Marco Beach Vacation Suites

It was our first time at this property. We usually stay in the hotels on Collier Blvd. It was quiet, comfortable, clean but no frills. The price was very good. The beach is located across the street. The only thing I wasn't thrilled about was that the beach didn't have chair rental. The chairs in the unit were all beat up and had no umbrellas.

The property was just as advertised. Access to the beach was excellent. Parking was not covered, but you could pull your vehicle under cover to load/unload in the rain. Full kitchen was great. Everything we needed to cook a meal. There were multiple natural gas grilles for us to cook on outdoors next to the pool. This pool was kept better than any pool I've ever seen including my own. The water was very clear and clean. We came just before Hurricane Milton and intended to stay all week. The staff was constantly updating us on conditions and then informed us the owners and directors of the property thought it best for us to leave ahead of the predicted arrival. They gave us plenty of notice and I was very appreciative of how they handled us during a natural time of confusion. For sure I will rebook with them at some point in the future. I could not have been more satisfied.

A very nice place to stay for the price. The manafer and other office help were helpful and responsive. Obviously, an older building, but it has been well maintained. Loved the screened in balcony and the view of the pool. Easy to get in and out of the parking lot with ample room to park. Easy access to the gulf beaches. Loved the full-size kitchen refrigerator and the supplied dishes and cookware, and hot water supply for the shower. Had a problem with the wifi router dropping the internet but got a quick workaround from the office. Only other problem was the tracks for the pocket doors for the bathroom were noisy and the slides needed lubricated plus there was a little mold growing on one of the doors. Otherwise, my wife and I had a great time and were very comfortable.

Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my 3 day stay! Heated pool, 2 dedicated pickle ball courts directly behind building, ample parking available, very short walk across the street to South Beach. Tremendous shelling at the rock jetty about 5 minutes going to left once on beach ! Prefer to have daily house keeping services such as new towels, make bed, provide toiletries (shampoo,conditioner) Bathroom shower could use safety bar to hold onto. Weak water flow in kitchen.

First time we stayed here. It’s cheaper than the clubs across the street on the beach. The only good thing about this property was the pool. Clean and warm. Property needs to be updated and fixed. Leaking rusted through gutters. Old appliances. Leaking not working properly refrigerator. Air conditioning making loud noises last night. Nice private access to the beach. Across the street Would I come back to it? No.

This was an older condo across a non busy street from private access to South Beach. That privilege allows you to be on the beach pre and post sunset. The beach was lovely and the shelling was a fun surprise! It’s 3.5 miles long and the water is not clear. I swam once and found it very tough on the feet so bring water shoes and it got deep pretty quick. Great area for walking or biking with sidewalks on both sides of the street. The unit itself was fine but dated (some cracks in the tiles, fridge was rusty on the outside but clean and working). It was really, really quiet! The pool was heated and open sunrise to sunset. No housekeeping so if you want to do laundry you have to use the coin operated w/d. There were 2 pickleball courts too. I think the thing we liked best was the private screened lanai, no one could see in. We spent all our condo time out there. I will mention the town water had a bit of a sulphur taste. AC worked well, water was hot (enough for 2 showers), unit had an umbrella and 2 beach chairs, 4 pool towels, 4 bath towels and dishes enough for 4. I think the couch was sofa bed. There was plenty of parking and the front desk staff (there from 9-6) was kind and friendly. You could see the beach in 3 spots between the condo buildings across the street so it was kind of water view. :) Overall I’d give it an 8/10. Nothing to write home about but certainly above average and adequate for a vacation to be spent mostly outside.

Our family loved the pool, propane grill, and easy beach access right across the street. Also the pickleball courts. Room was nice but the silverware was at floor level under sink and garbage can, weird but functional, better chairs and table on the balcony would be nice, also side tables at the pool area. The cable tv is also weird, i would bring streaming stick next time to chill out at night. Otherwise it was about perfect!! loved it and would stay again. Also love its close proximity to the glades!!

