We had a great experience staying here for our delayed honeymoon. The hotel itself, the lobby and decor, were beautiful. The room was pretty basic, though we did have a large bathroom and a private balcony, but we didn’t need it to be packed with amenities because our days were so full with activities around Sevilla. The desk staff, namely Raquel, were so helpful and friendly. Check in and check out were very easy. Our only complaint was that the hallways were a bit noisy. The floors are tile so sounds like footsteps and luggage/carts being wheeled around echoed in the hallway outside our room at early times, waking us up before we intended to. Otherwise, we were quite happy with our stay! Thank you for making our vacation comfortable and easy.

There is no wifi connection in some of the rooms. The hotel is very old and poorly maintained. It does not even deserve one star.

What an amazing hotel in the heart of Sevilla. The staff were incredibly helpful, warm and friendly. The hotel was clean, in a great location and well kept. Would recommend this hotel to all those staying in Sevilla.
