Clean room, good staff, helpful and accommodating desk clerks. Good location for walking to La Crucacita Centre, S ants Cruz centre, and Chahue beach and marina.

No Air conditioning. There was a fan but it shook to an easy state. The noise from the city life was loud late as it is a touristy town. BUT The staff was friendly and had some good recommendations for local fare though it ended up being the most expensive meal of our trip. The pool was fun too. 3/5.

Hi Not very happy this hotel is no way worth 281.00 as i was charged, this is hotel is very deceiving in its rating, and as represented by Expedia very bad no hot water, internet was hit an miss, not enough towels in the room, no shower mats i would like a refund, further the Tv signal bad overall experience was very poor, i am looki g to get at least half of the monies refunded.