Bare bones in amenities. Pillows uncomfortable and not enough of them. Couch is uncomfortable. Should provide beach chairs. Property is dated. Location is great.

Amazing friendly and private short walk to the beach the property was set up just right for everything needed to have a blast at the beach or pool. That part of Marco beach is great more private and more wildlife! We saw on both days sightings of dolphins very close, snorkeling the rocks saw at least 20-30 snappers , sand dollars, shells, and even a mother manatee with her baby !!! The kids will will never forget! Thank God for this cozy vacation suites and opportunity to see His beautiful nature

Great area and grounds are very nice. The unit itself had a leaky kitchen sink, filthy beige couch that we covered with a sheet. They gave us 4 small, thin unmatched towels for the beach. It had a dorm room feel. These are individually owned and we didn't get to slect where we would stay. Other units online looked better. People in the office were nice but it was hard to get a hold of them for a late check in. I had to leave a meeting in the morning to take a last minute call - they were supposed to text. Will not return back here because of the unit.

Location and pool was good. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Limited amenities, sheets and dishes weren't clean and shower door was broken.

Great location. But furniture and lampshades were shabby. No coffee mugs and no extra blankets. Sink and refrigerator were dirty and rusty. Garbage behind nightstands. TV was hard to figure out, no directions. Patio chairs were unsafe due to missing screws. Have stayed in the past when things were much nicer.

The apartment was not clean the floor, the furniture is neglected, we spend heat at night, the acceptable bath although the shower can be modernized, the TV could never see it (the command must be more acequible or at least bring a review of how to handle it), in the room to sleep a huge heat, in general I would not rent again, and I do not recommend that they do not fix it so that the family that comes to have a holiday.

Stay anywhere else...literally. I had low expectations for this place, especially since I booked a non-updated room. I expected old coming into the property. Cons: To start, I arrived to check in at 4pm on a Friday. As stated in the check in instructions to arrive between 3-6pm. There was no one on the premises AT ALL. I had to call the emergency number where a lady told me my room and that the keys were under the mat. Ok... Upon inspection/ first walking into the room, it was dirty. The floors were dirty, hair everywhere. The toilet had urine around the rim and on the floor around the seat. The couch was stained (with removable cushion covers that couldve easily been washed). We were left in a linen closet: 3 bath towels, 2 small washcloths. There was no linen or towel or rug for anywhere on the property, nor hand towels to use after washing your hands. A closet contained a swiffer (with no pads) and a broom (without a dustpan). This is what I used to clean the floors upon arrival with paper towels. There is internet but it does not work. I contacted staff about this through the "emergency line" mainly due to us not having cell signal in the hotel. This was never addressed. Coffee maker in kitchen was disgusting. Microwave worked when it felt like. The pullout sofabed was left bare and wdid not get bedding for it until the 2nd day of our stay after again having to try multiple times to reach the emergency line. Pros: Kitchen is equipped with cookware/plates. Loca

The location was good with convenient beach access and close to the launch for shelling and fishing tours. The telephone number for the suites, provided by Expedia, gave you a menu of three options to choose from. I called a couple of times in advance of the stay and no matter which option I chose I received a recording that the line was not in service. Although they did not answer a message sent through Expedia, they did text regarding a check in the day of our check in and I was able to reach them to arrange an after hours check in, because the close the on-site office at 6 pm. The suite was not as clean as it should have been. There were no sheets or linens provided for the pull-out sofa and the office hours are limited, so no one is on-site to help. There is a number for after hours emergencies, but the issues we had were not emergencies. We tried to stop by the office once during office hours and the office was locked. The floors had visible spots on them, the refrigerator looked like it had not been wiped out, and the soap tray in the shower had someone’s left-over highly visible green soap scum on it.

