Cons: breakfast was very bad with limited options (one whole table with cheese and one with olives so unless you love cheese and olives you will be hungry); my shower was broken and even though I told staff many times it never got fixed; getting the room cleaned was difficult; hotel restaurant was expensive and the food wasn’t great

Excellent hôtel au service irréprochable ! Le personnel est aux petits soins pour ses clients il nous a aider avec nos passeports, la piscine est agréable et le restaurant très bon. Situé à deux pas des travertins de Pamukkale, c’est l’endroit parfait pour profiter du site.

The hotel was fine, it was busy with tour groups. The pool was nice but the area/garden around it quite neglected, umbrellas tossed in the grass and not set up. The biggest drawback for us was that they pumped out loud music all day which made it not relaxing. The music was even audible in the rooms. Breakfast was ok. Pamukkale itself is a sad little town. We left the hotel and Pamukkale a day early.

Superbe hôtel à deux pas de l'entrée Pamukkale Les chambres sont grandes et sympathiques, 2 piscines et un bar très agréable. Aussi, un parking propre juste devant l'hôtel. Le personnel est très professionnel et attentif. Enfin le petit-déjeuner est un buffet copieux, largement au dessus de la moyenne. Une excellente adresse pour visiter la région.

Very close to Pamukkale, the thermal pools. Very good breakfast, nice swimming pools. For dislike: a small parking, no elevator and one blanket provided. Overall best for the money. .

Son anda paslaslandı. Yataklar ve tuvaletler çok temiz ve tertipliydi. Raflar tozluydu. Aile süitinde iki oda için iki klima ve TV var ama sadece birer kumanda vermişler. Banyo gideri tıkalıydı ben açtım. Restoranda öğlen yemeği kötüydü. Personel yeni ve bilgisiz. Akşam personeli daha tecrübeliydi.

1 gece kaldık ve memnun olduk. Çalışanlar çok ilgili, büyük bir havuz, kahvaltı çeşitleri çoktu hemen doyuyorsunuz. Çoğu yerde kahvaltı zamanı taze filtre kahve bulmak zor olur ama burada bittiği gibi yenisini demliyorlar. Odalar ve tuvaletler tertemizdi.

Do not book. So bad. First room seemed a bit worse for wear upon first glance with a hole in the middle of the top sheet and some worn finishes but figured it would be fine for our one night stay. Then to the bathroom and the toilet is dirty and the seat is totally broken and unusable. The blatant disregard for how the room presented was off-putting. Transferred to a second room which was also dirty and in disrepair (rotting floor, ripped curtain, exposed wiring) and most upsetting, a ground floor patio door lock that was not only broken inside and outside, but did not even have a locking mechanism. Hotel staff did not offer any further options and we did not feel safe or comfortable to stay. We informed Hotels.com and the hotel staff that we would not be staying after less than 30 minutes of being there and resolution with both hotel and booking website was difficult and unsatisfactory. Hotel refused to offer refund and Hotels.com insisted their hands were tied based on hotel’s policy. Each deferred and blamed the other with neither taking responsibility or offering reasonable resolution. Listing is misleading, hotel rooms are unacceptable, and service was frustrating and disappointing.

It was not clean. I had to dust the table and whatever was on it myself. The floor had not been mopped. There was no hand towel in the shower, and the whole area of the shower was moldy. There was no place for the toothbrush. The breakfast on the first day was stale, and the selection was not much. It was in a way that we checked out on the second day.

Ci hanno assegnato una camera bellissima con vista sulla collina di travertino, purtroppo peró il letto era sporco (tantissimi peli e capelli nelle lenzuola e qualche macchietta). Ci hanno cambiato la camera. La nuova camera aveva la doccia che perdeva acqua nel pavimento del bagno, una maniglia rotta e nel frigo c’erano degli alimenti di qualche precedente cliente. A parte questo, il personale é gentile e cortese. La ragazza alla reception é stata tempestiva per il cambio camera. Colazione davvero tipica turca (e a noi non piace). Posiziine super top con parcheggio.

We had the most awful experience. PLEASE DO NOT book this hotel. When we arrived we were given a room that was dirty. There was hair on the shelves, lipstick marks on the bed, drink marks on the side and there were maintenance materials on the side in the bathroom. We asked to change rooms and were moved to another room. In the evening as we used the swimming pool a neighbouring room had a sewage problem. A lady then at the pool shouted “there is s**t on my foot”. Sewage came was coming out of the drains by the pool. Maintenance then started to work on a drain outside our room and the smell was unbearable and there was water/sewage flowing in the corridor. At 1am , after asking to change rooms , the hotel said they would move us to their sister hotel 30 mins away. They said the hotel was of the same standard as the hotel we were staying in. It was not. The room smelt of smoke , the wall paper was peeling, there was no pool and when we asked if we could move rooms we were told that they all smelt of smoke. The hotel said they would refund my money for the night. Two weeks later, they have not. I have sent four emails. 2 messages on Facebook and Instagram and the hotel has not responded. Please do not support this hotel and so not book here.

