Buen lugar. Céntrico, el desayuno incluido abundante y buen gym.

O hotel é muito bom, numa área com vários outros hotéis e fácil acesso ao centro histórico e também ao Porto Madero e recoleta. Único ponto ruim é que não possui bar para atendimento à noite, nem outro tipo de entretenimento no local.

O hotel é excelente, limpeza ótima, recepção muito boa e cafe da manha maravilhoso. O ruim que nao tem estacionamento para SUV e o estacionamento é muiiito caro, achei abusivo. E como não é um hotel barato acho que eles poderiam melhorar o preço ou ate nao cobrar o estacionamento.

The web site said it had a bar and restaurant but this was not the case

Very nice, modern and fairly new hotel. We stayed in a queen studio. Very comfortable and spacious with separate sitting area, along with kitchenette. Excellent, large walk in shower. Smart decor in good condition. Also benefits from a reasonably well equipped gym. Breakfast was OK- the usual Argentinian buffet. Service was friendly and helpful. In a pretty good part of the city. Plenty of shops and eateries on the doorstep. 15 min walk to Puerto Madero waterfront and similiar to Plaza de Mayor. Uber is cheap eg trip to Palermo approx 7,000 peso. Would stay here again.

Value for the $, it is a very good hotel. The gym is very small and needs some renovations

The property is is a walkable location. The breakfast option is decent, however, I was disappointed to lean on check-in there there was no on-site restaurant.

Einfaches Hotel mit hellhörigen Zimmern. Die Zimmer sind dagegen praktisch, schlicht aber zeitgemäß eingerichtet. Frühstück war in Ordnung und Mitarbeiter waren freundlich. Gym verfügbar von 6-22 Uhr.

Small rooms, but good overall property. Slightly slow and small elevators. Good on-site breakfast. Early AM checkout was unstaffed so had to ask sister property across the street to help, but overall a good property

Friendly staff and great location close to the ferry terminal, Puerto Madero, Galerias Pacifico, and the Florida pedestrian zone. Elevators are a bit compact and in the morning can be a bit slow. Rooms were clean and service provided when requested. If you are a light sleeper, request a room away from Ave. Paraguay as the trash and delivery trucks make their pickups and deliveries in the early morning hours. Overall a good stay and will consider again on a future visit to BA

Atendimento primoroso, ótima localização, limpeza excepcional.

Excellent location, delicious breakfast, very clean lobby and rooms, have tea, coffee, limonade and water fountain at the lobby, very helpful staff. I recommend this hotel.

Très désagréable, cet hôtel. Le personnel est arrogant, discourtois, sauf le personnel des chambres. L’hôtel n’a jamais répondu à mes demandes de changement de réservation, bien que sur place pendant trois jours. Les serviettes de toilettes dans les chambres sont rêche, Il n’y a pas de pantoufles, ni de peignoir, et encore moins de body lotion. Le prix du parking est exorbitant et cerise sur le gâteau, il m’a été demandé de payer trois nuits de parking à tort. Il n’y a pas d’adaptateur pour les prises électriques européennes ni américaines. L’insonorisation est inexistante. Le personnel est arrogant, et vous êtes considérés comme une vache, à lait, pas comme un client. J’ai souhaité annuler ma réservation à la fin de mon voyage en Argentine, mais l’hôtel a refusé car l’option était non remboursable. Ils sont mauvais, ils savent que je sais qu’ils sont mauvais, mais ils continuent à être mauvais !

Ótimo hotel, bom atendimento, limpeza espetacular, bom café da manhã. Recomendo. Ótimo custo/ benefício.

Very clean

Limpeza deixou a desejar. Encontrei bitucas de cigarro na sacada. Poeira no chão com ladrilho e lixo do vaso sanitário não retirado durante a limpeza diária ao longo de nossa estadia.

Our room is clean, however it is dark even on the 9/f and facing the opposite building which is about 12 ft away. There is a long way from the elevator to our room. The flooring in the room seems fairly new but noisy in some area. The first evening, it took a while for the shower to get hot water. The towels are well used!! I think we got a bad deal as our friend couple got a room with balcony, some city view, near the elevator. We checked in within few min from each other.