One of the televisions didn't work because somebody put a password on the Roku and we couldn't add applications. The other TV never worked Without the location being where it was, it was not worth the price we paid and would not recommend to anyone

I feel that because of the location of this resort, and the convenience that this affords to proximity of the beach, this property does not seem interested in investing because it probably feels as though it doesn’t have to. Pro tip: invest in yourself. For what we paid…it would have been great to not have bi-fold doors falling off and a mattress that was from this decade.

We liked that the beach was just a walk away across the street with easy access. We didn't like that our accommodations were very dated. The couch was just yucky. We had to put towels over it to sit on it. Because of this we were not very comfortable. We were not expecting that.

Unit in poor repair, walls bathroom & broken toilet holder. Staff not available at time they were to be working. Were to provide toiletries upon arrival, did not. Very noisy at night with hvac on, some problem with it, unable to sleep the first night. Expensive !!

The location is great, very close to the beach. the apartment is pretty dated and the kitchen utensils weren’t in good condition. Good experience overall, but overpriced for what you get.

The first condo that we were booked into did not have air conditioning and was small and not remodel. Looked very out to date. They moved us to a different one which was much much nicer. Very up-to-date, very comfortable, clean and had air conditioning.

Like it was close to beach. Didn’t like furniture was very old kitchen Atlantic miles of delays on that app you were hitting the wood through the cushion. The bed mattress, your butt sunk before the rest of you and I don’t weigh that much. I had to sleep upside down in the bed with a pillow Between my legs very uncomfortable. Had a very moldy smell. Wanted to play shuffleboard, but there was no shuffleboard equipment.. refrigerator it was dirty on the bottom and frozen

I liked location, apt size, condition, design. Didn’t like shower. The water pressure was very weak. I wouldn’t stay again unless that was corrected. I’m curious if it’s the same in all the apartments. I went to the office on Saturday to speak with someone about this but it was closed. Your website says that it is open 24 hours.

When we checked in , we were given a key to a unit that was already occupied. We received a new unit that really needed some updating. The unit could really use a fresh coat of paint and some new furniture. The furniture was very outdated. I also didn't like the fact that the flatware was placed in a drawer under the trash can in the kitchen. I do have to say the bed was very comfortable. I loved the location. It was easy to just cross the street and walk down a short pathway to the beach. The location was also great for proximity to several places for dinner that we could walk to. The complex has 2 pickleball courts and paddles to use, so that was nice. All and all, I would consider staying her again due to the beach access but not if the unit wasn't refreshed and updated.

Amazing staff who bent over backwards to make our stay as good as can be expected. Leaving for a medical emergency and having their kindness through that speaks volumes of this place. Please consider staying here if you come to Marco Island.

The staff was amazing!! The condo was clean and directly across to the street from their beach access. We were given a late check out which was so appreciated!

Management should be honest with their customers. If i would have known i needed to make shores during my VACATION TIME i would have looked for another place. You made me get the trash out, get all linens out of beds, towels, to one spot and have all kitchenware washed. What the hell is that? Also, we were never able to get someone from the reception. Lady was never there! The property is pricy and could not see where money goes as the facility is pretty deteriorated. I would never go back to this property. Make sure you give these rules upfront for people knowing what they are before paying so much!

We stayed two weeks at Marco Beach Vacation Suites. There was beach access right across the street. The pool was nice and well kept. The office staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Location, pool area, access to the beach and the front desk clerk were 5/5! Rooms are a bit dated but overall a very nice weekend getaway

Great beach access and nice location.

Great location, easy walking access to the beach. Area is very quiet at the south end of the island. Unit was very clean but dated. There are no services (not even a cup of coffee). 7-Eleven is the closest store. Publix is 2 miles away. Will definitely return for another visit.

Great last minute rental. Close to beach access. Room was tidy and pretty nice.

Ok very good access to beach no food recommendations

Simply property. Did not have a coffee pot. One beach chair was broke. Pool hours are not reasonable. I left a new coffee pot, umbrella and beach towel. Great access to the beach. I think I left it better for the next people! :)
