Very dark and moody vibe and beautiful decore. Great room, incredibly comfortable bed and room. Friendly-enough staff. Breakfast has an amazing spread and all looks very beautiful but the taste of the food served was only okay. One indoor and one outdoor Pool - both are quite compact so very busy. Outdoor pools closes at 5.30pm, including in the summer which is odd given the sun goes down at 8pm. For a hotel of that calibre, there are aspects that miss the mark a little.

Room was very nice and spacious. Kitchen and laundry machines were appreciated. It's a great stay, if not the most luxurious and best serviced 5-star in Sydney. It's good value at the rate we paid but this was less than normal rates. Room service food was decent value but the menu is small. My only complaint is that the lobby is too small, noisy, and crowded. You can't get the ground floor from the room lifts, so you're forced to walk across it each time. Valet parking took 25 minutes to retrieve the car so be sure to tell them well in advance when you need it. It's also expensive.

The buffet was so good. The facilities like the heated pool on the 22nd floor and the fitness gym is open 24hrs so its very convinient. The infinity pool in the 29th floor was superb. I loved our stay. The only thing that needs work was the front desk. I was overchaged for our room, i asked for the excess payment to be returned which they did but made me feel like it was my fault. Upon check out they tried to charge me again with the bouquet of flowers that I purchased and already paid for, and did not return the incidental 300$ like they supposed to. I emailed them a day ago but no response. I am yet to wait again for a few more days but if not i will have to follow up again. On another note, beddings and facilities are all great. Thanks W sydney!

Great stay at the W Sydney. Easy check in with friendly and courteous staff. Rooms are very funky and well laid out. The bed is comfortable with good pillows. The pool area on the 29th floor is excellent. They even have a child free time in the pool on Sunday afternoons. We really enjoyed our stay

The restaurant Btwn was exceptional for cocktails, dinner and breakfast, the staff were attentive and polite. The rooms were gorgeous. Not much to do in Darling Harbour but you’re only a 10 minute walk to George street.

The staff were all very friendly. However there were a few problems with our stay. The pool on the top floor was cold. For an open air pool, on a roof top, with a lot of wind exposure, the pool should be heated. We then tired the indoor pool, and it was cold too! We then decided to go for a sauna, and we were told it was pre-booked, and cost extra! upwards of $60! We also wanted to have a drink at the rooftop bar on the Sunday, and it was closed. Also, on both nights, there was a night club that had music thumping though the walls until 12am! We called reception at 11.30pm to find out when it might stop, and no-one at the front desk answered. We understand that the W can't do much about the noise, but a warning would be nice. Overall, the room was nice, friendly staff, but the above mentioned issues really need to be fixed before we would consider staying again. Again, the pool was too cold. the roof top bar was closed when we wanted to use it, and the sauna needed to be booked and paid for, which should be included in the price of the room. It feels like a 5 star luxury hotel, without 5 star amenities. The amenities are there, but are not friendly to the guests. Who wants to swim in a cold pool? Who wants to pay to use a sauna? Most hotels that have a sauna/steam room, you don't have to pay for it, it's included in the price of the room.

We were so disappointed with this visit. The room had stains on the couch the floor was dirty and room was ordinary to say the least. We had the buffet breakfast and the amount of cold food that should have been hot was a joke, we should report it to local health authorities. The W is in business to go out of Buisness. The top floor bar had the rudest staff we have seen and in fact we left with in 3 minutes.

The staff were nice, but my feedback is mainly about the room itself. Our family has stayed at many W properties (Singapore, Seoul, Malaysia, etc.), and this was by far the worst in terms of room size, condition, and cleanliness. The room was extremely small, making it very difficult to move around. The light switches were confusing and overly bright, which disturbed our sleep. The bathroom was not properly separated, so when one person was using it, no one else could. Overall, the interior design was very inefficient and impractical. Elevators were also difficult to access, with long waiting times. Room cleaning was not done on the first day. Although a supervisor came daily to check whether cleaning had been completed, the quality was very poor—there was no vacuum cleaning, and used spoons were left behind. The hotel’s location is also not very convenient in terms of proximity to central areas. Overall, this stay was disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel.

We've stayed in this hotel for eight nights in two rooms, overall the in-room facilities are quite OK, however, the design of the bathroom is very inconvenient to guests. They said "separate shower" but in fact the shower heads are located right in the bathroom without any separation, therefore when you having a shower almost the whole bathroom would get wet. House keeping is another failure, every day there would be something they forgot to refill/replace either towel, bath robe, coffee or tea would be lacking. Not a single day during our stay (except the day when we check-in) something always not there. Both of our rooms have one day that they forgot housekeeping, we have to request one when we came back to see the room had not been made. This is not we expect when we paid the price for these rooms. Last but not least, the delay of releasing the holding deposits are totally unreasonable. It has been almost a week since we check-out and they still holding the amount on my credit card in pending status. All in all, I would avoid this hotel in my/our future trips. In this price range, there are many better choices.

While the staff were lovely and the room was nice we waited 3 hours for a second bathrobe and had to call 4 times. There was also an opened bottle of sparkling water in the mini bar. The carpet in the hallway was dirty and needed a vacuum. For a hotel that costs a lot to stay in, those details are a bit of a letdown.