Nos gusto mucho la habitación, muy comoda, limpia y accesible. Todo el servicio muy serviciales. No nos gusto mucho el desayuno, estaba frío y no disponian de cafe ni leche. Teníamos la ducha rota y a pesar de haber avisado no lo cambiarom. No espereis agua muy caliente.

Place in a village just below travertine lakes and acient Hierapolis. Hotel itself is not really 5* as google says. Good enough though, well above avarage. On reception they are really helpfull. In the room, equipment could use some care that is lacking here. In our room it was bathroom. The door could barely close/lock. Toilet seat felt cheap and was moving. Showerhead was broken. Not really hard stuff to fix, but as I said - lack of care, and thus not 5*.

The stay was pleasant . We enjoyed every moment. The surrounding was eye-catching and every spot was nearby so, within short time could reach to scenery. One problem was WiFi was not ok in my floor but,other sides were ok. I had to rely on my mobile network

Amazing hotel in a great location for pamakkula only 10mins walk, lovely room great bed but the shower head was broken and a pain to shower. Beer £4 a bottle too expensive. Good breakfast

De kamer was goed, bed zelfs prima. De badkamer was teleurstellend: douche kon niet hangen, water liep niet weg en vrijwel nooit warm water. We hebben dit gemeld en er zou naar gekeken worden, maar er is in 3 dagen niets aan gedaan.

Our stay in Anya Resort Hotel was incredible. Staff are very friendly and offer their helped for everything is needed. Due to the transportation schedules, we got the hotel very early in the morning, but they gave us a room ready for us without any fee for early accomodation, and offered us the breakfast of that day as a courtesy. Likewise, its location is the best. just a few blocks from the Pamukkale East entance, taxis station, and bunch of restaurants. Defenitely, I'd recommend the Anya Resort Hotel to anyone looking for an awesome hotel in a great location.

For check-in, the lady at reception, Yeshmi, was great! The staff were very friendly. The only issue we had was that there was no elevator, and since we were traveling with elderly people, it was difficult for them to use the stairs. Also, there was a bit of a moldy smell inside the rooms. We checked three rooms and chose one on the third floor, where the smell was much lighter. Overall, the staff were wonderful and welcoming. The hotel is close to Pamukkale—only about a 7-minute drive—and there’s a 101 supermarket right next door, which was really convenient.

We had the most awful experience. PLEASE DO NOT book this hotel. When we arrived we were given a room that was dirty. There was hair on the shelves, lipstick marks on the bed, drink marks on the side and there were maintenance materials on the side in the bathroom. We asked to change rooms and were moved to another room. In the evening as we used the swimming pool a neighbouring room had a sewage problem. A lady then at the pool shouted “there is s**t on my foot”. Sewage came was coming out of the drains by the pool. Maintenance then started to work on a drain outside our room and the smell was unbearable and there was water/sewage flowing in the corridor. At 1am , after asking to change rooms , the hotel said they would move us to their sister hotel 30 mins away. They said the hotel was of the same standard as the hotel we were staying in. It was not. The room smelt of smoke , the wall paper was peeling, there was no pool and when we asked if we could move rooms we were told that they all smelt of smoke. The hotel said they would refund my money for the night. Two weeks later, they have not. I have sent four emails. 2 messages on Facebook and Instagram and the hotel has not responded. Please do not support this hotel and so not book here.

Overall is good! Consider there isn’t much hotels to choose from as of October 2023. It is very close from the west entry to travertine mount and Hierapolis town ( 5 min walk). It’s got a 2 pools,1 restaurant and 1 bar. The room we staying deserves better cleaning conditions and little moisture smell comes from bathroom.

Our experience at Anya Resort Hotel in Pammukale was great. Its a great place to Relax and very close from the Ruins and Travertines 5min.walk. we enjoyed the waterlides at the pools. Pros: great pools with waterslides; convenient location with parking. Cons: breakfast was very bad with limited options (one whole table with cheese and one with olives so unless you love cheese and olives you will be hungry); my shower was broken and even though I told staff many times it never got fixed; getting the room cleaned was difficult; hotel restaurant was expensive and the food wasn’t great

Hyggelig og serviceminded betjening i resepsjonen. Rommet var rent og ryddig, men lite bad og dårlig med belysning på badet og rommet. Lite utvalg på frokosten og det ble fort tomt og betjeningen var ikke så flinke å etterfylle når det ble tomt.

Staff were good. Facility is below average. Breakfast was so poor, hense this area is reach of food, but we did not see any traditional turkish food (dissapointing). With it's size in this small area, i found it really shoking not to have a lift.
