Pessoal simpático Bem localizado, 15 minutos a pé para a maioria das atracções a visitar. Agradável e confortável o apartamento com ar condicionado. Camas e almofadas muito confortáveis Cozinha equipada com o básico necessário. Jogo de toalhas com unidades a mais que o número de pessoas. O que menos gostei foi o facto de ter ficado no rés do chão onde o apartamento fica mais recuado e as 2 janelas dão para o pátio interior, logo com muita pouca luz natural. Tivemos de ter sempre a luz acesa dando a sensação de um dia escuro de chuva. Se abrisse cortinas perdiamos a privacidade dando para ver tudo para dentro. O apartamento cheirava um pouco a humidade sempre que se entrava. Sem estacionamento. A experiência foi positiva.

Apartment was very clean. It had everything we needed, plus spare towels. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed going up to the rooftop terrace. Apartment was closed to main sights. Only bad thing was that since we had a ground floor apartment, it was very dark inside. We had to out lights on all the time. And Yiu can hear any noises from outside window, where so etimes people would smoke and chat

En general la ubicación era buena aunque no apta para aparcamiento que hay que buscarse la vida (con una app puedes tener descuento en un parking a unos 15min a pie). Sitio limpio, algo ruidoso, sobre todo por el empedrado de la calle cuando pasa alguien con un carro/basura/etc.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Apartment was clean and well equipped. Generally pretty quiet. Supermarket only 3 minutes walk. Close to Torneo (Plaza des Armas) bus station (6 minutes walk) from where you can get the EA bus to the airport and one of the stops on the way is Santa Justa train station if onward travel is by train rather than bus. Really enjoyed my stay.

The door to our apartment was one meter away from the reception desk. We could hear all clients. We were also two meters away from the main entrance door. We could hear it open and close. Inside the apartment, bedrooms have no door. Except for the bathroom, it is all one open space. We could hear the fridge and the boiler working all night long.

Llamé para avisar que llegabamos unos minutos antes de que cerraran la recepcción para que me esperaban y en vez de esperarme (habría llegado a tiempo) me pidieron que fuese al hotel para hacer el checkin. Como el recepcionista aún estaba en los apartamentos al llegar al hotel, tuvimos que esperarle. ¿No debería ser al revés? Cuando llegó, ni nos miró a la cara (había acabado su turno!), la chica del hotel nos atendió y tuvimos que caminar con las maletas hasta los apartamentos, que más bien son habitaciones con cocina ya que es un solo espacio y además la ventana da a un patio interior mediocre. Poco profesionales. No ha sido un sitio al que te apetece llegar después de visitar la ciudad todo el día.
