A lovely property and well situated for access to Star Casino and Darling Harbour. Parking is very close but make sure you get good directions from the staff about how to get their special parking deal as it can be hard to find the Parking office. Highly recommend.

Stayed here for five weeks. Super friendly staff. Mari was a dream; also enjoyed Isla and Jean. The bed was comfortable. The room was small, but had a desk for me to work from and felt like a small studio apt. The only downfall was the cleaning. They weren't always thorough; didn't vacuum, clean the shower, dust or change sheets. They washed your dishes in your sink and left them out to dry, vs replacing daily. They also wouldn't clean daily and showed up at random times; sometimes in the morning but oftentimes anywhere from 3-5pm! I also had things missing from my room. They took my personal bathrobe, a bag with hair accessories and color ($55 AUD worth!), and my EarPods went missing. It also cost $15 for each gym pass to a nearby gym, whereas the Aiden Hotel down the road gives it to you for free.

Nice room, very clean, great location. Comfortable spot for a work trip, check in and check out very smooth (staffed and unstaffed). Good value for the room, and easy parking available at Wilson Harbourside just across the road.

One of the main things to do is pay for parking on line before you book into the KITH HOTEL !! We got ripped off big time. $A120.00 for 36 hrs !( If we had known it was going to be that,as we were told , it was $60.00 for the $48 hours) we would have parked elsewhere !! Other than that it was enjoyable

Very cute small boutique hotel in good location. Staff was very nice. Only issue was no one on desk early morning and the elevator was stuck and would not run when I tried to leave with luggage. Had to use stairs up and down while my uber driver waited.

Upon first arrival, everything seemed okay besides mediocre customer service. Although upon inspecting the room, my partner and I were confronted with blood on the bedspread and pillow cases. With fake eyelashes also sitting on the duvet. Very unprofessional and unhygienic. Once I notified customer service, the room was cleaned basically straight away but no compensation was provided until 9pm when we were given a complimentary sparkling wine ($13 at First Choice Liquor).

+ Really friendly and helpful front desk staff + Very comfy bed + Top location just a short walk from Darling Harbour and the convention centre + Balcony & mini fridge in room - I hate this trend in modern hotels of “intimate bathrooms” : hotel managers please take note NOBODY wants to be able to hear and see the silhouette of their partner sitting on the toilet less than a metre away from them behind a pane of glass! - There were ants and flies in the bathroom (the staff very kindly offered to change our room but we declined as we were checking out early the next morning anyway)

We really enjoyed our stay at Kith Hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel is modern and comfortable, and it’s in a great location. The reason I gave 4 stars is because my room wasn’t cleaned after our first night. After our second night, the room was cleaned, but the bed covers were just thrown over the bed. The bed wasn’t made properly, and the ‘fitted’ sheet (which was just a flat sheet covering the mattress) had come off the bed and was all crumpled. There was no effort to make the bed. I didn’t raise this with the hotel - I’m sure they would have gotten it fixed up straight away if I’d said something. Other than the housekeeping, the hotel was excellent and we would definitely stay here again!

Check in with the property was smooth and front desk agent was cheerful , helpful and friendly. Location was great. Those are my positive comments. The hotel room is very tiny and not very clean, shower overflowed to bathroom floor and soaked bath mat every time which was an issue since toilet is right there. There is no switch controlling bathroom light except on far side of bed , very dangerous in the middle of night. The ac in the room was not functioning correctly and evening front desk attendant did not know it was controlled from downstairs or fix the issue. The next day the first front attendant fixed the issue. I would say if you are looking for something on a budget in safe area this is the place to stay.

The room was really small and could have used the space better. Nowhere to put a suitcase except on the bed. Air con was too hot and couldn’t adjust it. Told reception but no better the second night. Photos on the website are deceiving and the room appears much bigger than what it is. Unfortunately no where to put a suitcase so it was either on the bed or on the floor but suitable for one night stay and somewhere to rest your head. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff at the front desk was fantastic, incredibly friendly and helpful.

Thanks for a lovely stay. Only a few minutes walk from the International Convention Centre and open late for check in. Staff members were very helpful. Mini queen room with toilet and shower partitioned off from the rest of the room, and only one sink in main area for washing hands and filling kettle etc. Bed was very comfortable, and iron, hairdryer in room. Small space but had everything I needed for a one person stay and overall it was very comfortable. I would stay here again :)

Great staff who didn’t hesitate to offer assistance, very small rooms with the only storage for bags under the beds which were quite high. Bathroom door didn’t fully close. You’d need to be pretty good friends to share a room as every sound was heard. The property itself was quiet with only minimal outside noises heard. Very convenient to light rail stop and Darling Harbour. I would probably stay here again if required

Lovely room, very spacious bathroom and balcony. Bed was very comfortable. Small mini fridge but still came in handy. Lovely friendly welcome on arrival at reception. Good location, handy for the casino and Darling Harbour. Would definitely book again.

