We stayed in the moonlight suite. It was amazing. Wonderful view visible from the bed. We stayed two nights. The private hot tub was secluded and relaxing. The breakfast was good. Highly recommend. We really appreciated the window unit ac to assist the main house ac. We like to sleep with our room cooler and that gave us the option to do so. Our only suggestion would be to add some butter packs for the muffins, and a toaster. We give it 5 stars and will definitely be back.

This is the most beautiful place we have ever stayed. It was the perfect getaway for a few days spent together before my husband deployed. Quiet, beautiful rooms, with private outside areas for each. The pool is fantastic with the prettiest fountain in the middle. Plenty of fun dining options within a 20 minute drive. I would love to bring our kids and their spouses for a long weekend. Or my friends. We’re from Oregon and I’ll be back. Thank you to our wonderful hosts!

It is a special place. Even more beautiful than the pictures. They were gracious and accommodating. Pool and hot tub were in a zen like garden. Definitely returning next time I come to Austin.

Beautiful property. The deck/gate around the pool could use a little TLC. The room was cute and loved the continental breakfast selection. Only complaint was tge bed was so very hard. My husband and i both had trouble sleeping and had severe back aches the next day. It was so bad we decided to forego our second night and drive the 4 hours home. If the bed had been anyway conforatble, I would say they deserve 5 stars, sadly, the bed is a big deal for us and I will only say 3 stars and wont recommend it or return to this property.

We typically go to big chain hotels for romantic getaway weekends, this concept of B&B was new to us. When the property showed up in the options we decided to give it try since the pictures and the hot tub looked amazing... Being said that it will be hard to go back to big chain hotels after staying at Casa del Sol, the way rooms are spread across the property makes you feel you have the entire place for you, not to mention is quiet and no crowds around, and you park your car outside of your room, we will definitely come back for another romantic getaway.

Our suite was very inviting and decorated in an awesome southwest/boho vibe. Everything was very clean and neat and the housekeeping staff kept things tidy during our stay. Trash was emptied each day, bed made, etc. We also enjoyed hanging out by the pool and relaxing in the hot tub. Alot of extra touches made our stay exceptional. Highly recommend this little slice of heaven when visiting Austin.

This was the cutest property. It was surrounded by trees and plants and there was a nice pool and outside shower. Our "room" had a living room, dining room table, bedroom and bathroom. They had a continental breakfast in our room every morning (granola, pastries, milk, yogurt, fruit.) The check in was effortless-the door was open and the key was already in our room.

I loved the Armadillo Airstream. It’s small quarters, but for one person it's perfect! The pasties and and OJ and organic coffee replinished each afternoon and dailey housekeeping makes this getaway so relaxing. The views of Lake Travis and the wooded area is amazing!

Our room was exceptionally clean. Bed was comfortable. We had a porch and it wasn’t clean. The outside can use some overall maintenance, some flowers and general cleaning up. Margaret cooked us breakfast and it was wonderful. She is delightful. Location is great. We are glad we were not in the middle of the Riverwalk.

The Casa del Sol is a quaint/unique B&B located close to Lake Travis. It is a little on the older side but clean and well maintained with very friendly staff. Highly recommend for relaxing few days.

It was such a wonderful experience for me and my wife. It was very clean, calming, and the view was beautiful. We went to visit Lake Travis and go on hikes. Next time I look forward to booking at the same location. It was always from the city which is also something I enjoyed. Management was sweet and pleasant definite worth booking.

One of the most relaxing and peaceful stays. We stayed 2 nights in the White Cloud suite. There are 6 units and as I understand it was full. We felt we had the entire place to ourselves. Very chill vibe. The breakfast delivered in the evening for the following morning was healthy, fresh and delicious. The grounds are really well done. It has a zen garden feel around the pool. Lots of eccentric touches throughout. Our room was very clean and cozy. It was lovely.

The view was spectacular! The property is so beautiful. I would suggest the Armadillo be for someone who is slender to average build, as it was a little small for me. The breakfast was delicious, and the owners were very pleasant and courteous. The property is secluded while still being close to all sorts of shopping, restaurants and other tourist attractions.

Super cute and fun Airstream. I enjoyed it so much. To me, it was glamping. I appreciate the breakfast was already in the fridge and the pastries on a covered cake plate for me in the morning. The view was nice.

The owner was responsive and it was everything we had hoped for. Would definitely be going back. It was a very tasteful cozy place. The others staying around us were also very respectful and quiet. If you’re considering a stay in the area I would highly recommend staying at casa del sol.

