Check-in was a breeze and you park right in front of our door. We don’t travel light and we got sick and tired of running luggage carts up an elevator. It’s nice to back up our vehicle 6 feet away from your door, you’re unloaded and in your room in seconds! We stayed in the 2 bed queen suite with the fireplace. There’s everything you need, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and two separate tv’s. Lots of dining options nearby and not too far from the casino. Our host was amazing as usual and made our stay very comfortable. We stayed here many times before and will keep coming back.

Second time staying at this property in one of the jacuzzi rooms, both times have been great! The manager doesn’t bother you, but is always willing to help if you need anything. He’s very friendly, and the property is perfect for a little getaway! The jacuzzi tubs are awesome and the rooms are clean and perfect for what we needed.

Heel erg fijne accomodatie met bubbelbad. Schoon, erg goed bed en vriendelijk personeel. Ook locatie was top met vele dineropties in de buurt. Wij hebben enorm genoten en vriendin was erg blij met de kamer voor haar verjaardag.

We arrived on July 23rd and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Check in was quick and efficient and the front desk was extremely helpful. Room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. Rooms are compact, modern and you get a fridge, microwave, coffee, tea etc. Absolutely love the front window, we were able to get fresh air in the room, which you can’t even do at the newer chains. You park directly in front of your door and it’s easy to get your luggage in and out. Can’t beat it, our new go-to place in the Bay!

The hotel was perfect. Park right outside your door. Super friendly check in with lots of suggestions on things to do. A/C, fridge, microwave, coffee. The fan in the bedroom was nice. The shower was a bit small with not much room for soaps, shampoo/cond bottles. I would suggest putting a small lamp on the table for soft lighting to avoid turning on the blinding main light in the middle of the night. Overall, we loved the hotel and would definitely stay there again.

The staff were super friendly and courteous. Had a great rest I live in the GTA and it was nice to have the windows open and not hear traffic and construction. Loved the jacuzzi tub in the suite it made the experience even better! Stay here for the location, staff, and quietness!

The room smelled like the house of an old man who had been smoking in it for years. All of the fabrics in the room had this overwhelming smell of old smoke and hit us as soon as we walked in. We instantly opened up the windows and had to head out when we came back. The smell was still unbearable and this is when I decided we needed to get to a safer hotel as this was going to cause medical issues for my family. I found the clerk extremely rude, and the manager extremely rude at this point in time, suggesting that the smoke smell came from outside from somebody else smoking that day, and it is clearly something that was in all of the fabric. The smell of new smoke and the smell of old steel smoking fabric are very different. This was a horrible experience for my entire family to start off our vacation and we had to move our kids last minute to a better hotel. Do not recommend at any point in time as no person needs to go through this at the beginning of vacation with their family.

I liked the location. I walked to beaches on Lake Nippissing and grocery store. I enjoyed the renovated & modern room. Comfortable bed. I was able to hear noise from adjacent room but comfort of room made up for it. Very good customer service from front desk. I’d like to see a small lamp put on desk to help do paper work. I enjoyed the stay

Arrived late, 10:45 pm and the owner was opening the office door almost before I could press the call button. He had turned on the heat in the room so it was comfortable when I checked in. The room is very comfortable and looks to have been recently remodeled. I'm on business and don't need a giant room, just a base of operations, somewhere to sleep and shower. This is a very good place for a solo business traveller.

We recently had a pleasant stay in the updated standard room. The room was slightly smaller than anticipated but very clean and the bed was comfortable. The front desk worker was very friendly and helpful as well. All this, combined with the unbeatable price will make it our go to place when in need of accommodation in North Bay

We enjoyed our stay at North Bay Inn. Check in was smooth with the desk staff pleasant, professional & helpful. Room was very clean & comfortable, having everything we needed including small fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker & hair dryer. A recycling option would be nice! The beds memory foam topper/ mattress & lush pillows offered us great nights sleep. For an older motel its quaint updated exterior is welcoming, as well as its ample front door parking. While we could hear some conversations outside the room, inside was extremely quiet & void of other guests noise/ presence. Additionally, the location & overall price was convenient for us & offered easy access to the main roadways, nearby shops & restaurants. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely clean suite. The area was nice and quiet. The gentleman who checked us in was very nice. He even came around after we were settled in to see if there was anything we needed. We'd definitely stay there again if we're back in North Bay.

This is a very tidy, well kept little motel. The room looks to have been recently painted/updated. It's not the Waldorf Astoria but for the price it's very hard to beat. I cancelled my reservations at the local Holiday Inn Express to stay here. I'm on business and need a clean room to sleep and shower. There are plenty of places to eat around here so the fact that there is no breakfast is not an issue to me. I really like the fact that my car is parked right outside the room and not in a big parking lot like Holiday Inn. The owner has been very friendly and helpful with suggestions of where to eat and shop.
