We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist. Everyone was polite and welcoming, and their kindness truly made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The place is beautiful but after them having a Computer problem and double booking the room i paid for and then excepting an upgrade i was very disappointed with the result. I had previously stayed at the property in a downstairs room and it was beautiful with a bathtub at the back and ocean view private pool at the front. This is what’s i paid for this trip also. Once getting to our room i realised I hadn’t got an upgrade but more a down ground. Upgrade to them means upstairs and a cheaper room!! No bath tub and a private pool looking at a brick wall and temple. I asked to be moved and the only room they could offer was not even ocean view but garden view.so i stayed in the so called upgraded room. I asked for some credit back as it certainly wasn’t what id paid for. We received 20% off our lunch which worked out around $6. I love this place but very disappointed in the lack of credit back offered. Also the door to our room wouldn’t lock from the outside and wasn’t rectified. I asked for the manager to contact me but he still hasn’t. I would love to stay again but yeah with poor communication in rectifying the problem makes me hesitant. The restaurant and bar stuff were wonderful

Stayed 4 nights

We spend four nights at The Tiing The good: - Staff is very pleasant and service minded. - Rooms/Appartment is stunning (if you choose jungle view, you will have both jungle view from pool, and sea from terrace. - Very remote and more local experience. The less good or bad: - Every service such as Yoga, Tours and Transfers is wayyy overpriced. They have a stunning dedicated Yoga spot however no one is using it probably due to the price. - The restaurant is also very expensive compared to our other experiences. Breakfast is decent, lunch and dinner is very moderate if not underwhelming. We went to a local place called Warung Seni instead, way better food and prices. - The Pool area is outdated (furnitures especially) and it’s very difficult to find a spot in sunlight for tanning. The staff/rooms is 5 star, rest is not good enough unfortunately.

My wife and I stayed at the Tiing for 2 weeks. They arranged everything for us from airport pickup and dropoff to visiting all the local and not-so-local places. Where we had activities that weren't on the pre-made list, they helped us with planning and driving. We got to experience local ceremonies, swimming with turtles, many waterfalls, and even more temples. The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful - from the people at the front desk (Sayu & Oxy) to all of the restaurant staff (Nyoman, Adi, Tadek). The room was immaculate and the private pool a huge bonus when the bigger pool had lots of sun. The food was delicious, the included breakfasts were incredibly nice with lots of options. We really enjoyed sipping tea as the sun came up, watching the boats come back from fishing. I'll be back for sure - one of the best holidays I've had in decades.

The staff is obviously hand picked from the most beautiful and friendly people on the island, they all have kind souls and are a real treat. The property is peaceful and well maintained. They make sure to keep every detail as close to perfect as possible, and the chefs cook up amazing dishes that are flavorful, delicious and will fill you up. 10/10 would recommend this as a stay away from the crowds.
