The hotel is relatively close to the Messe area but you would still need public transport or a car to reach it in a reasonable time. The building looks like an old office/factory reinvented as hotel. In my case, the room was kind of depressing. The breakfast was not served during my stay allegedly due to a personnel shortage. I was not informed during check in. Overall it looks like a place that took the barely minimum efforts to be defined an hotel.

There is no aircon or ventilation. In 35 degrees it was brutal.