Hotel is clean, breakfast is outstanding and staff friendly and professional

El hotel está ubicado en una zona céntrica, cerca de muchas atracciones de la ciudad, con una buena atención por parte del personal, pero de ahí a promocionarlo como un hotel “upscale”, están lejos de eso. A pesar de que recibimos un upgrade a la hora de registrarnos, nuestra habitación tenía un olor permanente a cañería, con toallas viejas y curtidas. Un baño estrecho, con manchas desagradables en la ducha y mal oliente, y con un lavamanos atorado. El desayuno es aceptable. No tienen plancha a disposición de los huéspedes, y para disfrutar de una bebida refrescante que te ofrecen en el minibar, debes salir a comprar una bolsa gigante de hielo para usar dos o tres hielos. Y lo más increíble, muchos huéspedes colgaban su ropa interior, camisetas y shorts de las ventanas de la habitación. A todo esto se le adiciona que se escucha todo el accionar de las habitaciones vecinas. Cuando los huéspedes de otras habitaciones se están duchando pareciera que lo están haciendo al lado tuyo. Muy difícil conciliar el sueño cuando escuchas los pasos, las puertas que se azotan, los diálogos y demás de los demás huéspedes cercanos. Realmente falta mucho por mejorar en este hotel para promocionarlo como un cuatro estrellas y “upscale”.

Está muy bien ubicada de la calle Florida y Puerto Madero, muy fácil de acceder, un hotel sencillo pero bien cuidado y el desayuno cubre las necesidades, le falta limpieza a las habitaciones, estuve una semana y medio limpiaban y ni papel de baño ponían, lo recomiendo salvo que ojalá mejoren limpieza

Everything was mostly fine. Breakfast buffet was great, What was NOT great is that the room is missing a mirrow OUTSIDE the bathroom. This simple thing cause the bathroom to be hogged by a single person when in use. PLEASE add a second mirror on the closet or the wall etc.

Rooms at the street were really noisy. Seemed like a window to the street was open. Shower unpractiable - flooded half of the bathroom. New hotel but seemed like the motto was fast instead of logical/good. Average but not great stay.

Nos gustó mucho que nos ofrecieron dos cuartos contiguos y comunicados para estar más cómodos con mis hijos, sin embargo la habitación que da a la calle se escuchaba todo el ruido de la calle como si la ventana estuviera abierta aunque no fuera así… fue necesario el uso de tapa oídos.

Hotel con buenas instalaciones en lo general, habitación con cama cómoda y limpia, personal de restaurante muy amable, desayuno buffet incluido, personal de recepción atento y resolvió mis dudas, solo no me acostumbro al estilo algo cortante de contestar que parece normal en Buenos Aires, el único detalle a considerar si se hospedan aquí es que las habitaciones no aíslan el ruido exterior, al caminar por el pasillo hacia nuestra habitación a traves de las puertas podíamos escuchar, personas platicando claramente, personas tomando un baño, ruido de la regadera fuerte y claro, televisores encendidos; nuestra habitación daba hacia una calle trasera que por la madrugada escuchamos una riña muy claramente y otro día también de madrugada, todo el proceso de carga en la camioneta de una lavandería la ropa del hotel, con bastante ruido al aventar bultos dentro de la misma, quizás hasta nosotros fuimos escuchados al estar dentro de nuestra habitación, probablemente puertas con algún relleno aislante sean la solución.

El hotel está bien, pero es muy pequeña la habitación casi no hay espacio para poner la maleta. Por otra parte el servicio no es tan amable y sobre todo en recepción no son accesibles, ni rápidos y ponen mala cara, está mucho mejor el hotel de enfrente que se llama Principado Downtown

Local excelente, hotel confortável, mas vivemos uma situação horrível, o ar condicionado não funciona nesta época, tipo nós sentimos calor com as janelas fechadas e eles não liberam o funcionamento do ar. Terrível super desconfortável ter q dormir de janelas abertas.

Hotel is nice and clean and near restaurants and shopping . We were allowed to check -in at least 30 minutes earlier . Drawback : it gets noisy at night because of singing and talking from nearby establishments. Rooms are not sound proof . Front desk did not have tour brochures and don’t have a sign by the front desk that they give assistance for tours so I asked for the nearest travel office, walked the 2 1/2 blocks to find out they’re close on Sundays. After booking on - line , I found out from the other male receptionist who helped us stow our luggage that they actually have a list of tours / prices and their prices for were lesser than what I booked . I could have saved a lot and spared myself from walking trying to locate a your office if the other staff was helpful . He was also rude when I tried to ask him a question not knowing he was on the phone . If I knew that , I wouldn’t have interrupted. Because of this , I’m giving the hotel a 3 .

Die Arroganz des männl. Rezeptionisten. Flugbedingt kamen wir gegen 9 Uhr an. Auf unsere Bitte das Checkin evtl. von 14 Uhr vorzuziehen kamen schroffe Antworten. Wir Insistierten alle 2 Stunden. Der Herr blieb hart. Er gewährte uns um 13:55 Einlass. Modernes Management? Im Allgemeinen waren wir mit dem Aufenthalt zufrieden, jedoch aus dieser feindl. Haltung zogen wir es vor bei einem 2.Vesuch Bs. AS. ein anderes Hotel zu buchen.

Horrible experience with the overnight receptionist. He (victor) was very rude and condescending.