Very strange arrangement of a tiny room, especially the awkward configuration of the bathroom. I also had issues with the $100 CC deposit when I paid for the room in advance and there is no minibar or room service. All very well to say that it will be returned on checkout, but in reality it is not processed for at least 4 days! They refused to take the deposit in cash. To be fair they waived this for me after I made a fuss. Wouldn't stay at this hotel again.

Well maintained modern property and great location to all of Sydney via light rail and quick train to airport after your departure. The light rail is across the street though the car park to light rail that will then take you to Central Station where you can catch all trains. Staff is super helpful. Would definitely stay again and highly recommended.

Totally destroyed my faith in humanity. Charged me for my room key which as I couldn't sleep I kept with me in case I re-entered room b4 checkout Rang me and chased me for approx 10c room key. Put fear into me for not returning room key

The whole team were warm and friendly throughout the whole stay. I unexpectedly had to extend my trip last minute - they could not have been more hospitable and understanding and were able to manage to keep me in the same room throughout. Rooms are well kept and cleaned well. Special mention to Mari, executional help throughout the stay and we shared great chats about family, travel and horoscopes. Whole team were awesome. I’d highly recommend for a short to medium stay in Sydney.

Booked wrong room by mistake expedia tried to call and cancel to change rooms hotel refused and wanted to charge more then booking was to upgrade rooms. Ended up giving the room away free to someone else. 1/10 for service.

Highly recommend Kith Hotel. Great location especially if you are attending the ICC, you can take a short cut through the car park and be there in just a few minutes.

Well maintained modern property and great location to all of Sydney via light rail and quick train to airport after your departure. The light rail is across the street though the car park to light rail that will then take you to Central Station where you can catch all trains. Staff is super helpful. Would definitely stay again and highly recommended.

The moment I went into reception the staff member was so kind friendly polite checking in was quick no issues no problems. Ask questions about the area all questions were answered gave me directions how to get to the convention Centre which is what I needed to know very easy to find Shops supermarket cafes many restaurants in Darling Harbour which is only about a 10 minute walk. Great location. Close to the star casino and also the lyrics theatre Nice room comfy bed and pillows very quiet. Would stay again.

Nice room, very clean, great location. Comfortable spot for a work trip, check in and check out very smooth (staffed and unstaffed). Good value for the room, and easy parking available at Wilson Harbourside just across the road.

Very strange arrangement of a tiny room, especially the awkward configuration of the bathroom. I also had issues with the $100 CC deposit when I paid for the room in advance and there is no minibar or room service. All very well to say that it will be returned on checkout, but in reality it is not processed for at least 4 days! They refused to take the deposit in cash. To be fair they waived this for me after I made a fuss. Wouldn't stay at this hotel again.

Good location to the ICC for conventions and concerts. Had to a attend a conference and this hotel was at the perfect spot! Safe and neighbourhood had some food and cafes nearby. The staff should let the guest know going over to the multi storey carpark and take lift to level 1 ,for easier access to ICC and darling harbour. I like tv screen at the reception area where nearby cafes and eateries are featured. Room is small but expected due to high property costs . Rooms are spotless, neat. I do not like the glass to be placed where the clothes are. Breakage can happen. Also note that reception desk ends at 11 pm

I had such an awesome stay at Kith Hotel in Sydney! The room and bathroom were stocked with everything you could possibly need, which made the experience so easy and comfortable. My stay was a bit too short, unfortunately, but I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in Sydney. The staff were so kind and friendly, which really made a difference, it felt like they genuinely cared about making my stay enjoyable. Everything about the hotel was just a pleasure, and I couldn’t have asked for more. Even though the hotel doesn’t have its own restaurant, the location is absolutely perfect. There are various great cafes and restaurants nearby, so it’s super easy to find something delicious.

Perfect location to ICC Sydney and the Star Casino, short walk to tram station ( Convention). The neighbour is safe with some eateries and cafes . My room is single bed with a large bathroom meant to accommodate wheelchair users.Room is clean and spotless. Between 11 pm to 8 am, use of keycard to enter building. Check out at 10 am is quite early, it would be good to have it at 11 am or 12 pm.

I was there for only a one night stay to participate in an excursion and do a bit of sightseeing. This spot absolutely fit my needs. The room, while compact, was extremely well-cleaned and up-to-date, and the hotel was very close to Darling Harbour sights and dining. I would also like to offer a commendation to the day-time desk rep. Not only was she incredibly friendly, but she also helped me a great deal with directions and transport. The only downfall was that there happens to be no front desk person between the hours of 11pm and 8 am. I arrived before 8 am and had to find something to do with myself until 8 o’clock.