Stunning brand new hotel situated in a great location. Rooms are tastefully and well appointed. Unfortunatley the breakfast service and system in general was a shambles. You have to line up two times, once to get a ticket, second to reach the front of the "entry" line where you present your ticket (approx 20-30min wait). Orders were not coming, for anyone, and if they did they were the wrong order. Lots of customers were very annoyed. Waited 1hr for an omlette I ordered twice and it never came, ended up just leaving. They need to really improve the service to match the expectation of a 5 star hotel.

We were meant to check in at 3pm. We arrived a little after that and it was quite busy, which is understandable for a friday. We were told at 3.30pm our room wasn't ready, due to it being cleaned. It would be a 20min wait. I was with my husband and 2 young children. We waited in the foyer on lounges near the bar. It was comfortable. At 430pm i had to go and ask if our room was ready yet as it had been an hour. The room still wasn't ready. We were given a credit to use during our stay and the staff were apologetic. Our room was finally ready by 5pm. This is ridiculous! We shouldn't have had to wait this long. The indoor pool was great and kids had fun. Room.service was quick and great. Beds and pillows weren't comfortable. I asked for a low rose pillow the second day at 3pm. I was told they had one and would being it up. 8pm i called again and was told it would be 20min and they would bring it to our room. At 9pm my husband called and they said they didn't have any available. A phone call to let us know would have been sufficient. I would never stay here again, due to the poor service.

Staff was very nice in every department. We were welcomed by Yuki at the front drive. Very upbeat and friendly, always needed a pleasant arrival especially after a long international flight. At the front desk Airi was also warm and very friendly. She provided recommendations around the area on where to eat and walk around. Both ladies are amazing team members for the hotel. I enjoy W properties and this is one I will recommend to all my friends.

When we arrived at 3pm to check in the reception was very busy however the lines moved quickly and we were offered welcome drinks whilst waiting in line. We also had a Polaroid photo taken which was a nice keepsake of our stay. When we checked in we were given a room upgrade for our Valentine’s Day stay. This gave us harbour views and prime spot to view the 9pm Darling Harbour fireworks. The staff could not have been friendlier or more welcoming. The room was great with a giant king size bed, awesome views and a cute round bathtub. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The decor of the room and the motel in general was quirky and modern. We had a giant soft shark on our bed! The mood lighting and electronic controlled curtains in the room were great additions. The motel is in a great location making it easy to access the sights and restaurants. This was a romantic weekend away initiated by hubby and we were both extremely satisfied with the choice of accommodation. Thank you

Well over 2 hours for them to take one bag to our room, and upon going back down twice to grab the bag ourselves, we were told both times that it was on it way up, which was a complete lie, which made us late for our 10th wedding anniversary dinner. Then we get given a late checkout to 12pm, we try and sleep in only to get called at 10am asking us to leave and refusing to provide the previously agreed late check out. Our room wasn't very clean and we didn't complain. It seems there is some work to do at the W Sydney to get to a level of satsfactory customer service.

施設は新しくてデザインの斬新性は好みの分かれるところだがMariottグループのホテルだけにスタッフは親切でトレーニングされていて問題なかったが、何せ車のアクセスがわかりにくくて困難。駐車場が無いのは仕方ないとしても、ドロップオフするのもかなりトリッキー。近くの駐車場は一晩停めたら76ドルだった。CBDなので平日の方が高い。fastParkngは事前に登録しておくと少し割引があるし出入りもスムーズです。Sydneyに泊まっているという特別感はあまり無いし高速道路に囲まれていて金額の割に満足度は低かった。あとお湯の出が悪くコントロールしずらいのも減点。

Stayed at the W for two nights in a standard room with a darling harbour view. Room was nice and clean with a funky styling and modern tech. Bath was a highlight of the stay. Breakfast included and was very good. Visited the 29/30 rooftop bar for a drink one evening. Nice area but mostly the favoured the city where we sat. Convenient location for darling harbour and public transport a short walk away. Would recommend and stay there again.

Stunning hotel in an amazing location. Very stylish interior and the standard of the room is second to none. One of the top hotels we have stayed in . The surrounding area is wonderful and arriving by ferry passing the Opera House and Harboir Bridge was truly memorable.

Reception staff were great. Room was lovely. Great view. Rooftop bar closes at 11 and the bar on floor 30 closes at 10.30. Not sure why it closes so early as it’s a great spot !! Breakfast was terrible. Everything cold and even the eggs which were cooked to order were cold. The sourdough “toast” was not cooked, coffee was awful however there is a nice selection of options. We had to go backdown stairs to reactivate our key to get back to our room. Very annoying!

The merchant fee of $33 is ludicrous considering how there was no other option but to pay via card. Being turned away from the hotel bar, that was full of people when all I requested was a beer because it was closing time. The $36 burger plus the $6 room service fee, was the tiniest, most disappointing burger I've consumed being not much more than the size of a child's burger at room temperature. Being told by staff that level 30 was not open yet, but that its invite only so I wouldn't be able to go even if it was. With a price point of nearly $600 per night for a lead in room, I must say I did expect better.

We had to line up and wait for a table for 20 minutes to have breakfast that we already prepaid when we booked the accommodation and we were told when we checked in to avoid the crowds we should have breakfast before 8 o’clock or after 9:30 despite showing up at 9:30 didn’t make any difference . travelled the world and never experienced anything like it. It’s a 5 star hotel and that is unacceptable , lift your game up and employ the right people to do delivery results

Great stay. The rooftop pool had awesome views. The buffet breakfast is totally worth it.
