var oförskämd, sade till oss på en otrevlig sätt att frukosten var över trots att klockan inte var 10 på morgonen än, och började snabbt ta all mat bort. Att frukost är till kl 10 på morgonen är inte bra, det är för tidigt

Blev mycket imponerad av frukostbuffen. Visade sig att de bakar själva sitt bröd. Ljummet nybakat bröd! Vilket utbud också i övrigt med pålägg, frukt, äggröra m m. Läget helt nära Stockholm C, nedgång till Cityterminalen/T-bana är också suveränt. Smidig och serviceminded personal. Från reception över personal i restaurangen till städet.

Best hotel on my latest trip to Europe. Excellent service. Big room and bathroom with additional living room. Breakfast buffet is huge. Great location, close to Stockholm Central Station and walkable distance to Gamla Stan (Old Town). I would definitely return again. Highly recommended.

Very cozy hotel with great location close to everything. Right next to the tunnel-bahn, restaurants & shopping. Kind staff and nice clean rooms. Only upgrade the hotel should consider is the flatscreens. Very small & old. Said strange noises. Breakfast was delicious.

Great location within new town, steps away from the train and main shopping streets. Comfortable room, with weights for working out, hangers and hooks, and even a chandelier in the bathroom! Desk staff was very nice, free breakfast in restaurant convenient. Several shared lounge spaces with comfortable couches to relax in during the rainy evenings.
