Back of property needs better lighting especially when your not sure which building is your room. Our stay was the Buford house we arrived approximately 9 pm. Room nice and clean and comfortable. Bkfast was great. Only issue to dark in between buildings . Celia was great

The owners and staff are very welcoming and accommodating. We were greeted with a glass of champagne and a tour of the property. They serve you a full delicious breakfast every morning and offer wine delivery services to your room if you desire. The outside property has plenty nice hangout spots, a fire pit and cornhole game set up. It was a great

The morning breakfast was delicious. The staff were lovely and accommodating. The bed in our room was also very comfortable and the grounds were very pretty. Our only call out is some needed maintenance. The buildings are obviously old, which is part of the charm of the B&B, but the back house is in need of some attention. The exterior stairs and railings had considerable dry rot and the toilets could use an upgrade.

Amazing. I was very happy with my stay, the service was impeccable and the inn was so lovely. The room was large. The bed was large and comfortable . Breakfast was tasty and I felt so pampered. I did a massage, easy to schedule. The walk to downtown was very short. Lots of fantastic restaurants.

This is are historic buildings that have been beautifully restored. The rooms are very comfortable, although my room was a little warm as i could not get the AC to work? Open windows helped. Friendly service but check in is a little sporadic. The parking was good and off street. The breakfast was also good. I don’t often stay at B & B's but this one is nice and a fantastic location with a short walk to downtown but on a quiet residential street.

We enjoyed our time here for NYE for the night. The food for breakfast was great and great intimate service. The only downside is the fact that their rooms needed some TLC. In our room (Simeon’s Quarters), the wallpaper was coming off the walls in the bathroom and there was mold on the ceilings in the bathroom. Also, the glass panels in the windows were separating from the window frames themselves. I would still give this place a chance, but the owners/innkeepers need to pay more attention to maintenance.

The breakfast was absolutely incredible and delicious! I would gladly stay here again. To be picky... The only negative was the room felt a little dated- worn carpet, etc. I do wish they had wine glasses in the room to use- I came back with wine and had nothing to drink it out of! :(

This was a last minute overnight trip and we were extremely delighted in the Inn. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Location was exceptional, only about a 2 minute walk to downtown Napa. Our room was clean, quiet and the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was most delicious. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a lovely place to stay. The room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was very responsive. The only complaint is that we stayed in a two bedroom suite (three of us) and the bathroom was simply not adequate. There was one small sink with no room to put toiletries and the shower in the claw foot tub was very uncomfortable and inconvenient. That is the only reason I do not give it five stars.

We stayed there for three nights to visit Napa Valley and taste (err, drink) wine. We loved the place. We stayed in the Turret Suite. It has a fabulous bathroom built into the Turret, which you reach through a somewhat tiny door from the bedroom. Adjacent to the bedroom behind a wooden wall is a couch, where a small person or child could sleep, but you are all really in the same room. It leads to the outside staircase, where we sat and enjoyed some wine, though it was a bit cold. The main bedroom is cozy, sufficiently large, has additional nooks for seating and a gas-lit fireplace. Breakfast was fantastic, downstairs in the main living room and served with lots of love. Would stay again.

Breakfast was excellent and the staff was awesome! My room could havee used a few small chairs, sitting on the bed was not comfortable to watch tv. There was two large rocking chairs out side, but too big to move inside. Unfortunately our room was next to the laundry room and when the spin cycle was on, it was not comfortable in the room. Having said that, the positive overshadowed the couple of dings. Close to downtown was cool as well.

We stayed in the Turret Suite which is quirky to say the least. Located on the third floor of the Inn, it features a bathroom door that is only five feet tall. The bathroom, once you duck and enter is very up to date and has a large free-standing tub. Heat for the suite is provided by a gas fireplace and seating is provided by a kind of permanent table set under a window: the fit was tight for me. Also, I couldn't get the wireless to connect. Now for the good news. The hotel is situated in a very pleasant neighborhood and downstairs living/dining area is lovely. The breakfast staff was warm and wonderful and the breakfast options were scrumptious. This is a place with character that you will remember. We would stay again.

Comfortable bed and breakfast a short walk from downtown Napa. Excellent breakfast and outstanding, friendly staff. Nice fireplace in the breakfast/great room. The room I stayed in was a little dated and it was challenging to fit my charger to the partially obstructed wall plug. The bedroom doors could benefit from some soundproofing.

Great location, walkable to Downtown. Stayed in Madeline Suite, top floor. It was warm, even in September and an awkward arranged room, two step up and down areas, 38 steps to the room. Never got dark even at night. Window coverings were too light and outside light were bright. Fantastic breakfast. We loved our trip to Napa maybe pick a different room next time.

The property was beautiful and the staff was friendly and inviting. The tub in the Victorian Room was luxurious; just add a bath bomb and you are on your way to heavenly relaxation. Lovely old fashioned property. Our only issue was check in- we had to wait around from 3.30-4 as “other guests were being helped”- rather frustrating. Otherwise lovely bed and breakfast- readily available drinks and cookies and delicious breakfast.

Carrying heavy luggage up staircases was the biggest issue for me. There is no reception so to speak… No one to speak to if you have any issues with your room until the following morning at breakfast to your server. The location was great…walking distance to downtown Napa. For the price point it was good.

This is great property and location to stay. Walkable to downtown Napa where all the shops and restaurants are. This is our second time staying here. Unfortunately this time around there were some issues with our room BUT staff and manager was very apologetic and took care of everything right away. Great staff, great customer service, great breakfast. Just the rooms needs some more love and care.

We had an excellent stay at the Napa Inn. We were celebrating a big family birthday with planned wine tasting and dinners and the Napa Inn provided a charming home away from home for our special gathering. The Victorian style home is warm and inviting and retains the charm of an old home with updates that made our stay comfortable. We chose the Tower Room and slept well both nights. The breakfast was a highlight with delicious and beautifully presented made to order and then hand delivered by the Inn keeper, Ramana. Ramana remembered each of our names and always greeted us with a warm smile and “at your service”positive attitude. The entire staff did an excellent job. We also enjoyed being within walking distance of downtown Napa. What a treat and a spot we will always remember.

The room was beautiful, very clean and was in a great location within easy walking distance to many restaurants. The breakfast was delicious although we would have been happier with more options. We were dying for a piece of toast one morning after too much wine the night before and could not find anyone to ask (the lady running the breakfast was running back and forth trying to get everyone food so we understand she was busy - but she never came back to ask if we needed anything else or how it was). We had also noted a dairy allergy and were given a quiche of some kind with cheese and couldn't get her attention to switch it out. We ended up going down the street to a bakery to get some carbs one day. The food we did get was really yummy though! Check-in and out were easy and the property was really nicely kept. Would definitely stay again.