We like it. Quiet, relaxing place. Its not much of lake view. The lake is far away. We see mostly bulding and trees. The continental breakfast is not much. If you want a big breakfast, you might need to bring your own. They only provide each person a yogurt with mix oats, a small box of milk (8 oz), a banana, a mandarin small orange. A croissant, a cinnamon bread to share if you have 2nd person in the room. Some tea and coffee.The owner wasnt friendly when we ask for late check out. She requested us to give the housekeeper a good tip if we want a late check out. It was kinda a weird request. We have been to a lot of bed and breakfast places, never had any issue with late check out. Also, bring your own drinking water if you dont want to drink water from the faucets, they dont have drinking water.

The pastries that are refreshed everyday were delicious, our hosts were so nice and easy to contact. We had a late flight out and she let us check out later which was really helpful. We'll definitely stay here again if we come back to Austin.

We really enjoyed the loction of the property. The room was as pictured and great!!! Every thing about our stay was great!! Id highly recommend staying here and if we are in Austin again we will stay here again!!!

We like it. Quiet, relaxing place. Its not much of lake view. The lake is far away. We see mostly bulding and trees. The continental breakfast is not much. If you want a big breakfast, you might need to bring your own. They only provide each person a yogurt with mix oats, a small box of milk (8 oz), a banana, a mandarin small orange. A croissant, a cinnamon bread to share if you have 2nd person in the room. Some tea and coffee.The owner wasnt friendly when we ask for late check out. She requested us to give the housekeeper a good tip if we want a late check out. It was kinda a weird request. We have been to a lot of bed and breakfast places, never had any issue with late check out. Also, bring your own drinking water if you dont want to drink water from the faucets, they dont have drinking water.

The view was spectacular! The property is so beautiful. I would suggest the Armadillo be for someone who is slender to average build, as it was a little small for me. The breakfast was delicious, and the owners were very pleasant and courteous. The property is secluded while still being close to all sorts of shopping, restaurants and other tourist attractions.

This is the most beautiful place we have ever stayed. It was the perfect getaway for a few days spent together before my husband deployed. Quiet, beautiful rooms, with private outside areas for each. The pool is fantastic with the prettiest fountain in the middle. Plenty of fun dining options within a 20 minute drive. I would love to bring our kids and their spouses for a long weekend. Or my friends. We’re from Oregon and I’ll be back. Thank you to our wonderful hosts!

Super cute and fun Airstream. I enjoyed it so much. To me, it was glamping. I appreciate the breakfast was already in the fridge and the pastries on a covered cake plate for me in the morning. The view was nice.

The Casa del Sol is a quaint/unique B&B located close to Lake Travis. It is a little on the older side but clean and well maintained with very friendly staff. Highly recommend for relaxing few days.

It was such a wonderful experience for me and my wife. It was very clean, calming, and the view was beautiful. We went to visit Lake Travis and go on hikes. Next time I look forward to booking at the same location. It was always from the city which is also something I enjoyed. Management was sweet and pleasant definite worth booking.

We typically go to big chain hotels for romantic getaway weekends, this concept of B&B was new to us. When the property showed up in the options we decided to give it try since the pictures and the hot tub looked amazing... Being said that it will be hard to go back to big chain hotels after staying at Casa del Sol, the way rooms are spread across the property makes you feel you have the entire place for you, not to mention is quiet and no crowds around, and you park your car outside of your room, we will definitely come back for another romantic getaway.

Hidden gem. The room was very nice and the "garden" area was a secluded enclave. Excellent breakfast pastries with other options. It's wonderful to stay in a B&B that actually serves breakfast, as opposed to those named as such but only providing a bed.

We stayed in the moonlight suite. It was amazing. Wonderful view visible from the bed. We stayed two nights. The private hot tub was secluded and relaxing. The breakfast was good. Highly recommend. We really appreciated the window unit ac to assist the main house ac. We like to sleep with our room cooler and that gave us the option to do so. Our only suggestion would be to add some butter packs for the muffins, and a toaster. We give it 5 stars and will definitely be back.

This was the cutest property. It was surrounded by trees and plants and there was a nice pool and outside shower. Our "room" had a living room, dining room table, bedroom and bathroom. They had a continental breakfast in our room every morning (granola, pastries, milk, yogurt, fruit.) The check in was effortless-the door was open and the key was already in our room.

The pastries that are refreshed everyday were delicious, our hosts were so nice and easy to contact. We had a late flight out and she let us check out later which was really helpful. We'll definitely stay here again if we come back to Austin.

It is a special place. Even more beautiful than the pictures. They were gracious and accommodating. Pool and hot tub were in a zen like garden. Definitely returning next time I come to Austin.