O Efe Hotel é excelente, bem localizado, café da manhã perfeito, com muitas variedades de bolos, frutas e pães, etc e sempre sendo reabastecido mas na recepção tive um péssimo atendimento pelo recepcionista Jonathan. Cheguei às 13 horas e ele informou que eu só poderia entrar na hora do check in que seria às 14 horas e eu sentei no salão ao lado para aguardar o horario. Às 13:45 chegou um pessoal, que ele informou a mesma coisa e eles sentaram na própria recepção para aguardar a hora da entrada. Às 14:04 eu fui cobrar a entrada para o AP e ele começou a preparar as chaves do AP mas para minha surpresa ele entregou para o outro pessoal que havia chegado 45 minutos depois de mim. Quando eu reclamei ele apenas me disse 3 vezes que eu aguardasse. Ao pessoal ele deu o número 801 e prá mim deu o AP 213, o último do corredor, em andar baixo. No domingo a fechadura não abriu e dei várias viagens na recepção para conseguir entrar, quando descobriram que era a bateria da fechadura descarregada e trocaram depois de uma hora. Ao outro pessoal foi dado AP em andar alto de frente. Mas como assim se eu paguei também e caro? Não é favor. Esse Jonathan é péssimo recepcionista e por isso eu dei nota baixa para o atendimento da recepção.

Fast check in, clean room and bathroom. Good location. Good breakfast. Front desk staff and restaurant staff was very helpful, they arranged a taxi to the airport for an early morning flight and preated breakfast bag to go at the last minute request in the morning. Really appreciate the service.

El hotel es bonito, nuevo, limpio, buen desayuno, bien ubicado. Pero el servicio es PÉSIMO. Especialmente de Carlos de Recepción. Es un misógino, atiende pésimo a las mujeres. No dice gracias, por favor, no sabe ver a los ojos, no conoce la expresión con gusto. Es una persona nefasta. Y se especializa con las mujeres a tratarlas como basura. Es la peor persona de servicio al cliente que he visto. Y las mucamas que sirven el desayuno igual, súper maleducadas, parece que les molesta que haya huéspedes. Pésima experiencia de servicio al cliente la verdad. Los muchachos de la puerta si son muy amables, seguramente son extranjeros.

All the staff are very nice, special thanks to Mariano from the front desk, He was very helpful and was very attended on the things we needed to ask, giving us the best answers and information. He does a great job! Thanks!

The desk staff are efficient and very helpful with everything from dining suggestions, tickets, holding our luggage until check in so that we could go touring and they helped me contact the airline when a cancellation arose. The rooms were neat and comfortable and exceedingly clean. We enjoyed the breakfast selections of eggs, delicious baked goods and coffee. The hotel is located in the most desirable location. Our visit was enjoyable.

The real charm of the hotel is the level of service on the reception desk. Taxis, shows, excursions, money changing, they were able help with them all. We booked our tango show throught them and was much cheaper paying them than booking direct (the venue wanted USD) - make sure you go through them. It's fantastically located too. Good breakfast. The rooms were basic but clean if not a little cramped. We used earplugs to mask some of the corridor noise.

A estadia foi ótima mas o check in foi horrível. O staff da recepção é super antipatico, e só liberaram o meu quarto as 14:05, depois do horário previsto de check in. Sem contar que era apenas uma pessoa para atender, então ficava uma fila gigante.

Perfect location if you want to be closer to main attractions. Amazing restaurants around the area. I definitely recommend it and I will stay next time I visit Buenos Aires.

Achei razoável desta vez! Ja tinha ficado antes aqui, mas a minha reclamacao e do cafe da manhã. Praticamente so tem coisas doces, queria fazer um toast de queijo com o queijo e o pao do buffet, mas eles nao podem fazer porque vendem tostadas. Fora do hiraeio so cafe eu entendo perfeitamente, mas no horaeio do cafe nao tem sentido se todos os ingredientes estao ali para se servir a vontade. Deveriam colocar uma sanduicheira no buffet para wue fizéssemos o lanche quente. Debeia ter pao frances e nao tem, a maioria das pessoas sao brasileiras e estamos acostumados com o pãozinho todos os dias . As camareiras sao simpaticas, o pessoal da recepcao nem sempre ...

Great location, service, breakfast, everything great!!!

Conveniently located at the heart of Buenos Aires city, guests get a good spread of breakfast with hot food, selection of pastries, fruits etc. The dining area is spacious with big windows and a marine aquarium. The room is quiet, spacious and comfortable with a pantry. Beddings are great. Many places of interests, shopping belt, convenience stores, restaurants and parks are within 15min walking distance.

Todo bien pero el desayuno no merece la pena.

Breakfast is very good. I've stayed here before. This time my room had a very small bathroom. Bed was cozy. Good hotel for the price.
