Very noisy on floor above room , jumping around until 11:30 pm , coffee pot did Not work in room, pool was very cloudy and sadly breakfast bar was not at all like described, bed was comfortable

This is by far the best hotel in the area and they treat their guest well. I stay at many of the other hotels to bring my daughter swimming. The rooms are always clean, and comfortable. I get my deposit back within a day or so, unlike the other hotels that hang on for a week or so. They offer a grill to use and 3 to 4 diffrent areas to relax outside of the building.

This hotel was very clean, and rooms were big. I hot a suite with a bedroom and it was perfect. The pool was heated and clean. Breakfast was better than the normal hotel Breakfast. I would go back for sure.

The carpets haven’t been cleaned in a long, long time. Bathroom light went out and no one was there to fix it. The property is in need of a good cleaning and updates, and there are several newer places close by to choose.

I wouldn't stay here again. Although the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was not the one I reserved, the room had broken floor tiles, oil leaking out of door close assist, dirty walls with some kind of brown and red splatter, the bed was uncomfortable and had dirty sheets, the free breakfast was terrible. The food was burnt and the bread was hard.

Last minute booking at this hotel and I was surprised. Very clean & large room. Breakfast was beyond good. Great variety of options and 24 hour coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. Would stay again if life dictates it.

The bed sheet had dried up urine stains and when i showed it to the manager “Jessica” she did not care . This hotel does not clean it bed sheets and this is very unhealthy and unsafe. Although this hotel has a money back guarantee incase something is wrong,Jessica who is the manager, did not honer the hotel policy

Only stayed one night, got in about 9pm and left 6am next morning. Only actually at the hotel for 9 hours to sleep and shower. The hotel staff was friendly and the hotel and room decor was modern. Room size was larger than normal. The free breakfast had a decent amount of options and taste was mediocre. The cleanliness was way below par. My 16 year old pulled on the desk and notices half eaten peanuts. My other son pulled out the sleeper and it had about 4 foot in diameter brown and yellow stain on the mattress. Then my wife goes to take a shower and there was hair everywhere. Overall, I could not in good conscience allow my family to stay here again!

We got 2 King sized non smoking room. One on the third floor and one on the fourth floor. The third floor room smelled too much of the chlorine which made it unbearable which is why I took 1 star off. The room on fourth floor was great. No smell. Very clean. The room was large. There was a large fridge, microwave, even a dishwasher in the room. It was really like a second home in a hotel room. Everything was neat and clean. The couch in the room converted into a bed and there a curtain you can pull to separate the two area. Theres also a full sized mirror which was a nice touch. Breakfast was included with lots of variety; breakfast bar was set up nicely and clean. Overall, super nice place to stay. High recommended.

The room was clean and organized. There were a few USB ports to plug our phones into. The water pressure wasn't great. The bed was very firm and the pillows very soft, so when you laid on the pillow there wasn't much between your head and the bed. If you like firm beds, then this may be the place for you. If you have Hilton Honors, you can check in, and check out on your phone. You can also get a digital room key, so you don't have to go to the front desk at all. This was very nice.

We came for our annual Family Christmas, everyone was so accommodating and friendly, ESPECIALLY Evette. The rooms were so nice and we loved that there was a full fridge and microwave. We can’t wait for next year <3

Loves the size of the rooms and the fact it was pet friendly with a fair bit of green space to walk the dogs, pet waste disposal stations and very good condition of property and efficient staff. What was not so good? Well on the Saturday of pour stay, the hotel was full and had some sort of athletic team of young women, The ceiling transmitted a lot of noise from the room above us and was very annoying. Also, of the two pet waste stations, one had no bags and the other was overflowing with waste bags so that could be improved upon. It's a lovely hotel and great location with an above average breakfast. My only other gripe is that the coffee is seriously pretty awful especially if you are used to the Wst Coast coffee culture.

I have been using hotels.com for years never had an issue I reserve this room almost a week in advance and upon arrival at 11:00 p.m. was told that the two bed reservation I had made could not be accommodated because the hotel overbooked I was traveling with a male coworker and did not want to share a king size bed with him so I slept on a 1-inch thick sleep sofa with springs stuck in my back all night. Dad insult to injury I had to make my own bed and had a major business meeting the next morning with little to no sleep the property was fine however however I will never book there again.

My stay here was amazing! Thanks so much to Skila for the great check in yesterday she was very friendly and helpful and big shout out to Tee this morning for her help and support while being locked out of my car she was extremely generous, she kept checking in with me and did everything she could she even helped me get them out of the trunk when the lock smith came! She truly goes above and beyond for the customers to ensure a great / comfortable stay here thanks so much ladies for a great over night stay. I will be back . Oh and the breakfast was excellent I was so surprised , fairly new hotel I think they are doing well. Thank you Guys.

My room wasn’t ready at the time of check in. I waited for 45 minutes until I had to change for a funeral in the hotel’s public bathroom. I was only offered points for my inconvenience and not told how many.

Everything was good check in was good , the room was nice and clean, breakfast could of been better, and they over charged my account, however I spoke to the front desk and she corrected it immediately, she was friendly , fast and efficient so I was happy about that disappointed i was over charged over 60 dollars but mistakes happen and she was efficient with correcting it so all good. Over all we would definitely stay there again

Really enjoyed my stay! The staff was super accommodating. I needed to check in a couple of hours early for an online business meeting and the desk staff immediately found me a room that fit my reservation that had already been cleaned. Plenty of desk space, comfortable chair, and I appreciated that it was right next to the fridge during breaks. Even when I checked out very early in the morning at the end of my stay, the night staff was also to very friendly and professional. Will definitely come back

My wife and i had a great stay here for 8 nights. The only issue we had was the toilet on the first night but they had it fixed right away. Breakfast in the morning was always good. Usually it was some kind of eggs and meat, fresh waffles and muffins and begals. Well be back in the future

Breakfast was okay. The eggs were cold and bagels hard. Probably gets set out early, so if you get there later you get what's left. They also have cold cereal, biscuits or oatmeal and a waffle maker. For 150+ plus a night expected a little better breakfast.
