I would avoid. We turned up for our booking and our room wasn’t ready , although our names were on the board in reception. The staff didn’t seem apologetic even though we had arrived there at 7pm and they had all day to contact us to say there had been a mess up with the bookings . I’ve also read this had happened to other people . He hesitantly got us another room at a hotel which wasn’t as nice and not what we paid for. He told us to come back at 2 pm the next day for our room so we’ve now missed our on 1 and half days in the room we were supposed to have . When we arrive at 2pm the staff explains the room still isn’t ready. This was not acceptable considering everything that had happened again there was no urgency or a sorry or even a care. He was very unhelpful. We’ve been travelling since January and have been very opened minded on where we’ve stayed & I’ve never had to write a bad review but this really wasn’t okay . So just be weary booking here . I would recommend kasbah as it’s the same location as the location is really good but same price.

We arrived and our room hadn’t been cleaned since the last guests. Bed was made but there were stains and debris in the sheets. No towels, no toilet paper. Rubbish on the sink and bin was full. Rubbish and hair on the floor. We asked for the room to be cleaned, 3 hours later still not cleaned at 8pm. We approached the owner who apologised and said his housekeepers “keep running away”. I asked for new sheets, towels and toilet paper so we could clean it ourselves. He gave us sheets that were mouldy, stained and had bugs in them. We advised him we would check out in the morning and request a refund for the remaining 3 nights we were due to stay. He was apologetic. The next morning the owner was no where to be seen and one man at reception didn’t speak English very well. The owner doesn’t respond to hotels.com at all. They also have an issue with overbooking from the online system, some people arrived and didn’t have a room. So I would highly recommend NOT staying here

Vi havde booket dette sted grundet poolen, man skal dog være opmærksom på, at der kun er en lille tilhørende pool til enkelte værelser. Efter vi blev flyttet til det rigtige værelser (og ventet 2,5 time på personalet), mødte vi et urengjort værelse, toilettet var beskidt og poolen ikke rengjort (dette fik vi besked på, ville ske dagen efter). Dog blev poolen først rengjort i efter 5 henvendelser til dette ikke eksisterende personale… Desuden var der en tung røglugt, da vores naboer røg indendørs, og det gik gennem vores aircondition. Omgivelserne er dog fine og i nærheden af stranden.
